Lisa Vanderpump feared that his complex proposal scheme would be a disaster, and knowing his track record, we don’t blame her.

This is not a young man known for self-awareness, or for commitment, or for thinking things out, or for following through on anything.

When Vanderpump Rules Season 4 Episode 10 got underway, we were pretty uncertain about Tom Schwartz’s mental state as well.

Dude actually came through, however.

While out to dinner for Tom Sandoval‘s birthday, some guy at another table dropped down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend.

Katie started feeling awkward due to the couple’s history, and even more so when Tom Schwartz started making a big deal of this.

Like, an unnecessarily big deal out of it.

Drawing attention to the proposal, he made sure everyone was watching and that Katie was cringing more with each passing second.

That’s when Tom went over, told the duo he’d “take it from here,” took the ring, got down on his knee and asked Katie to marry him.

Yup, they were in on the whole thing.

She said yes, obviously. Very sweet.

You gotta hand it to Tom for creativity and for selling it pretty well early on. If you watch Vanderpump Rules online, you’ll be impressed.

Will they last? Will she actually get him to commit to a wedding date? So many big issues remain unresolved, but for how … hooray!

Meanwhile on last night’s show …

Jax’s girlfriend Brittany decided to leave Kentucky and move in with him in Los Angeles, which is about as bad an idea as it sounds.

Check that, it’s worse. Because it involves Jax Taylor, who naturally flirted hard with Lala Kent while having drinks with his co-workers.

Jax-style flirting basically involves full-on declaring that he wants to bone. Not that Lala seemed particularly turned off, it’s worth noting.

Bottom line: Brittany has to see this on TV, which is almost as sad as Kristen and James not getting invited to Jax and Tom’s birthday bash.

Okay, it’s much sadder, because Kristen and James earned their non-invitations to a degree by being bat$ h!t insane and/or painful.

Either way … rough. ROUGH.

The 18-year old has rung in 2016 by doing what garnered her so many Instagram followers and fans overall in 2015.

By taking her clothes off. Nearly entirely.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is featured in a new video for B + W Beauty, one that features images snapped by photographer Sasha Samsonova.

It depicts Kylie is nothing but a thong and bra, as the young star seductively shows off her body while working her way from a chair to the bed.

The footage is only 13 seconds in length, but you can stare at this screen grabs from the video for as long as you’d like:

While Jenner is heating things up above, however, might things be cooling off between her and Tyga?

The rapper may be in serious trouble at the moment for allegedly contacting a 14-year old girl named Molly O’Malia.

She claimed Tyga stalked and harassed her via social media, which, if true, would cause a pretty serious problem for him and Jenner. We’d imagine at least.

At some point, Kylie has made it clear she wants to have kids and even quit Instagram once that day arrives.

But will it arrive with Tyga? It’s too early to say.

Based on the video and photo(s) posted here, though, we doubt Jenner will have trouble finding a new man if need be.

Selena Gomez: I Am DONE Talking About Justin Bieber!

Selena Gomez is trying to be polite.

Selena Gomez doesn’t want to be rude.

Selena Gomez would like just to say something to all journalists and, really, all people around the world. And here it is:

STOP ASKING ME ABOUT JUSTIN BIEBER!!!!!!!

The singer, who is quite successful in her own right, opened the new year by sitting down for an interview with Rolling Stone.

Among many other questions, the publication asked Selena about time time just a few weeks ago when Bieber serenaded her in a Beverly Hills hotel lobby.

What is happening there, and what is it like to have the world see that, the magazine wanted to know.

“Well, I am sorry, first of all,” Gomez replied. “And honestly, what I would love to be printed is that I am so beyond done with talking about that, and him.”

Ouch. Well okay then.

It’s not hard to understand why Selena would have this attitude.

She has been associated with Bieber for years now, despite having established her own fan base, despite having an impressive professional resume herself… and despite the fact that she hasn’t actually dated Bieber for a very long time.

Because the serenade referenced above took place shortly before the American Music Awards in November, Rolling Stone wanted to know if performing at that event was “hard” for Gomez.

“Not at all,” she said.

“I don’t alter my life because of what people are going to talk about. If I go and have a great time, I live my life and nothing is going to dictate how I feel unless I let it.”

Bieber, of course, shared a photo of him kissing Hailey Baldwin just a few days ago.

There’s clearly something going on between the singer and the daughter of Stephen Baldwin.

But it doesn’t appear as if the relationship is bother Selena very much, considering that she rang in the new year by hanging out with friends and by posing in a bikini.

Might this have been a message for Bieber? A way to show him what he’s missing? Perhaps.

It also may have just been an example of Gomez having a good time, though. Not everything she does or says it related to Justin Bieber, folks. 

Not anymore.

Craig Strickland Death: New Details Emerge

A few hours after the confirmed death of Craig Strickland, the singer’s wife has taken to Instagram in order to pay tribute to her late husband.

She has also provided new details about his passing.

Strickland, the frontman for Backroad Anthem, had been missing for seven days after he and a friend went duck hunting last week in Oklahoma.

The body of Chase Morland was recovered soon afterward, with everyone assuming the same fate had sadly befallen Strickland.

Following the discovery of Strickland’s corpse on Monday, it has been confirmed that the two men were killed when their boat got caught in a winter storm and eventually capsized.

“We can finally rest knowing that he is at Home in Heaven with his Father,” Helen Strickland wrote on Instagram.

“The night of the accident he had fought his way out of the water and up a hill before the stages of hypothermia set in. He experienced no pain in his final moments and simply felt like he was falling asleep.”

Strickland’s wife went on to say that her husband’s body was found “lying in the shape of a cross.”

She took comforting in knowing “he saw Jesus at that moment,” expressed gratitude to all who have reached out over the past week and concluded:

“There was not a more peaceful way for him to go into the arms of our Lord, and I know your prayers had a role in making that happen.

“I love you with all my heart Craig Michael.”

We send our condolences to Helen and all of Craig Strickland’s loved ones.
