Nathan Griffith to Jenelle Evans: Let Me See My Son For Christmas!

It’s been a rough few weeks for Jenelle Evans.

The mother of two (who turns 24 today) is in a promising new relationship, but she’s got the usual mess of feuds and legal entanglements hanging over her head.

Just last week, Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend, Jessica Henry, decided to press charges against Jenelle for an alleged assault that took place back in August.

Now, Griffith is publicly accusing Jenelle of using his son as a pawn in one of her signature mind games.

Speaking with Radar Online recently, Griffith claimed that Jenelle won’t let him see 17-month-old Kaiser on Christmas. He believes it’s her way of taking revenge on Griffith and his girlfriend for adding to her legal troubles.

“St. Nick is going to pay him a visit with a bag of toys,” Griffith told the website. “If [Jenelle] lets me see him, which at this point I cannot control.”

“I’m still trying my hardest to be in his life…Long story short, she’ll let me see him if I get Jessi to drop the charges.”

Griffith says he rarely gets to spend time with his son, and the ongoing custody battle with Jenelle is begnning to take a serious psychological toll:

“I have anxiety every day wondering if he’s ok. There are times I feel like I can’t go on because he is not with me. It’s killing me not being with him…Does Jenelle care about that? Of course not!”

No, Nathan, we think it’s safe to say she definitely does not care.

Nathan Griffith: Neglecting Son, Loving Teen Mom Fame?!

If you’ve been following the drama surrounding the Jenelle Evans-Nathan Griffith custody battle, then you might think that Griffith is a devoted dad, who desperately wants to spend more time with his son.

According to a new report from Radar Online, however, it seems that Nathan is more interested in filming a new season of Teen Mom than being a father.

An unidentified friend of Jenelle’s tells the website that Nathan’s primary reason for making Jenelle’s life more difficult is staying on the show:

“MTV has been filming Nathan lately,” says the source. “He has been filming without his son and with his friends.

“It seems like he cares more about being on TV than his child. It’s weird.”

Weird, indeed, but it certainly makes sense.

The Teen Mom franchise is so successful that even baby daddies can pull in six figures for a single season.

Nathan surely knows that if he stops creating drama with Jenelle, he’ll probably go the way of her many other exes. 

So when he throws a fit and accuses Jenelle of leaving the country with Kaiser, you can assume an MTV crew is on hand to capture the ensuing fight.

Unfortunately, the insider says that Nathan’s interest in his son’s life ends when the cameras are gone.

“He didn’t see Kai at all through the holiday weekend,” says Jenelle’s friend. “Nathan hasn’t spoken to Jenelle. He tried reaching out to a friend of hers after her Instagram got hacked, but Jenelle hasn’t heard from him since that.

“It doesn’t surprise Jenelle that this is what he is doing because something – gym, tanning, filming – has always been more important than Kai to Nathan.”

Yikes. It’s hard to believe, but it sounds as though Jenelle is actually in the right for once.

Hopefully she can get this “friend” to testify at a custody hearing.

Nathan Griffith: Not Engaged, Still Hates Jenelle Evans

Don’t rain on this guy’s parade.

Jenelle Evans’ ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith shared a few photos of himself and girlfriend Jessica Henry on Facebook last night, which look suspiciously like an engagement celebration.

It wasn’t, Griffith reassured fans via Twitter:

“Despite most rumors, we are not engaged and we are just enjoying our time together,” Griffith wrote.  “That’s it!”

Griffith told Radar Online that he didn’t plan on being engaged again for “a long time.”

The rings Henry wore in the pictures “were fake,” Griffith explained.

“She doesn’t even have them anymore.  I was looking at that as well and I can see how that can be misconstrued, but we’re not engaged,” Griffith added.

“I would make sure everyone in the universe would know if we got engaged.”

Did a little part of him want to take a dig at Evans with those photos?

“Heavens no!” Griffith insisted. “If I did that, that means I would still care and I don’t.”

True, there’s no love lost between them.

“The image that that twisted, evil, little girl portrays me as is totally opposite of who I am,” Griffith said.  “I don’t lie (like her), I don’t manipulate (like her), I don’t get revenge (like she does) and I don’t care what most people think about me (like she does).”

I try to live my life as best as I can and help out whoever I can.   I have only been nice to that woman and she is the most sinister person I have ever came across.

She has totally made my life hell (which I try my best to get over it) and now she is raising my child with another psychopath just like she is.”

So…Griffith is not engaged.  And he still hates Evans.

Jenelle Evans: CPS Called By Nathan Griffith as Custody Beef Turns Ugly!

While Jenelle Evans was getting her romance on in St. Thomas with David Eason, her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith was freaking TFO over their son, Kaiser.

According to Radar, Griffin didn’t know that Evans would be out of the country without their son. He called CPS and the police on his ex, a source told the site.  

Kaiser was actually staying with a friend of Evans, and both agencies gave Griffith and Evans the green light to carry on with their lives.

“They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine,” the insider told the celebrity news website..

“They were like, ‘Oh sorry, we had no idea!"” the source said.

“They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left.”

CPS did get in touch with Evans in St. Thomas to discuss the call.

Reportedly, they told her “that they would talk to her when she gets back and that’s all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine.”

This isn’t the first custody issue the exes have faced; another insider claims that Griffith took Kaiser to Boston for a weekend and “no one told Jenelle.”

When she did find out, Evans – who has full custody of Kaiser –  “told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation.” 

This likely prompted Griffith to blow the whistle on his baby mama, and chances are we haven’t seen the last of this saga by a long shot.
