Nathan Griffith: Mug Shot, Possible Prison Sentence Revealed!

Yesterday, we reported that Nathan Griffith was arrested on larceny charges filed by the Carolina Hurricane herself, Jenelle Evans.

Today, we’re getting our first look at Griffith’s mug shot, as well as our first information about what sort of penalties Jenelle’s baby daddy could be facing.

It seems Nathan has ample reason to look so bummed in his booking photo (and no, it’s not because he made the mistake of having a baby with Jenelle Evans).

According to Radar Online, there’s a good chance that the 27-year-old will be sentenced to 45 days behind bars for pulling a bizarre heist in an effort to prove he’s a suitable father.

Evans alleges that Griffth stole her car so that he could get his hands on about $ 1,000 worth of belongings that were in the trunk.

The items included a stroller and baby seat that Griffith says he purchased for his 18-month-old son, Kaiser.

Griffith says he wanted to get his hands on the baby essentials so that he could show them to the judge in his and Jenelle’s custody hearing, as proof that he’s been providing for his child.

“In North Carolina, if he was found guilty or pleads guilty [to the misdemeanor larceny charge], he’s facing up to 45 days in jail,” a source close to the case tells Radar.

Sounds like Nathan should’ve just held onto the receipts.

Justin Bieber Flirts With Ariana Grande, Gets Shot Down in Epic Fashion!

If you have opinions worth having, then you probably already love Ariana Grande.

Whether the girl is tearing down body-shaming trolls or amusing us with spot-on impressions of Christina Aguilera, Ariana has proven time and again that she’s the least-basic pop star since Miley Cyrus.

Maybe that’s why she has no time for ultra-basic f–kboys like Justin Bieber.

It seems the Biebz was scrolling through his Instagram page (or stalking Ari’s page, whatevs), when he saw a photo he liked and felt the need to leave a flirty comment.

“Damn Ariana u look so good,” Justin wrote.

Naturally, there are millions of young women who would book the next flight to Ontario if they were to receive such a compliment from the Biebs.

Ariana is very clearly not one of them:

“lol no,” Ariana replied. Moments later she clarified her reasons for shooting the Biebus down:

“not today satan !!!!!! gtg finish this music & live my cute, drama free life !!”

Yes, Ari not only shot the man down, she drew his attention to what the rest the world has known for quite some time:

Bieber is a drama tornado and anyone in his vicinity just gets sucked into the cyclone.

Something tells us we won’t be seeing any more Justin Bieber-Ariana Grande collaborations in the near future.

Bill Cosby Mug Shot: See It Here!

Following months and months of alleged victim after alleged victim coming out and accusing Bill Cosby of rape, the comedian was arraigned Wednesday afternoon in Pennsylvania on sexual assault charges.

Here is your first look at Cosby’s mug shot:

Earlier in the day, an arrest warrant for the 78-year old comedian was issued in conjunction with a 2004 case in which he’s accused of drugging and sexually violated former Temple University employee Andrea Constand.

Back in 2005, a judge dismissed the case due to a lack of evidence, but the charges filed Wednesday were the result of new evidence that came to light over the summer.

“A prosecutor’s job is to follow the evidence wherever it leads and whenever it comes to light,” said First Assistant D.A. Kevin R. Steele in a statement Wednesday.

“Upon examination of all of the evidence, today we are able to seek justice on behalf of Mr. Cosby’s victim.”

Cosby has been at the center of a scandalous storm for over a year now.

Over 50 women have come forward and told similar stories of how Cosby supposedly drugged them and violated them while they were in an unconscious or semi-unconscious state.

The statute of limitations has expired on most of these cases, however.

But this is not the case when it comes to Constand, who authorities say is willing to testify against Cosby.

On Wednesday afternoon, Judge Elizabeth McHugh read the charges against the 78-year-old and, according CNBC, set his bail at $ 1 million.

Cosby then handed over his passport and did not enter a plea.

He will remain free on bail pending trial, with a preliminary hearing was set for January 14.

If convicted on the felony second degree charge of aggravated indecent assault, Cosby faces five to 10 yearin jail and a $ 25,000 fine.

Just a short while ago, an attorney for Cosby issued the following statement to NBC:

The charge by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office came as no surprise, filed 12 years after the alleged incident and coming on the heels of a hotly contested election for this county’s DA during which this case was made the focal point.

Make no mistake, we intend to mount a vigorous defense against this unjustified charge and we expect that Mr. Cosby will be exonerated by a court of law.

Grace attempted the first two shots and failed.

So she then handed the ball to her mom and encouraged Amanda to give it a try.

With the crowd cheering and with her daughter egging her on, Amanda let her shot fly, under-handed.

Sadly, however, it bounced on the court long before it even reached the rim, ending the hopes and dreams of the Ramey family.

Oh well. Nice try. They get an A for their efforts and can now go home and… WAIT A SECOND!

One Direction shocked fans in Dublin on Friday night by playing the track "Perfect" for the first time in a public venue.

The song will be included on the group"s upcoming album, "Made In The A.M.," and many believe it to be somewhat of a shot at Taylor Swift.

How come?

“Perfect” is similar to Swift’s “Style” both musically and lyrically, as both mention Harry Styles and Swift taking midnight drives together.

The songs actually mash-up well together, while the chorus for "Perfect" included the following lyrics:

"And if you’re looking for someone to write your breakup songs about/Baby, I’m perfect.”

"Street Outlaws" -- Car Shop Shot Up

The stars of “Street Outlaws” are dealing with a real criminal situation … after their store was left riddled with bullets.

Oklahoma City PD tells TMZ they are still on scene investigating a shooting at Midwest Street Cars — where “8 or 9” bullet holes were left in the building.

We’re told the shooting happened Monday night — and since nobody was working — there were no injuries.

Sources with the Discovery show tell us armed men also showed up at the home of one of the stars — Murder Nova — but were scared off when he went outside.  We’re told there is security footage.

Cops say they don’t have suspects or a motive yet.

Sytch was arrested on Wednesday in Pennsylvania for an outstanding bench warrant. The court issued the warrant when she missed not one, not two … but THREE hearings for her May arrest for DUI, careless driving, and driving on a suspended license.

Sytch is still in police custody, and has a hearing scheduled for Friday … when her bail amount will be set.

She’s been arrested multiple times since her WWE days, and served 4 months in prison for violating a restraining order.

Wrong-Way Driver Gets Fatally Shot By Police — From A Helicopter! Get The Crazy Deets Here!

On Friday, a suspected home invasion robber died on a Southern California freeway after leading police on a 100-mph chase!

According to authorities, the suspect was driving down the wrong side of the freeway, and was shot by a sheriff’s deputy — from a helicopter!

Police began pursuing the robbery suspect east of El Lay when the vehicle traveled southbound in the northbound lanes of I-215, which prompted a deputy to open fire on the SUV.

While it’s rate for deputies to shoot from a helicopter, San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies are trained in doing so. Deputy Olivia Bozek explained that opening fire was necessary because:

“It’s a public-safety issue. Once he starts going the wrong way, obviously he doesn’t care about passengers or pedestrians or other cars that are around.”

After getting hit, the driver jumped out of the vehicle, which crashed head on into a Dodge Durango carrying a family of three. Reports say the family suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The robbery suspect continued along the freeway until he collapsed a short distance away, dying at the scene.

We’re glad no one else was seriously hurt from this incident.

2 College Football Players -- Shot Outside House Party

Two University of Utah football players were seriously wounded Saturday night after being shot outside a Salt Lake City house party.

Salt Lake City cops say 2 men — both U of U players — were shot following an altercation with 3 men who were denied entry into a party.  Both men are in the hospital, in stable condition.

The victims are sophomore tight end Lo Falemaka and freshman running back Marcel Brooks-Brown.

Both players should make a full recovery.  

Cops are stumped as to the identity of the 3 suspects.
