#BurritoRat Drags Mexican Meal Into Subway Lair
Sit down, Pizza Rat. Back away for a moment, Milkshake Squirrel.
It"s time for users of the Internet to be introduced to Burrito Rat!
Keeping up with one of the stranger, more unexpected viral traditions that has broken out over the past several weeks, a New York City resident has captured footage of a rat dragging a giant piece of Mexican food deep into the depths of the subway system.
It’s unclear what sort of burrito is featured here (chicken? Steak? Did the animal pay extra for guacamole?), but it"s very clear that the rat can"t wait to go scarf it down away from the chaos of the train platform.
And this much is also clear: we are NOT following this rat down there to watch any further. Gross.
Lamar Odom 911 Calls: Released, Chilling
Authorities have released the chilling 911 calls made by a manager of a brothel in Nevada after his employees discovered Lamar Odom passed out in his suite on Tuesday.
Played during a press conference the day after news of Odom’s hospitalization broke, one recording features Richard Hunter (the love ranch"s media director) telling a 911 operator that the former basketball star had used cocaine on Saturday, but not taken any since then.
"He"s taken a bunch of these," Hunter also says of natural sexual enhancement supplements.
It has since been reported that this supplement is called Reload and it has a number of dangerous side effects.
Doctors have determined that Odom suffered multiple strokes at the brothel; he remains in critical condition at the moment, with Khloe Kardashian by his side at a Las Vegas hospital.
Odom"s odds of survival, according to a source familiar with the situation, are not greater than 50%.
Listen to the frightening 911 calls now.
Demi Lovato Explains, Defends Nude Photo Shoot
Demi Lovato took the Internet by shocked storm last week when she made like Kim Kardashian.
No, the singer did not release a sex tape or promote some ridiculous product.
But the world was still taken aback when Demi Lovato nude photos went viral after the artist posed for Patrick Ecclesine on behalf of Vanity Fair.
Was the singer just trying to earn some publicity and/or some social media followers? Not exactly.
“We live in a world where everything is touched up, even pictures that people post on Instagram now,” Lovato told E! News this week of her racy pictorial.
“So I wanted to put it out there, the opposite of what people are kind of expecting from me right now.”
The 23-year old, of course, spent time in rehab toward the end of 2010.
She has been open ever since about her drug use and her eating disorders as a teenager. No way could she have imagined back then that she’d have the confidence to totally strip down.
“I want to inspire other women,” Demi says.
“For someone who’s had body image issues since they were a child, I went from hating every inch of my body to showing every inch of my body to the entire world and without touching up anything.
“I wouldn’t have done that six months ago, because I didn’t have the confidence that I do today.”
Adding that she hates it when people Photoshop her pictures without her consent, Lovato said she’s in the best shape of her life.
Physically, yes. But also mentally.
“That’s what this whole lifestyle change was about. It wasn’t necessarily to lose weight, although that’s a byproduct and it’s awesome.
“But for me, I needed to get in that mental strength because that’s what I felt I was lacking and needed to be strengthened.”
Consider that mission accomplished, Demi. We heart you.
