Caitlyn Jenner: Settles Car Crash Lawsuit

Caitlyn Jenner has settled a lawsuit that had been lodged against her for the wrongful death of Kim Howe, who was killed in a four-car accident caused by the former athlete and reality star in February 2015.

Howe’s stepchildren, William Howe and Dana Richmond had filed the suit against Jenner, but it was dismissed this week after they reached an undisclosed settlement agreement with Jenner, reports Gossip Cop. 

According to the site, Jenner’s insurance company is covering all damages so the star will not have to pay the victim’s stepchildren out of pocket.

Though Jenner may have been driving carelessly, she has not faced any criminal charges since she did not break any laws such as driving under the influence or texting and driving.

Howe and Richmond reportedly had no relationship with their stepmother and Jenner had argued that the two suffered no financial losses as a result of her death. However, in California, stepchildren do have the right to file suit, even if they were estranged from the parent.

It is likely that Jenner wanted to avoid a highly publicized court battle and chose to settle quietly.

Jenner settled a lawsuit with another driver affected by the accident back in December, but still faces a third pending lawsuit from a third party who was involved.

Danica Dillon to Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar: You Created That SEX MONSTER JOSH!

Danica Dillon, the porn star suing Josh Duggar, says Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are to blame for creating a sexual deviant monster.

Josh’s downfall from the golden child – the first of Michelle and Jim Bob’s 19 Kids & Counting – to a pariah has been swift and dramatic.

Molesting underage girls including his sisters, cheating on his wife, being addicted to porn, and being sued for giving a porn star PTSD?

Quite the resume he compiled last year.

To hear Danica Dillon tell it, this all comes from how he was raised and Michelle and Jim Bob are at fault for letting him off the hook.

Oh yes. To her, the issue is upbringing.

“Josh got away with molesting five girls without really getting the help he needed because of his parents’ cover-up,” she says.

“He has obviously gotten so used to people protecting him and lying for him that he feels he should be able to get away with [anything].”

By insisting on dealing with things “in house” and failing to get him the counseling he obviously needed, Danica says it’s all their fault.

She even takes it a step further.

Theorizing that if Duggar had received treatment from professionals and stuck with it, she would not have been assaulted, as she alleges.

Jim Bob and Michelle [Duggar] created a monster. If Josh had received [help then], maybe his attack on me never would have happened.”

For what it’s worth, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s marriage is in crisis, reportedly, over Josh, his bizarre behavior and the epic fallout.

Danica is currently suing Josh for $ 500,000, claiming that Duggar has caused her myriad difficulties, ranging from PTSD to lost wages.

Moreover, Dillon wants to have details on Josh’s sexual history publicized by getting a subpoena from psychologists, among others.

Might such material corroborate her claims of Duggar’s disgusting sexual antics that were recently revealed in court documents? 

Josh’s parents, alleges Danica, “made sure that no one would ever see [the reports of Josh’s past behavior from therapists].”

“People will see the pain these young girls suffered at Josh’s hands,” Danica says, if the full details of Josh’s past are revealed.

It should be noted that Josh insists he never even met her despite her repeated claims, and statements that observers saw the couple. 

Some reports have hinted at a settlement on the horizon, but so far, the respective legal teams have traded barbs with no end in sight.

Can you imagine?  Regular jamokes running around a ten-bedroom home on the Queen’s estate? Or raising hell in a palace?  The horror.

My peeps over at Celebrity Dirty Laundry are at it again, this time accusing the Duchess of Cambridge of allowing her son and third-in-line to the British throne, Prince George to play with commoners.

Much to the dismay of the royal family and – in particular – Queen Elizabeth, Catherine is planning playdates for Prince George with other children from Westacre Montessori school in Norfolk, England.

“Does Kate Middleton plan on having mummy wine and cheese parties while Prince George has the run of Anmer Hall with his little chums from Westacre Montessori?”

Probably not, since Catherine’s not too keen on the bottle.

“Will a butler pass ‘round a tray of Prince Charles’ finest cheeses?”

Well, William and Catherine do have a housekeeper, but I dare say there’s a Mr. Carson lookalike standing behind Her Royal Highness, ready to serve cheese.  

Speaking of which, Duchy Originals has a wide variety of products, so it wouldn’t be totally out of question to serve “fine cheese” from Prince Charles. 

“Perhaps Camilla Parker-Bowles brought back some interesting wines from the Wales’s trip to Australia and New Zealand.  Do you think Camilla Parker-Bowles would miss a bottle – or 10 – of wine from her private stash?”

No, because she’s President of the United Kingdom Vineyards Association, so it’s likely she’s cool with letting the moms get squiffy while the kids take advantage of country life.

Thanks for updating us on the imaginary class divide William and Catherine are upholding.  

Just like his parents, Prince George will probably have lots of non-royal and/or non-arisocratic friends.
