Christina and Tarek El Moussa: We"re Getting Back Together!*

*In a professional sense and setting, that is.

On Wednesday night, Christina El Moussa took to Instagram in order to announce that she and her ex-husband are not just getting along perfectly well these days.

They are getting along SO well that they will continue to co-host Flip or Flop!

“We’re baaacckkk!!!” El Moussa told her 875,000 followers yesterday, adding in exciting detail:

#FlipOrFlop was just picked up by @hgtv for 15 new episodes!! Look for Season 8 to premiere in Spring 2019. We want to make it the best season yet….

What do you want to see this season?!

Christina and Tarek, as you likely know by now, announced their divorce in late 2016.

Many HGTV viewers understandably feared at the time that this would also mean the end of the pair’s popular home renovation and house flipping series, especially once details of the break-up became public.

(Ummm… Tarek had a gun and Christina feared he as suicidal?!?)

However, ratings for Season 7 of Flip or Flop were actually up 18 percent from the previous season, which isn’t really all that shocking, is it?

Of course folks would tune in more than ever to see how a divorced couple would act around each other, right?

Would there be noticable tension?

Would personal differences be amicably put aside in the name of professional success?

The answer to the first question proved to be no and the second question yes, as Tarek and Christina have managed to avoid bashing each other to the press, while maintaining a strong enough relationship to co-parent their two young kids.

It’s been pretty cool to watch, actually.

Late last year, both halves of the former couple even acknowledged their split about a year after it happened, taking an admirable perspective on it via a pair of social media posts.

First, Christina quoted a passage from a book that read as follows:

“You do not get to choose the events that come your way nor the sorrows that interrupt your life. They will likely be a surprise to you, catching you off guard and unprepared…

“To suffer, that is common to all. To suffer and still keep your composure, your faith, and your smile, that is remarkable.”

And then Tarek confessed that he was at a low point around the time of his divorce, but:

“In my opinion, rock bottom is an opportunity to start over and do it right!”

Such a life view has worked out well for both Christina and Tarek, as well as HGTV.

“Fans have followed Tarek and Christina through scores of house flips and supported their personal journey for years,” said Allison Page, president HGTV and Food Network this week, adding:

“We’re eager to see how they continue to run their flipping business, co-parent their children and start new chapters in their professional and personal lives.”

For Christina, this may mean marrying some dude named Ant Anstead.

But Tarek doesn’t seem to care. He’s just focused on real estate right now.

“I know we’ve been around for a really, really long time, but we are back,” he said on his own Instagram page yesterday. “We’re ready to flip some houses!”

Are you ready to watch them do so?

Tarek El Moussa: Oh God, Is He Banging The Nanny Again?

A sweet but suspicious post on Instagram is making a lot of fans wonder: is Tarek El Moussa banging the nanny … again?

Tarek and Christina El Moussa finalized their divorce early this year, but it"s unclear if he"s actually dating anyone at the moment.

Some fans are uneasy after seeing him buy a brand new car for his nanny.

Tarek el moussa nanny mossy splitTarek el moussa on instagram

In a new video that he shared on Instagram, Tarek presents Nanny Mossy with a brand new car.

"Happy birthday to our nanny, Mossy!!" Tarek writes in the captions.

Birthdays are a big deal, but gifts of cars are few and far between for people who aren"t family — or in a relationship.

Tarek goes on to praise Mossy, writing: "She has the most important job in the world."

In his family"s world, absolutely.

He clarifies what he means about her job, writing: "which [is] helping me raise Tay and Bray!"

Nanny mossy

"The kids love her so much," Tarek continues. "We couldn"t imagine life without her!!"

That, by the way, is part of why you should never bang the nanny. A breakup or firing could turn their world upside down.

"Plus," Tarek adds. "She makes me the best food."

He is really hyping her up to his fans and followers. Perhaps to explain why she merits the gift of a brand new car.

"She"s 100 percent part of our family," Tarek affirms. "And we [red heart emoji] her!!"

It was probably wise of him to highlight that he sees her as a family member before putting any red heart emojis into the mix.

Tarek then makes his announcement.

"I surprised her with a new Lexus for her birthday," Tarek writes. "At Lexus of Newport Beach."

Note that he plugs these very specific places and dealers. This may be relevant.

Tarek continues. "My brother @jaredjstar25 owner of J star motors in Anaheim Hills connected us with the dealer!"

"Thanks again Jared!" Tarek concludes, tagging: "@jstarautogroup @newportlexus"

Back when Tarek and Christina were first going through their split, it was said that he romantically pursued his nanny at the time, Alyssa Logan.

And now there"s this — which some would consider an extravagant gift. Does he have a nanny thing?

Nanny mossy new car

Life & Style wrote up an InTouch Weekly post on what their sources say is the real situation between Tarek and the nanny.

"Friends think he has the hots for Mossy," the insider explains.

"She"s just his type," the source continues. "And she’s amazing with Brayden and Taylor, which he would find really attractive."

Some men get their wires crossed and feel automatically attracted to any woman who is taking care of their children.

Some men are just attracted to any woman who"s attractive, so there"s also that.

Tarek el moussa and taylor el moussa

The insider says: "Being good with kids is definitely something he looks for in a woman."

But they think that part of this just comes down to his personality.

"Tarek is a huge flirt," the source describes. "And has always had a thing for hot girls."

We"re not sure if has a thing for hot girls is super unique.

Christina tarek daughter

So, what does Christina El Moussa think of all of this?

"She really likes Mossy," the source says. "But rolled her eyes when she found out he"d bought her something that expensive."

That"s fair, honestly.

As for the car, the insider has a theory.

Tarek "really seems like he’s trying to impress her!"

Tarek el moussa with children

Buying someone a car is a big deal, no matter how small of a drop in the bucket the price might be for you.

We don"t know exactly how much Tarek paid, but the car is $ 40,000.

Tarek"s total net worth has been estimated to be around $ 4 million. That would make this about 1% of his net worth.

While spending 1% of your net worth just means buying a sandwich if you only have $ 1,000, that percentage starts meaning a lot more as you accumulate wealth.

But, as we said, we don"t know how much he actually shared.

As Starcasm notes, this post seems less like a gift between lovers and more like a car commercial. This basically seems like product integration.

They also note that, if this were a romantic relationship, it would seem more likely that he would film her reaction when he first tells her about the gift.

Instead, he just films her seeing the car while plugging some names. Which is not the sexiest thing that we"ve ever seen on Instagram.

Tarek El Moussa: Fake News Ruined My Marriage!

Reportedly, Tarek El Moussa is dating a lingerie model. But right now, he’s focused on talking about his show and his family and his former marriage.

And he points the finger at one factor that he believes causes problems for him now and may have even led to his divorce:

Fake news.

In December of 2016, Tarek and Christina El Moussa announced their split.

This was crushing news for fans of the couple and of their series, Flip or Flop.

The context for their split, however, was positively alarming.

The two of them separated after an insane gun incident in which Tarek stormed off into the woods after the couple got into an argument.

At the time, there was a genuine fear that Tarek might harm himself. Fearing the unthinkable, Christina called the police.

Tarek would later say that he brought the gun with him to fend of wild animals if need be, but it was a frightening incident and, afterwards, they decided that it would be best for themselves and their children if they parted ways.

Speaking to Fox News, Tarek El Moussa blames “fake news” for his marital troubles. Not entirely, but … you’ll see.

He starts off by speaking about divorce in general.

“Like any couple that’s getting divorced it’s very, very difficult obviously.”

There are easy, amicable divorces in this world, but they’re rare. A divorce that both partners enjoy is usually the result of a loveless-from-the-start marriage where the two either have so much or so little money that they refuse to fight over it.

He acknowledges that divorce is hardly unique.

“Half of the nation is divorced [but] because of who were are, being on TV, and people knowing who we are, it was a very public divorce.”

Clearly, that’s beyond the scope of most people’s divorce experiences.

And he emphasizes that fans are still consuming updates on how things are going.

“And it’s still a very public divorce.”

Clearly — he’s talking about it, and we’re all listening.

After setting up the context, he goes on to say that his experience is worse since he’s famous.

“So I would say it has been a lot more difficult than it would have been if it was private.”

You have to worry about what people will think or what they might be saying, every step of the way. Then there are the concerns that your career might get derailed.

“Obviously, if you’re on TV, you’re in the public so our private life is completely open.”

More or less, sure.

“Everybody knows everything about us.”

He then says that it was “very frustrating” to hear a lot of what he refers to as “fake news” about himself and his marriage.

And that goes for his divorce and or his personal life.

“Fake News” is one of those buzzwords that’s been jumbled from its original usage.

When it first rose to prominence in 2016, it referred to news stories that were deliberately fabricated by those reporting it — stuff about Illuminati-style conspiracies.

But then, like a babbling toddler repeating words he’d just heard, Donald Trump used the word to describe legitimate news reporting that he just doesn’t happen to like. That opened up floodgates and has continued to have global consequences.

In the case of celebrities like the El Moussas, however, there is sometimes genuinely fake news.

That should not be confused with gossip stories that discuss rumors, however. Just saying.

Tarek goes on to acknowledge that, despite the pitfalls of fame, the public’s awareness of their lives contributes to Flip or Flop‘s success.

“Today, there’s like a hundred house flipping shows and I truly believe what makes our show successful is our dynamic as investors and as a family.”

Absolutely.

“When we first came on the air we were really young. We were a young couple that had everything we had on the line.”

And he thinks that this translated through the screen.

“I think… people were able to read that through the screen and they’ve watched us grow as a family. They’ve seen us have children and raise our children and move houses.”

It arguably helped change the landscape of this type of show.

“And it’s just been kind of not only a TV show about flipping houses, it’s been a TV show about our lives as well.”

Tarek El Moussa: I"m in Love With a Lingerie Model!

Now that Tarek El Moussa has finalized his divorce from Christina, he’s offering some self-help advice to fans.

But he’s also found a new woman. We don’t mean that he’s still hooking up left and right.

Tarek is, reportedly, in love.

InTouch Weekly reports that Tarek El Moussa is dating lingerie model Patience Silva.

“They met toward the end of last year on the celebrity dating app Raya.”

Ah, yes. Raya. The infamous dating app only used by celebrities and people in their circles.

Basically so that famous people can date online without worrying about superfans or stalkers more than they already do.

But Tarek and Patience apparently aren’t just dating, according to InTouch‘s source.

“Tarek’s in love with Patience.”

You might say that, having seen a couple of photos of Patience, you’re a little in love with her, too. But there’s apparently more to this.

The insider describes Patience as:

“Patience is spiritual, warm, and caring.”

The report continues:

“She’s the perfect match for Tarek, who has been to hell and back since his split from Christina.”

We’ve heard all about the lowest points in Tarek El Moussa’s life, so it’s good that he’s not only found some stability but also a woman with whom he’s happy.

But why, since Tarek El Moussa has been pouring his heart out on social media lately, has he not mentioned her?

The source suggests a simple explanation.

“Patience is a private person.”

Don’t laugh. Just because somebody models lingerie doesn’t mean that she wants to advertise her dating life to the world, or be catapulted to new levels of fame.

And apparently Tarek is being very sensitive with respect to Patience’s wishes.

“He doesn’t want to jinx this.”

That’s good. Though it does lead us to wonder who might have leaked this.

In July of 2017, Patience Silva shared a post:

“The problem with red flags is I’m attracted to them.”

This sounds like a dating problem that a bull would joke about having (note: bulls are not actually attracted to or enraged by red flags, but that’s a whole other discussion).

Does having an incident with your wife that involved a gun and resulted in separation qualify as a “red flag” in Patience’s book?

Not asking for ourselves, but for Tarek El Moussa.

Now, we know that some people might balk at the name Patience. It admittedly does sound like the name of a frontierswoman or a ghost or a frontierswoman’s ghost.

But folks, that’s her name. It’s rare and its hers and we don’t need to give her a hard time.

Similarly, even though so many people fell in love with Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa as a couple, we shouldn’t give Patience a hard time for dating Tarek.

She didn’t break them up. They broke themselves up, nearly a year and a half ago. And that was probably for the best.

Besides, Christina El Moussa has her own dating life. It’s part of moving on.

If Tarek’s able to love again after all of the low moments of his life in recent years, good for him. And good for Patience for deciding that he was just the DILF for her.

Tarek El Moussa: I"m Divorced & I Have Self-Help Advice for YOU!

You might not think that a guy whose dramatic breakup that involved a gun would be in a position to be handing out advice to anyone.

But what Tarek El Moussa has to say here, after finalizing his divorce, is genuinely good advice. … Mostly.

And he’s hoping that fans will take it to heart.

In a handwritten note that he photographed and shared on Instagram (thankfully, in print, rather than that eldritch script known as cursive), Tarek El Moussa of Flip or Flop fame shares his thoughts on feelings and he hopes that his fans will share his message.

He says that he wrote this from the heart.

“Life is a series of ups and downs and there is nothing we can do about it.”

That’s good advice for a lot of people. it’s also a total bummer.

“When you are on a ‘high’ you feel nothing but happiness and positivity, and on the flip side, no pun intended, when you are on a ‘low,’ you forget what that high feeling felt like.”

One, let’s be clear that he’s not talking about drug-induced highs, just happiness and other positive emotions.

Two, he definitely chose to say flip side, there are a ton of ways to say what he did and only one references the show that made him famous.

“When you experience a ‘low,’ understand it is a ‘feeling’ and not your reality.”

It almost sounds like he’s describing bipolar disorder, but we’re not going to try to diagnose him from our keyboards.

“How do you overcome these feelings? I find that written words are a big part of understanding what you are feeling.”

Introspection can be tough, and many people do find that having to articulate their thoughts and emotions helps them to better sort through and identify their state of being.

“When you are on a ‘high,’ write down how you are feeling, how you are thinking, and what is causing happiness in your life.”

That’s great advice, though most people are too focused on enjoying what they’re doing to analyze their joy.

“At the same time, when you are ‘low,’ write down how you feel, what you are thinking about, and what is causing pain in your life.”

Sometimes, people are unhappy but aren’t sure why.

“You must learn to differentiate the two.”

Here’s where some of his advice sounds more like it’s weird and a little self-help oriented.

“You must tell yourself while you’re feeling ‘low’ that it isn’t real, it’s not your reality.”

If we’re talking about chemical depression, sure. But a lot of the time, the best advice is just that your situation will get better. But … it is real.

“When you are feeling ‘low,’ go back and read your notes from when you were feeling ‘high’ and do the things you did and figure out what made you happy when you were on a ‘high."”

That won’t work with depression (depressed folks struggle to enjoy the things that once made them happy).

“Sometimes the best counselor is yourself.”

That can be true, though not always.

“Trust yourself, trust your notes, and believe what you wrote. … You are the one that wrote them.”

That’s … definitely true.

But we think that what he means here is that, if you’re at a low point and find it hard to believe that happiness will ever again be possible, reading your own words as they describe your own happiness could provide hope.

Recently, Tarek El Moussa spoke with Entertainment Tonight and described the ways in which he believes this his very public breakup has made him a better person.

“In general, through the process of my separation and divorce, it’s been a year and a half.”

Yep. And what a wild ride it’s been, for the couple and for their children. But Tarek and Christina get along for the sake of their children, so that’s good.

“I came out of this thing stronger, more present and healthier than I’ve ever been because I did everything possible to reevaluate who I am and who I want to be.”

That’s so important. And we think that his self-help note is evidence of that.

“And the conclusion of that is that I want to be the absolute best father possible.”

It’s good that his priorities are in order.

Tarek and Christina El Moussa Mourn Death of Flip or Flop Contractor

Both Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa have taken to social media in mourning of a loved one.

The same loved one, it turns out.

On Friday, Frank Miller lost his battle with laryngeal cancer, passing away peacefully at an Orange County hospital in California.

The long-time contractor had worked closely with Tarek and Christina for years on Flip or Flop, the home renovation series that has been such a huge hit for HGTV.

In tribute to their late friend, the former couple shared memories of Frank and bid him farewell over the weekend.

“Good bye My dear friend Frank,” Tarek wrote, adding:

“I have always looked up to you and have respected you as a brother. You have touched not only myself and my family but thousands and thousands around the world.

“You have impacted so many lives with the fight inside your heart and soul…

“I will NEVER forget you and I hope to one day be as strong as you.”

“Now…don’t slack!” Tarek concluded. “I assume you are already working on remodeling heaven! Miss you buddy.”

Christina also sent a few thoughts Miller’s way.

“Frank since the day I met you I had the utmost respect for you,” she wrote.

Continued the popular HGTV personality:

“Hardworking and REAL. Always a pleasure to be around and always made me laugh. You fought your hardest!! You are so admired and respected by all who know you.

“God has a special place for you in Heaven. Love you and miss you.”

Tarek and Christina split up about a year ago.

They recently acknowledged their divorce and how far they’ve come in separate social media posts.

In May, the co-stars went public went the tale of Frank’s cancer diagnosis.

A GoFundMe account was sent up by Miller’s co-worker, Alison Diaz, that ended up raising over $ 31,000 to help Frank cover his medical treatments.

“As some of you know… he’s been fighting multiple cancers for many years, even while filming our show, and he’s still putting up the fight of his life,” Tarek wrote on Instagram at the time.

“The doctors told him a year ago he would not make it past 6 months, he’s proving them wrong, this man is a beast.”

Tarek, of course, has overcome two different cancer diagnoses himself.

The GoFundMe remains active, it should be noted.

If you’d like to make a donation, please go ahead and do so.

May Frank Miller rest in peace.

Christina and Tarek El Moussa Mark Split-erversary with Moving Instagram Posts

Who says a couple can’t break up and still get along?

Even if that break up involves on person pulling out a gun and the other person later dating a mutual friend?

Approximately one year ago, Christina and Tarek El Moussa announced their split.

It was a surprising confirmation for HGTV viewers that had spent the past few years watching Christina and Tarek successful renovate homes on Flip or Flop.

The couple share two little kids and at least appeared to get along pretty well on screen.

But we learned shortly after their separation that all was not perfect.

In fact, Tarek actually stormed off into the woods with a gun in the spring of 2016 after he and his wife got into a serious argument.

Concerned for Tarek’s safety, Christina called the police.

All was eventually sorted out (Tarek said he wanted the gun to keep wild animals away); no charges were filed; but the marriage was basically over.

In their statement announcing as much, Christina and Tarek assured fans that they would remain friends and that raising their two young kids would be a priority.

It’s the same things all famous people say when they go their separate ways.

But the El Moussas actually meant it!

Neither side has bad-mouthed the other over the past several months, even after Christina dated family contractor Gary Anderson for a bit.

And they are co-parenting their son and daughter like champs.

To make the anniversary of their public split, both sides of this ex-couple wrote something important on Instagram.

“You do not get to choose the events that come your way nor the sorrows that interrupt your life,” reads an excerpt from the pastor David Crosby’s book Your Pain is Changing You, shared by Christina.

“They will likely be a surprise to you, catching you off guard and unprepared.

“You may hold your head in your hands and lament your weak condition and wonder what you ought to do.”

el mouusa message

“Couldn’t agree more,” Christina wrote alongside the message above, which also includes the words:

To suffer, that is common to all. To suffer and still keep your composure, your faith, and your smile, that is remarkable.

She used the hashtag “#KeeptheFaith,” as well.

Tarek, meanwhile, posted a quote from Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling.

It reads:

“Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.”

This is a reference to how the beloved author was famously way down on her luck before selling her first Harry Potter book.

tarek message

Tarek, for his part, has now overcome two different cancer diagnoses, as well as this divorce.

“This quote really stood out to me,” Tarek told his followers, adding:

“We’ve all faced obstacles and for many they were so horrific they hit the lowest point of their life with no future in sight….when you are at the bottom you feel nothing but pain, misery and despair.”

He concluded:

“Even though you can’t see the light at the bottom it still exists and as time goes on that light starts to shine.

“Once that light starts to shine take the opportunity to reevaluate who you are and what you want to be. Take it as an opportunity to bounce back and be stronger than ever.

“In my opinion, rock bottom is an opportunity to start over and do it right!”

We all could learn a lot from Tarek and Christina El Moussa, which is a sentiment we never imagined we’d express a year ago.

Tarek El Moussa Threw His Daughter the BEST Birthday Party!

If you"re going to have a birthday party and you need somebody to plan it, look no further than Flip or Flop"s Tarek El Moussa.

You might have to be one of his kids. Try crouching down — that"ll work, right?

His daughter with Christina El Moussa, Taylor, turned 7, and he threw the most extra mermaid birthday party for her. And he cannot stop gushing about how much he loves making his kids happy.

Tarek el moussa and taylor el moussa

We"ve seen Tarek El Moussa celebrate his son"s birthday before, just short while ago when Brayden turned two years old.

At the time, they decided that it would be best for everyone if Christina didn"t attend that party.

Tarek, in turn, didn"t attend Christina"s celebrations.

That"s actually a sign that the El Moussas are handling their divorce well, despite the rough way that it began.

And even at the time of Brayden"s birthday, it sounded like Christina"s absence was more for the sake of other guests than because the two costars couldn"t stand to be around each other.

(We got the impression that, perhaps, some of the other adult guests had strong opinions and nobody wanted there to be a scene at a two-year-old"s birthday)

Tarek el moussa as a dad

This time, it"s Taylor El Moussa"s birthday.

She turned seven years old.

People don"t always remember their second birthdays (I distinctly remember just a few things, like the cake), but pretty much everyone remembers their seventh.

And that"s what Tarek"s counting on, which is why he"s making it so very memorable for Taylor.

Her birthday party has an intense mermaid motif.

That appears to have been complete with trained entertainers, dressed as mermaids for the young attendees.

Precious!

Tarek El Moussa told E! all about what went into the party.

"I knew she wanted a mermaid theme. There"s a little mermaid place we went to once and she wanted to go so I said why not bring the mermaids home."

Not everyone can afford to "bring the mermaids home," outside of old stories of fishermen with tragic endings.

But not everyone is a successful reality star. Tarek El Moussa own a yacht, after all. He can spring to make his daughter"s birthday special.

And it sounds like it worked.

"She"s super excited and when she got here, she was super impressed."

Surprise parties can be risky, but Tarek can"t get enough.

"I like surprises. I like to surprise people."

El moussas

Tarek says that he and Christina are handling every aspect of the divorce with their children in mind.

"It"s really important for [the kids] to know that we still care about each other."

That includes considerations when it comes to birthdays.

"We celebrated Taylor"s birthday together at school [Friday] so in general, we"re just trying to keep them happy and positive and do fun things and they"re doing really well."

Taylor, to no one"s surprise, was loving her mermaid bash.

"It"s been great. She even told me it"s her best birthday ever, which was really nice."

Tarek has a specific reason for his "go big" approach to childrens birthday parties, and there"s more to it than trying to show up his ex.

(We"re glad that he and Christina aren"t doing that — it might seem that the kids benefit from competitive niceness, but that kind of one-upmanship is toxic and ends up hurting everyone involved)

Tarek el moussa and son brayden

"I had good parents growing up and I remember all the little things they did so I know that every single thing I do now will affect her in the future and she will remember all these small things."

That"s right — just like how trauma lasts a lifetime, good experiences in childhood can have a profound impact upon people and make them into better human beings.

Tarek also took Taylor on a "date night" to a nice restaurant.

We know that you probably recoiled a little at that, and we get it, but bear with us. He"s just treating his daughter to a fancy dinner. This isn"t like one of those "father-daughter promise dances" or anything creepy like that. it"s sweet.

"Even the date night alone was amazing and I know for the rest of her life, she"ll remember that."

Cute!

Tarek El Moussa Reflects on "Absolute Lowest Points of My Life"

Tarek El Moussa is doing very well these days.

Despite his split last year from wife Christina, the Flip or Flop co-host has made it clear that he’s very happy being single these days, while also enjoying fatherhood.

But things were not always this positive for the HGTV personality.

It wasn’t that long ago, in fact, that Tarek was battling two forms of cancer and had fallen into at least some kind of depression.

He doesn’t talk about this period of his life often, but he did share the photo above on Instagram this week, reflecting via caption on how far he has come.

“NOT embarrassed to share!!! This was one of the absolute lowest points of my life!! After beating cancer twice I had a horrific back injury,” explained Tarek, expounding as follows:

“Over the course of 10 months I lost 50 pounds from all the pain meds which prevented me from wanting to eat and I was nauseous all the time. I remember those days…in this photo I’m pale white….eyes are black…. and I was 169 pounds!!”

Shortly after her split from Tarek, Christina admitted that this was a very challenging time for the couple in general.

They were trying to have a baby and both were dealing with so many personal issues that communication problems arose.

“My clothing didn’t fit and it looks like I’m wearing drapes! This photo is a reminder than anything is possible with hope,” wrote Tarek as part of his caption, concluding:

“While I went through this it was the first time in my life I wanted to quit! Thank god I didn’t…or I wouldn’t be standing tall today!!

“Reminder everyone, anything is possible! You just have to believe!”

It was 2013 when the reality star and father of two battled thyroid cancer after a fan took note of a lump on his neck and called the show’s producers to say he might have a thyroid problem.

El Moussa was diagnosed with testicular cancer that same year, but kept that a secret until he opened up about it to People Magazine in March.

Tarek and Christina are no longer married, but they remain on solid terms.

They are dedicated to raising their kids in as healthy and as loving an environment as possible and they continue to co-host Flip or Flop together.

Ratings have even been on the uptick of late.

Moreover, the two have agreed to extend their professional relationship by going into the production realm as a team.

“I am really excited about creating new shows, even those that I don’t appear in,” Tarek told Variety of these projects, adding last month:
