So You Think You Can Dance: And the Winner Is....

Gaby Diaz no longer thinks she can dance.

Gaby Diaz knows she can dance.

Representing Team Stage, Diaz was named the winner of this Fox competition on Monday night, receiving the most votes and walking away with $ 250,000 in grand prize money.

Diaz also earned a cover shoot for Dance Spirit magazine, along with the chance to dance with Jennifer Lopez at her upcoming Las Vegas residency at The Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort

Not too shabby, huh?

“Being named America’s Favorite Dancer is a dream come true,” said Diaz, the first ever tapper to take the crown.

“Knowing that so many people have appreciated my effort and enjoyed my work is the ultimate compliment, leaving me feeling very accomplished and proud of the work we all have done on this show.”

Diaz defeated Hailee Payne, Virgil Gadson and Jana “Jaja” Vankova on the finale.

“This has been one of the most exciting weeks of my life, ever,” said Stage Team coach Travis Wall, adding:

“The dancer I believed in so much won this for Team Stage and herself. She is the perfect representation for SYTYCD – on and off the stage.

“I didn’t know how it was going to end up, but I’m so happy with the results. I’m so proud of her!”

A former Miss New York contestant forced to give up her crown by the Miss America Organization after appearing topless in a film wants an apology similar to Vanessa Williams‘.

Jennifer DeLora was crowned Miss Ulster County, New York in 1986 and was about to compete for the Miss New York crown when the org came across her starring role in “Bad Girls Dormitory,” in which she was topless for only 7 seconds.

DeLora says she got a letter notifying her she had 72 hours to surrender her county crown for what the organization called conduct that was “indecent and in bad taste.”

The letter said her conduct not only violated pageant rules, but they were also protecting her from looming bad publicity like Williams endured 2 years earlier.

DeLora grouses Williams’ photos were far more lurid than her tepid nude scene.

She says the organization took away her title, scholarship money and her pride and now she’s demanding an apology too.

Bad girls do cry.

EXCLUSIVE

0914-chris-cornell-chemical-burn-TMZ-01Chris Cornell took a turn as a stuntman on his latest music video and it ended with the rocker suffering severe burns.

It went down while Cornell was shooting the video for “Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart.” Production sources tell us the Soundgarden frontman insisted on doing his own stunts in the “Deadwood”-like video.

The big stunt …  a liquid chemical singeing a noose tied around his neck in a mock hanging (check 2:50 in the video).

It didn’t go as planned and they were forced to do it several times … with the chemicals eventually rubbing off on his neck and leaving the crooner with 2nd degree burns.

Don’t worry groupies … it didn’t affect his gorgeous chiseled face.

Mike Epps comedy was so brutal this past weekend, a guy was left bleeding and unconscious.

Epps was performing Friday at StandUpLive in Phoenix when he started clowning a guy in the front row for wearing a flannel shirt, saying he looked like the guy from Hootie & the Blowfish.

Everyone laughed but the doppelgänger, who got so PO’d he stood up and began yelling back at Epps. Security closed in, the guy stood up to leave and got jumped by some guys in the crowd. One witness says he saw someone sucker punch the guy.

We got video of the aftermath … the guy is out cold on the ground and clearly hurt. Cops are investigating.
