Bristol Palin: Teens Moms Should Be Punished For Getting Pregnant!

For a woman who stars on a show called Teen Mom OG, Bristol Palin certainly isn"t very sympathetic to the plight of unwed young mothers.

Or at least that"s the impression we get from her latest comments on the subject.

As The Ashley"s Reality Roundup points out, Bristol went on an Instagram rant this week, and she made what many feel are deeply insensitive comments about teen pregnancy.

Some fans are even citing the remarks as proof that Bristol never should have been cast on the show in the first place.

Take a look:

1. Bristol Under Fire

Bristol palin as a teen mom

Many Teen Mom OG fans were not thrilled when Bristol Palin was cast on the show, and they’re citing her latest comments as further evidence that she just doesn’t belong.

2. Blast From the Past

Bristol palin looks unhappy

Unlike Cheyenne Floyd, who also joined the cast this season, Bristol was an honest-to-goodness teen mom at one point.

3. The Palins

She welcomed her first child in 2008 … the same year that her mother gained national fame as John McCain’s running mate.

4. Different Strokes

Needless to say, Bristol’s upbringing was quite different from those of the other Teen Moms, most of whom grew up in relative poverty.

5. Check Your Privilege

But despite the fact that her mother was once one of the most famous women in the country, Bristol says she didn’t grow up with a silver spoon in her mouth.

6. Cut off

Sarah Palin on Synagogue Shooting, More Religion is the Solution

Sarah Palin has an answer for stopping mass shootings in America … and it has nothing to do with restricting gun sales or getting more weapons in the hands of law enforcement.  We got Sarah Monday at LAX and asked about the…

Sunny Johnston: Levi"s Wife BLASTS Bristol Palin Over Teen Mom OG Comments!

At this point, we think it’s safe to say that the addition of Bristol Palin to the cast of Teen Mom OG hasn’t panned out quite way producers expected.

Bristol was supposed to be a massive ratings magnet, a fact that’s evidenced by the fact that despite being a newcomer, she already gets paid more than any of the other moms.

But thus far, audiences have proven mostly indifferent to Palin.

There are many theories as to why this might be:

Perhaps too much of the show’s target demographic is too young to recall Bristol’s rise to fame during the 2012 presidential election.

Or perhaps they simply don’t care.

Maybe those who said there was no need to tinker with the cast or replace the fired Farrah Abraham were right all along.

Or maybe the show has simply run its course and it’s time to call it quits.

Whatever the case, producers are still hoping that the choice to add Bristol to the cast will eventually pan out — and they’re doing everything they can to make that happen.

On this week’s episode, viewers were re-introduced to Palin’s first infamous baby daddy, Levi Johnston, and drama ensued immediately.

If you’ve been watching the show, you know that Bristol has talked a mountain of trash about Levi in her first few episodes.

Bristol has described her relationship with Levi as “rocky” and accused her ex of not being a “solid” father figure in the life of their 9-year-old son, Tripp.

She even claimed that Levi never watched Tripp overnight until the boy was 4 years old.

Now, Levi’s current wife, Sunny Johnston, is coming to her husband’s defense in a major way.

Johnston says that while Bristol is technically correct in her claim that Tripp never spent the night in his first years, she claims Palin is leaving out one important detail:

The boy never spent the night with Johnston because Palin allegedly wouldn’t let him.

“I asked Levi, he said that right after Tripp was born for a while. And then he wasn’t allowed to have him overnight,” Sunny wrote on Instagram following this week’s episode.

“Then when they were engaged when Tripp was one-and-a-half [he] had a few weeks of overnights,” she added.

“As long as I’ve been in the picture: Levi was never allowed to have Tripp overnight until the court ordered it when he was around three despite trying to be there for all the years prior.”

One fan asked Johnston if she gets along with Bristol, and Levi’s bride was refreshingly candid in her response:

“Okay I’ve gotten this a lot so I’m going to answer,” Sunny wrote.

“Honestly, I never know what to expect so that’s hard to answer. I just pray for Levi and her to always keep striving to have a better co-parenting relationship for Tripp.

“It’s never her and I unless I’m alone with Tripp,” Johnston added.

“Always Levi and her, and every once in a while through a group text about Tripp.”

So it sounds like we may be in for serious conflict between Bristol and Sunny.

At this point, that’s about the only thing that could save Bristol’s career as a reality star.

Bristol Palin vs. Dakota Meyer: The Feud Explodes!

Remember a week ago when Dakota Meyer said things between himself and Bristol Palin were “the best [they’ve] ever been.”

Well… a lot can change in a week.

dakota v. bristol

On this past Monday’s episode of Teen Mom OG, viewers watched Bristol and Dakota basically end their marriage, as both sides apologized for their mistakes and both acknowledged Meyer’s PTSD had become too much for the relationship to handle.

It seemed as though the divorce was mutual and, hey, at the time, maybe everything was amicable.

In a new MTV-sponsored video, however, Palin advised viewers not to rush into relationships and pregnancies, telling her audience the following:

“I got engaged and pregnant within a month. Planned a wedding. And I was like, ‘I can’t get married.’ Called off the wedding. Went through the whole pregnancy by myself.

“Friggin sucked.”

That scenario does sound like it would friggin suck.

And Palin made it sound even worse when she said she felt guilty that her second child essentially had no father and, as a result…

“I got back together with him. Got married right away. Had another baby right away. And then we got divorced just recently.”

Meyer, however, has taken EXTREME exception to this portrayal of both himself and the situation between him and Palin.

He grants Bristol the basic facts of her pregnancies, but points most of the blame in her direction when it comes to the decisions she made and the way she handled it all.

“Yes, we got pregnant right after our engagement,” he captioned a photo of himself and his daughter Sailor, 2.

“We planned a wedding with our families and friends and Bristol decided to leave me a week prior. I spoke with her family every month and made it clear I would be the father of my child.

“I reached out to her before Sailor was born and asked what the plan was to co-parent. She told me to go through the courts to establish paternity.”

Moreover, Meyer argues, if Bristol felt so guilty… if she actually wanted him in the picture… why wasn’t he invited to the birth of his child?

“I found out my child was born on Twitter,” he wrote this week in response to Bristol’s video, adding:

“Can you imagine being a dad and not being allowed to be at your child’s birth? She denied my paternity until it could be proven, at which point Sailor was born.

“For Bristol to state that Sailor didn’t have a dad is laughable.

“What really happened is Bristol kept our daughter from having a father present at birth and until the courts ruled that I was her father.”

Meyer concluded his angry post like this;

“I can promise you this, Sailor and Atlee always had a dad, and always will have a dad.”

Pretty straightforward and to the point from Meyer.

And we can understand why he’s so upset here.

Palin is doing what all Teen Mom cast members almost have to do: stir up drama.

She and Dakota can’t just have a friendly divorce and pleasant co-parenting arrangement and nothing more because why would viewers tune in each week?

But Meyer is a veteran.

He suffers from anxiety and depression and constant nightmares because everyone in his platoon except for himself was killed years ago in a battle in Afghanistan.

This is anything but your run-of-the-mill Teen Mom or reality show fodder.

After all he’s been through, Meyer isn’t about to sit back and let his life story be turned into a ratings or publicity-grab by his ex-wife.

And, really, can you blame him?!?

Bristol Palin: It Was SO Awkward to Meet the Teen Moms!

Bristol Palin was a literal teen mom about 10 years ago.

But the daughter of ex-Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin is now a Teen Mom is the more figurative and professional sense, making a living as one of two new cast members on Teen Mom OG.

It’s pretty darn weird when you think about it.

Or not just when you think about it.

When you actually experience it and work alongside Palin, according to Tyler Baltierra.

For Bristol, meanwhile, it was pretty darn weird to walk right onto a show that had been airing for seven seasons already — and on which everyone was pretty close and familiar.

“I was like, this is their job, they’ve been doing this for so long,” Palin said on Monday’s Teen Mom OG premiere aftershow.. “I hope they like me.”

She may have also had this fear because, let’s face it, plenty of people out there do not like Bristol or her famous mother.

Bristol and Chyenne Floyd were both added to Teen Mom OG in the wake of Farrah Abraham being let go by MTV.

After plenty of back and forth with the controversial star, executives decided in February that it could no longer be associated with someone who did amateur pornography, basically.

“We didn’t want to step on toes, I think,” Floyd said of how she and Palin felt upon meeting the other OGs and starting to film by their side.

Catelynn Lowell, who also appeared on the after-show, thought back to the first time she met the new cast members, saying on air:

“We were doing a promo shoot. I think the production and everything made it was more awkward.”

Bristol agreed, chiming in as follows:

“So awkward!”

And Floyd also agreed!

“We hugged, and it was probably the most awkward hug ever. It was so awkward,” she said of meeting Palin.

Also awkward for Floyd? Some of the backlash she has received for not actually being a teen mom.

Not now. Not ever.

(Floyd shares one-year-old daughter Ryder with Cory Wharton; they welcomed their daughter whe Chyenne was 23 years old.)

But this is what Chyenne said on the topic last month:

“I think that a lot of people are stuck on the word and at the end of the day I’m still young mom. I still have the same struggles and I’m still learning just like everyone else.

I don’t think 23 is the ideal age to have a baby. She was unplanned, so in other ways, other than me not being a teen, I have different things that you can relate.

“So instead of me screaming all day long that I’m not a teen mom, I’d rather just talk about things that I am.”

For a look at how the veteran OGs feel about these newbies, click below:

Bristol Palin: Teen Mom is ALREADY Destroying My Family!

Teen Mom OG has added Bristol Palin, and Bristol’s family dysfunctions are obvious.

But apparently what viewers are seeing on camera is only the tip of the Alaskan iceberg.

A new report says that Bristol’s family is clashing — and Bristol’s new TV role is at the center of their feud.

RadarOnline‘s inside source has revealed that Bristol Palin’s family is being torn apart by her new role on Teen Mom OG.

Some within her divided family think that it’s a “great opportunity.”

After all, this way, Bristol gets exposure and a hefty source of income — we know how sweet that Teen Mom money can be.

Not everyone is onboard with Bristol’s newly revived reality TV career, however.

And apparently the biggest critic of her casting is her new brother-in-law, Ricky Bailey.

Ricky married Bristol’s sister, Willow, just days ago in what was reportedly a sweet ceremony in Alaska.

Bristol ditched the ceremony.

Apparently her issue was over her brother, Track, being invited.

Track has a history of arrests for domestic violence

Not-so-fun fact: he ended up missing Willow’s wedding himself because he was arrested for domestic violence yet again.

But Bristol skipping the wedding is only one factor in her current family troubles.

“Ricky is so against having cameras around,” the insider reveals.

MTV’s cameras followed Bristol for Willow’s bachelorette weekend in Arizona, and it wasn’t exactly Willow’s dream come true.

“Willow didn’t approve of the cameras filming for her bachelorette weekend,” the source says.

“But,” the insider continues, she “ended up giving in to Bristol.”

“It was more of a favor,” the source characterizes.

That favor ended up costing Willow.

“All of the conversations during Willow’s bachelorette weekend ended up being all about Bristol,” the insider reports.

That is very natural when cameras are present.

It also just … sucks for Willow.

“It was so sad for Willow,” the source laments.

But there’s more to the Palin family’s concerns than intrusive cameras.

Apparently Track isn’t the only family member who loses it sometimes.

“Bristol’s siblings believe she is totally crazy and really volatile,” the insider says.

“Her family knows Bristol is trying to keep it together for the Teen Mom cameras,” the source acknowledges.

However, they allegedly fear that it is “only a matter of time” before Bristol totally loses her composure while the cameras are rolling.

In the mean time, Bristol has been posting about a fresh start now that it is finally October.

Bristol took to Instagram to write that it is a “new month.”

She said that this means that she has a “new slate.”

(She probably means fresh slate or clean slate, but let’s not get nitpicky)

Bristol may not see eye to eye with her family on everything. That’s normal.

But we’ve all seen relationships and families fall apart at the seams while they appear on reality television. Will the Palins be next?

Bristol Palin to Farrah Abraham: Why Are You So Obsessed with Me?

Farrah Abraham has been replaced on Teen Mom OG, and to absolutely no one’s surprise, she is not taking it well.

Bristol Palin has shot down the claim that she secretly wants to be just like Farrah.

Now, she’s doubling down on that, and dragging Farrah as a mother, a role model, and a human being.

Appearing on Teen Mom: After The Show, Bristol Palin is affirming that she has no special love for Afarrah Abraham.

“No,” she says. “There’s nothing about me that wants to be anything like her.”

“And,” Bristol continues. “I would never want my girls to look up to someone like that.”

“So girlfriend,” she says in an exaggerated manner before snapping in a Z-formation, giving us flashbacks to well over a decade ago.

Bristol can’t keep up the overly dramatic act, and says: “I’m just joking!”

She’s clearly not joking about her feelings regardling Farrah, however, because she recently told Jenny McCarthy something similar.

“It’s just like, ‘Oh, she’s trying to be me,"” Bristol said.

Farrah has accused both Bristol and Cheyenne of trying and failing to be her.

“It’s like, girlfriend,” Bristol said. “You could not pay me to want to be anything like you. Honestly.”

“So no,” Bristol said. “I’m not trying to be like her.”

Farrah trashed her Teen Mom replacements, saying that either they themselves are stupid or the decision to cast them was — or both.

“There’s no intelligence there,” Farrah said, presumably while looking into a mirror.

“And,” Farrah continued. “I actually feel like the Teen Mom fans deserve to have better people fill my position.”

She wasn’t working as a store clerk — she was part of a reality show, so that’s awkward phrasing.

Also, fill my position sounds like a euphemism when Farrah says it.

“And,” Farrah said. “They deserve to have better quality.”

She also believes that not only are Bristol and Cheyenne inadequate, but they’re not even being paid as well as she was.

“Last I heard,” Farrah claims. “They said they couldn’t [have] been paid enough to be like me.”

“But yet, they are paid,” Farrah says. “They’re filling my spot.”

Farrah may bitterly hate Teen Mom, but it sounds like the show is an ex that she just can’t stand to see move on to someone else.

Bristol isn’t exactly anyone’s favorite person. She’s been accused of being a racist and a homophobe.

It doesn’t help that her mother is the absolutely infamous Sarah Palin.

Trying to out-awful Bristol is a tall order, but Farrah always seems to come across looking like an absolute maniac when the two of them feud.

On her own, Bristol may hold some truly terrible political views and bear the curse of her last name.

But when you put her beside Farrah, she looks calm and reasonable by comparison.

Farrah might not mean to, but she’s doing Bristol, Teen Mom OG, and MTV a huge favor by going on these rants.

Bristol Palin Ditches Sister"s Wedding, Humiliates Famous Family

It remains very hard to believe, but it’s true:

Bristol Palin is now part of the Teen Mom OG family.

And the timing seemingly could not be better for the controversial mother of three, considering she may now be persona non grata within her own family!

According to Radar Online, Bristol’s younger sister, Willow, got married this past Saturday to someone named Ricky Bailey in Alaska.

Mother Sarah Palin wrote on Instagram that the ceremony and reception “couldn’t be more perfect!!!” because the bride and groom were surrounded by “so much love ~ and surrounded by the mutual love & support of cherished friends & family… just PERFECT.”

But was it? Was it really?

Maybe not.

An insider tells Radar that Bristol actually no-showed the big day after getting into a massive fight with Willow.

What would have caused one sister to miss the wedding of another sister?

In this case, the dangerous past of a different sibling.

Bristol started a huge fight with Willow because her kids aren’t supposed to be around Track,” *a source close to the Palins told Radar, referencing Bristol and Willow’s 29-year old brother.

He was arrested last month for domestic violence, making the third time in as many years he’d been booked on this same awful charge.

(*Yes, these are the real names of actual people.)

The source explained that Bristol’s ex-husband, Dakota Meyer, prohibited their kids from speaking with Track many months ago.

He ended up missing out on the wedidng himself due to his arrest the evening prior, but the mere invitation was enough to set Bristol off.

“Bristol was supposed to give a speech at the wedding,” the insider said. “Instead she packed up her kids and left, leaving Willow behind.”

YIKES!

Talk about awkward, huh?

On Sunday, Bristol shared videos of her kids running around a soccer field and titled the footage “My world.”

Then, earlier today, she shared a picture of herself and Meyer in the car (both looking mighty perturbed) and teased this evening’s Teen Mom OG Season 8 premiere in the caption.

“My story begins tonight. don’t miss the 90-minute premiere… and my FIRST EPISODE of #TeenMomOG starting at 9/8c on @MTV,” she wrote, acting as if the wedding snub never happened.”

Bristol was announced as a Teen Mom OG cast addition several weeks ago — but fans of the franchise remain in shock.

The daughter of the former Vice Presidential candidate is really now on Teen Mom OG?!?

Tyler Baltierra recently acknowledged that this situation is more than just a little unusual.

Do I think it’s weird as hell? Absolutely. Do I think it’s a really, like, not a good decision for the franchise? Yeah. But that’s out of my control,” Tyler said on a podcast.

For the most part, however, Palin’s upcoming co-stars have taken some issue with how MTV never informed them of the decision to hire Bristol until the network also informed the public.

But they have also said Bristol herself seems totally cool.

Check out a few of their initial reactions below:

Tyler Baltierra: It"s Weird AF to Star Alongside Bristol Palin!

Tyler Baltierra two huge reasons to be very happy and extremely excited these days.

FIRST, the long-time reality star has lost 43 pounds of late and he looks amazing.

SECOND, he’s having another baby!!!!!!!

Tyler and wife Catelynn announced this month that their third child is due in March, an especially blessed development considering they lost one to a miscarriage back in January 2018.

But Baltierra said this week on the podcast “Reality Life with Kate Casey” that he unfortunately has one reason NOT to be so happy and excited at the moment.

And that reason has everything to do with one of his new Teen Mom OG co-stars.

For the first time since the news of her casting broke, Tyler has spoken out on the addition of Bristol Palin to the franchise.

“Do I think it’s weird as hell? Absolutely. Do I think it’s a really, like, not a good decision for the franchise? Yeah. But that’s out of my control,”. he said on the recording

We definitely understand the first part of that statement.

Bristol Palin was the daughter of the nominee for Vice President of the United States in 2008.

She was on stage at the Republican National Committee. She made MAJOR national/political headlines for months because she was a pregnant teenager at the time of this election…

… and now she’s gonna be on Teen Mom OG Season 8!

That is absolutely weird as hell.

But is it bad for the franchise?

Time, and ratings really, will tell.

The stunning casting decision has certainly resulted in an abundance of coverage for the series, as Bristol and Cheyenne Floyd will both come on board the program this fall.

They are jointly taking over for Farrah Abraham, whose affiliation with amateur pornography led to her departure from MTV in February.

To be clear, meanwhile, Tyler says he has no beef with Bristol on a personal level.

Heck, he had never met her before filming began and scarcely knew anything about her.

“I don’t know anything about anybody,” he said on the podcast. “It’s weird. When it comes to that kind of stuff, I’m a f-cking recluse.”

He was also just 16 years old back when Palin was in the national spotlight.

Pver the past two months, though, he’s heard about some of Palin’s controversies, such as her stance against gay marriage and her hot Republican takes in general.

“I got headlines sent to me, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s racist, she’s homophobic,’” he says. “I’m like, ‘What? I don’t know!’”

He’ll soon find out, however!

So will MTV viewers across the globe.

The new season of Teen Mom OG kicks off this Monday, October 1.

Still, Baltierra says he’s reserving judgment until he gets to know the Alaska native better:

“I’m like, I can’t read the tabloids. I gotta just get to know the person on my own. I don’t want to get any preconceived judgments or notions about these people.”

Moreover, he doesn’t blame Bristol for coming on board.

This is how Tyler concludes his opinion on the unexpected situation:

Do I have any hard feelings against the girls, the people participating in it now? Absolutely not.

Because I think with the franchise – like, what it turned into –  if the opportunity knocks on anyone’s door, I think everyone would be lying if they said they wouldn’t take the opportunity.

Honestly, things evolve, they gotta grow and they gotta adapt to change as we get on with this whole thing that we’ve been doing for 10 years now.

Bristol Palin: DONE With Teen Mom OG? Demanding Her Own Show?!

It"s only been two months since Bristol Palin joined the cast of Teen Mom: OG, but it seems the daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is already looking to move on from the show.

We suppose it shouldn"t come as a huge shock that Bristol doesn"t feel much in the way of loyalty toward her employers, given that her mother just up and quit being in charge of a whole ginormous state in the middle of a term.

It seems the apple really didn"t fall far from the tree in this case, and like her famous mom, Bristol believes she"s destined for TV mega-stardom.

Of course, it"s anyone"s guess as to why she thinks that, as thus far audiences have been as indifferent toward Bristol as they are toward Sarah.

The Palins seem to have a distorted view of just how fascinating the rest of the world finds them, and in Bristol"s case, that egomania is resulting in some intense conflicts with her Teen Mom bosses and co-stars …

1. Back In Action

Bristol palin meyer

After spending some time away from the spotlight, Bristol is returning to public life in a huge way — with a starring role on one of TV’s most popular reality shows.

2. Big Shoes to Fill

Farrah abraham hears but does not listen

When the time came to replace Farrah Abraham, TMOG producers reportedly felt pressured to do something big.

3. Times Have Changed

Teen mom og season 8 cast

The original girls (the OGs, if you will) were unknowns when the show started, but now they’re full-blown stars with millions of social media followers. Unless the new additions to the case existed on a similar plane of popularity, they would likely be viewed as disappointments.

4. All-Star Casting

Sarah and bristol palin photo

So it was that Morgan J. Freeman and company focused on two established talents — The Challenge star Cheyenne Floyd, and Bristol Palin, who was once the most famous teen mom in the country.

5. Big Bucks Bristol

Bristol palin on a hike

Production insiders say Bristol is already being paid more than any of her co-stars, and it looks as thought the investment is not paying off for producers.

6. A Little Late

Bristol palin legs

What the top brass at MTV failed to consider is that Bristol’s fame peaked ten years ago, a time when much of the current TMOG audience was in elementary school, and thus, generally indifferent toward matters of national politics.

Bristol Palin Blasts Farrah Abraham: We Are NOTHING Alike!

As you’ve likely heard by now, Bristol Palin will be joining the cast of Teen Mom OG for the show’s upcoming eighth season.

Bristol is one of two new cast members replacing the fired Farrah Abraham, the other being former The Challenge star Cheyenne Floyd.

Farrah Abraham-Bristol Palin

But Farrah has become desperate in her efforts to remain relevant as of late, so perhaps it should come as no surprise that she decided to launch an attack against the more high profile of her usurpers.

Yes, for about a month now, Farrah has been talking smack about Bristol every chance she gets.

And of course, she’s been favoring the old “why are you so obsessed with me?!” card and accusing Bristol of biting her style.

Bristol appeared on Jenny McCarthy’s Sirius XM show earlier this week, and the unhinged host showed little interest in vaccinating Palin from the infectious disease that is Farrah:

“Farrah had said something about you, saying, ‘She looks like she wants to be me,’” McCarthy said

At first, Palin was sympathetic and allowed for the possibility that she and Farrah have suffered similar mistreatment by the press:

“Girlfriend. I watch the show. I kind of felt bad,” she said about Abraham.

“I know how it feels to be judged off the bat. I feel like I walk into a room and people just whisper.”

From there, Bristol went into mild shade-throwing mode, stating that she pities poor Farrah for the obvious difficulty she’s experiencing in her post-MTV life:

“I watch the show. Maybe she’s just misunderstood. Poor girl, I feel so bad.”

When McCarthy directly quoted Abraham as saying, “She’s trying to be me,” Palin finally lost it.

“Girlfriend, you could not pay me to want to be anything like you,” Bristol said.

“Honestly. No, I’m not trying to be like her.”

From there, Bristol was off on a rant, confirming that those who have had actual interactions with Farrah share the opinion of those who have only watched her from afar — the girl is batsh-t crazy.

“This is the only time I’m going to address it. I can’t stand people like that,” Bristol raged.

“They are just searching for attention. So, it’s poke, poke, poke. No. You’re like that on the show because that’s how you are.”

We didn’t think Farrah could sink any lower than she already had, but amazingly she’s found a way to look like the psychotic one in a feud with a freakin’ Palin.

Teen Mom OG Trailer: Tears, Trauma and... Sarah Palin!

New challenges are ahead on Teen Mom OG.

At least one new child is on the way.

New drama, new storylines and plenty of new controversies are also on tap.

But the first trailer for fresh episodes of this beloved MTV reality series focus mostly on the two new mothers set to take the show by storm.

Are you ready to delve into the lives of Bristol Palin and Cheyenne Floyd?

The former, of course, is the daughter of ex-Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

You may think you know her well due to her time in the spotlight several years ago, but Bristol reveals in this preview that her (now former) husband, Dakota Meyer, is suffering from PTSD due to his time in the military.

And it"s tearing her relationship apart.

"We don"t know how to coexist together," Palin says here. "I don"t want to raise my kids to think this is what a marriage looks like, you know?"

Meyer is the father of Bristol"s two oldest children; and Levi Johnston, the father of her first son, will also be appearing on Season 8 this fall.

Elsewhere, Floyd – who first appeared on MTV"s Are You the One, prior to competing on The Challenge: Rivals 3 – will be juggling two men as part of her Teen Mom OG role.

One is Cory Wharton, the father of her daughter, Ryder.

The other is a boyfriend named Zach, who, as depicted in this video, will find himself at the center of drama between the exes, their custody arrangement and how much time he spends with Floyd"s adorable child.

That"s a bit of background on the new OGs.

What about the original OGs?

Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra will openly wonder whether they have a future together, with the latter dropping the most heartbreaking quote of the promo when he comes right out and admits:

"If someone asked me, "Are you happy in your marriage?" I"d say, "Absolutely not.""

OUCH.

Maci Bookout and husband Taylor McKinney look to be having serious issues with Maci"s ex, Ryan Edwards, while Amber Portwood and boyfriend Andrew Glennon are at least in new baby bliss.

Will that last, however?

And how will these long-time cast members react to the presence of Bristol and Cheyenne? And Sarah Palin herself?!?

Check out the explosive teaser now and then prepare for Teen Mom OG to return with new episodes on October 1 at 9/8c.

Farrah Abraham SLAMS Bristol Palin: She Scares Me!

The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards were held last night, and as in year’s past, the best and brightest of the music world rubbed elbows with some of the network’s longest-standing stars — who might be a bit less well-known to the show’s mainstream audience.

Among the attendees were Farrah Abraham and Kailyn Lowry, both of whom were asked for their thoughts on MTV’s decision to add Bristol Palin to the cast of Teen Mom OG.

Kail — displaying the warmth and optimism that have made her a fan favorite in recent years — had only good things to say about Bristol:

“I think it could be a great addition to the Teen Mom OG cast,” Lowry told Us Weekly on the red carpet.

“I welcome her to the family!”

Farrah, as expected, was a bit more melodramatic and — what’s the word? — batsh-t crazy in her response to the same question.

“I think I’m watching Girl, Interrupted. She moved to the same place I live,” Farrah said when asked about Bristol.

“I’m actually scared. I want to stay away from that.”

Just about every Farrah quote is unintentionally hilarious, but this one might take the cake.

For starters, we literally have no idea what sort of thought she’s trying to convey.

On top of that, Farrah has either never seen Girl, Interrupted or doesn’t remember it very clearly.

In fact, we’re pretty sure she meant to reference Single White Female, which is just one of the many factors that make this a dark horse candidate for funniest Farrah quote.

Farrah Abraham-Bristol Palin

That said, we’re forced to grudgingly agree with Farrah on one point.

The Palins are scary and anything that lures them away from their Russia-adjacent stomping grounds and into the lower 48 is even scarier.

MTV has unleashed a pox upon the mainland, and those who fear the future are right to.

That doesn’t mean we won’t be watching every cringe-y second of Bristol on TMOG.

We’re just gonna keep in mind that we might be witnessing the beginning of the endtimes.

Bristol Palin: See Her Very First Teen Mom OG Sneak Peek!

OK, so it"s been a month since we first heard the news that Bristol Palin is joining the cast of Teen Mom OG.

We"ve had all that time to let everything sink in, to try to get used to the idea of such a huge change in the show.

It hasn"t been easy.

Many, many Teen Mom fans have said that they"ll stop watching the show now that Bristol is part of it, and that"s fair — she"s not the most likable person MTV could have cast, that"s for sure.

After all, nobody likes the Palins.

But despite all the backlash they"ve received, MTV is obviously going forward with Bristol.

And now we have a clip to prove it!

Yep, the new season of Teen Mom OG will begin airing on October 1st, so there"s plenty of time for trailers and teasers and sneak peeks galore.

Last night during the VMAs, Bristol"s very first sneak peek was aired, and it"s …

Well, it sure is something.

It starts with Bristol talking with her mother, Sarah Palin herself, so if there was any doubt that jackass would be making an appearance on the show, that"s gone now.

"I was a teen mom," Bristol says. "My life is not perfect at all."

"Amen," Sarah replies.

And so it begins.

Next, we see Bristol saying "I want to do what"s best for my kids," but there"s no context for her statement.

Still, it"s not hard to guess what she"s talking about.

The last season of Teen Mom OG wrapped up filming in January, and these days, the moms barely get a break from filming, if they get a break at all.

If Bristol filmed for the whole season, and it"s looking like she did, then there"s a good chance cameras were around for the end of her marriage — her former husband, Dakota Meyer, filed for divorce around the beginning of February.

But even if she didn"t start filming until after that, obviously there will still be plenty of drama to go around.

But will it be enough drama to interest Teen Mom fans?

More importantly, will it be enough to overcome the digust that so many of those fans feel about having Bristol on the show in the first place?

Only time will tell!
