Amy Duggar: Still Struggling in Her Marriage to Dillon King?!
Earlier this year, Amy Duggar revealed that she and her husband, Dillon King, have some pretty serious relationship issues.
A Duggar with a troubling marriage — who would have thought?!
Amy and Dillon appeared on Marriage Boot Camp where they went through intensive reality show therapy to work on a variety of things, but the biggest issue seemed to be with their communication skills.
Or lack thereof.
Amy had a big problem with the way Dillon spoke to her — she kept saying that he had a certain tone he used with her that she felt was very condescending.
In one particularly disturbing moment on the show, Amy yelled at him that “It sucks being treated like a child!”
When Dillon tried to tell her that she was being dramatic, she hit back with “When you treat me like a child, I feel like I’m being raped by an older man.”
Still, despite that horrific declaration, Amy decided to stay married to Dillon, and it seems like they’re much happier these days.
And she’s running her mouth all about it in a new interview with Us Weekly!
“Our love isn’t perfect, but it’s real!” she says in the interview. “We don’t try to be anything we are not.”
Amy and Dillon are discussing their relationship because they’re the subject of a brand new TLC special called Amy & Dillon: Married One Year.
They celebrated their first anniversary last September, so it looks like TLC has been waiting for the right moment to drop the special, and what better time than now?
Now that so many people are having so much fun theorizing about the state of Amy’s uterus, that is.
On the topic of children, Amy explains that “It is very important for us to spend time as a married couple alone without kids. We love to travel and we have been traveling like crazy!”
“But when it comes to kids … Yes, we are on the same page. We love kids and we actually sat down one night for hours and talked all about it.”
She says that they “definitely have a plan for when we would like to grow our family,” and “we always talk about baby names too. There’s a list on my phone.”
Remember, they could be putting that list to use sooner rather than later — according to some statements they made in a podcast last month, they’re not doing anything to prevent a pregnancy.
Amy said that she’s not on birth control at the moment, and Dillon said that he’s not been wearing condoms.
So unless there are any underlying issues, there’s a solid chance we’ll be seeing Amy pregnant pretty darn soon.
But to get back to their marriage, and that rocky first year of it, Amy says that “I don’t know if I will fully know Dill 100 percent, but I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to.”
“I had a very hard time just learning how to express my feelings without storming out and he had a problem with his tone.”
She admits that “it’s still something we are continuing to work on.”
So she still feels like she’s being raped by an older man when Dillon uses that cursed tone of his?
Oh, Amy …

Amy Duggar to Dillon King: Stop Acting Like a Rapist!
Amy Duggar and Dillon King painted a picture of their relationship on Friday.
And it wasn’t very pretty.
The couple’s romantic woes were thrown into the stark spotlight on the latest episode of Marriage Boot Camp, which opened with the 19 Kids and Counting alum and her husband talking behind closed bedroom doors.
“I swear, if that’s how you talk, I don’t know if this is going to work,” Duggar threatened, previewing the sort of problems that would soon come into even greater focus.
The following day, each half of all the couples involved on the show were tasked with an exercise in which they decided (as a pair) which one was more at fault for certain issues in their relationships.
Sounds totally healthy and like there’s no chance this exercise will backfire in any way, right?
The problems were written on plates and the individual deemed to be the most significant offender was then instructed to break the plate.
Got that, Dillon and Amy?
The controversial stars almost immediately agreed that King was to blame for their communication issues.
Amy noted how her husband struggled with his tone at times, and Dillon more or less agreed… while the tone that got him in trouble to begin with!
Dillon claimed it was a “subconscious” habit, to which Amy shouted back, “That’s worse!”
Later on during the episode, Amy and Dillon selected communication as the biggest obstacle in their marriage.
Everyone else on the show voted the same, by unanimous consent.
This meant that Dillon, as the main culprit, received a pie in the face. And when it didn’t hit the target squarely enough, Amy went ahead and rubbed it in a lot more.
How sweet, right? Literally, we mean. Because pie is sweet.
Amy and Dillon have been open for awhile now about the difficulties in their relationship.
You can’t exactly pretend you’re an idyllic couple when you agree to go on Marriage Boot Camp, can we?
They got married in September of 2015 and then disappeared from the spotlight for several months, a rare move for anyone in this scandal-filled family.
In a preview for this season of the WEtv series, Duggar tells a castmate that King was assaulted her.
They’ve taken various shots at each other on air ever since episodes premiered.
But still. Nothing prepared viewers for what Amy said to Dillon on Friday night.
After seemingly resolving some of their issues, Duggar and King ended up back in their bedroom. And that’s when the disturbing exchange took place.
“It sucks being treated like a child!” she yelled Dillon.
Her husband replied by telling Amy she was being “overdramatic.”
This is never a good thing to tell a woman, and Duggar fired back as follows:
“When you treat me like a child, I feel like I’m being raped by an older man!”
Ummm, yikes?!?
We don’t want to judge any relationship too harshly, even when it comes to those who choose to be under the microscope o a reality television show.
However….
… when you feel as if you husband is raping you, that may simply be it. You may simply need to reevalute everything on the spot and call a divorce attorney ASAP.
Do you agree?
Do you think Dillon and Amy have a future?
Heck, should they have a future?
Sound off now!

Amy Duggar: Blaming Dillon King For Failing Marriage?!
If you watch Marriage Boot Camp online, you know that Amy Duggar and Dillon King have been venting some serious frustrations this season.
Amy and Dillon just got married in September of 2015, but it seems they began to clash with one another almost immediately after tying the knot.
Now, the Kings are airing their dirty laundry for fun and profit, and both production insiders and MBC viewers seem to believe they’re headed for divorce.
In a clip from this week’s episode obtained exclusively by Radar Online, Amy and Dillon can be seen squabbling over the some seriously inconsequential matters.
We know every couple bickers about the small things from time to time, but hashing out over whose turn it is to feed the cat in public and in front of a camera crew?
That doesn’t bode well for Amy and Dillon’s future.
“If there is responsibilities to do, you tend not to do them,” Dillon taunts Amy in the new clip.
“You wanted to have your online banking set up. You went shopping instead of going and getting the things done!”
“Who do you think takes care of the cat?” Amy rather lamely shoots back.
“I’m sorry but it’s true! I’m not some loser who just sits and waits for you to come home!”
“The cat has food,” King responds.
“It’s an automatic feeder.”
Amy’s argument is an odd one (especially given her alleged history of animal neglect and abuse), and it seems from that exchange like Dillon came out on top.
However, her castmates seem to believe that it’s Dillon who needs to change his outlook and behavior.
“Just because she missed the bank one day is not that big of a friggin’ deal,” Renee Graziano says, in response to Dillon’s claims about Amy’s irresponsibility.
In previous episodes, Amy slammed Dillon as a “joke,” and stated that she blames him for all the troubled in her marriage.
And yet, the cast seems to be on her side.
Either there’s some serious drama going on with the Kings behind the scenes…
…or Amy is one hell of a charmer off camera.
Whatever the case, divorce seems to be in the cards for these two.
Which would make Amy even more of an outcast in her family than she already is.

Amy Duggar Slams Dillon King: He"s a Joke!
If you"re down in the dumps about your own troubled relationship, we highly recommend that you and your partner take in an episode of We TV"s Marriage Boot Camp.
Not because the show will help you sort out your problems, but because it"ll make you realize that many other couples – celebrity couples, no less! – have it much, much worse.
This season"s most un-salvageable shipwreck of a marriage belongs to Amy Duggar and Dillon King.
In fact, the very fact that Amy and Dillon are appearing on the show is enough to get them disowned by her ultra-conservative family.
Fortunately for the Duggars, they"ve elected not to watch the show.
We can"t imagine the notoriously private clan would be very pleased with the way the kings are airing their laundry.
First, a preview for the show hinted that Dillon abused Amy.
She later clarified that the quote was taken out of context, and she was talking about someone else, but things still aren"t looking great for her marriage.
Now that filming has wrapped, Amy claims her marriage is "great" and that she and Dillon exaggerated their problems for the cameras.
But we have our doubts.
The latest preview for the show, underscores fan"s beliefs that Amy might be headed for the first divorce in Duggar family history.
Check out the Kings taking shots at one another in the clip below, and you"ll see what we mean:

Amy Duggar & Dillon King: Headed For Divorce?!
Last week, fans were shocked by a Marriage Boot Camp trailer in which Amy Duggar described being attacked by her husband, Dillon King.
Amy says Dillon lifted her up by her throat during an argument, and not surprisingly, fans are now encouraging her to kick him to the curb.
The preview doesn’t offer any context for the shocking act of violence, but this is a case where it doesn’t matter.
Dillon didn’t say something he can’t take back; he became physically violent with his partner, which is unforgivable in any situation that doesn’t involve self-defense.
In the days since the clip went public, fans have been taking to the Duggar family’s official Facebook page with pleas for Amy to get out of her clearly troubled marriage.
“If your husband choked you that’s not love,” wrote one concerned follower.
“No one has the right to assault others. If someone who claims to love you is hurting you, run.”
Others echoed the sentiment, with many pointing out that this is not the only instance in which Amy and Dillon have shown signs of strain in their marriage:
In the Facebook video above, Amy and Dillon briefly argue (around the 10-minute mark) about how many kids they’d like to have.
It’s a minor squabble that could hint at a deeper issue.
It’s strange that Amy and Dillon didn’t discuss such an important matter before they got engaged, especially since she comes from a family that’s famous for its unorthodox views on child-rearing.
They do, however, agree that they want to have kids, and at one point they even seem to hint that they’ll soon be hosting their own home renovation show.
Rumors of an Amy and Dillon spinoff have been circulating for months, and now it seems a deal has been reached, but at this point, details are scarce.
Regardless of the nature of the project, the fact that these two are planning babies and business ventures together is a pretty sure sign that they won’t be separating any time soon.
Amy and Dillon just got married in September of last year, and divorce is virtually unheard of in the Duggars’ circle, so you can expect the Kings to try and stick things out.
Here’s hoping they can peacefully sort out what seem to be some major issues.

Amy Duggar & Dillon King to Work Out Marriage Troubles on Couples Therapy?
Amy Duggar has always been known as “the rebellious Duggar,” but while she’s butted heads with her strict Uncle Jim Bob many times in the past, her latest business venture could be her biggest act of defiance to date.
Recently, several media outlets reported that Amy and husband Dillon King were filming scenes for an unspecified project in California.
Amy confirmed the news with an Instagram selfie, taken in SoCal and captioned, “#filming.”
Obviously, the Duggars film their TLC series in Arkansas, so the location raised a lot of eyebrows.
Clearly Amy and Dillon weren’t shooting scenes for Counting On, and even if the network gave them their own spinoff, it would probably shoot in Arkansas so that Amy’s more famous cousins could participate.
So what were the Kings doing in Los Angeles, and why did they have a camera crew with them?
Well, there’s reason to believe that Amy and Dillon decided to branch out on their own by filming a season of Couples Therapy for VH1.
Dillon posted the above photo earlier this week, along with a caption reading:
“Headed back home! LA was good to us but were ready to be back on AR soil @amyrachelleking #offset #home #goodtimes #safetravel”
Interestingly, Mob Wives star Renee Graziano commented on the pic wishing Amy and Dillon a safe flight.
So the Kings spent a full five weeks filming in LA, and they happen to make friends with another reality star.
You can see why fans think it’s no accident that their trip happened to coincide with the Couples Therapy filming schedule.
Of course, if you’ve seen Dr. Jenn Mann’s celebrity therapy-fest, you know it features some deeply troubled couples.
So does this mean the Kings are having trouble already?
Amy and Dillon just got married last year, and there haven’t been any reports of problems.
Of course, it’s worth noting that there have been rumors that Dillon is in massive debt, so he and Amy may have participated for purely financial reasons.

The Real Housewives of Dallas Season 1 Episode 7 Recap: Heidi Effin" Dillon
Tiffany Hendra came up with a foolproof plan to make herself known around Big D on Monday’s The Real Housewives of Dallas Season 1 Episode 7.
It was a guest star who stole the show this week, though.
Heidi Dillon. Or as Tiffany calls her, Heidi Effin’ Dillon.
We met her a few weeks back when LeeAnne Locken asked her to chair of a charity event, but she really made her presence felt here.
Locken wanted her obviously instrumental opinion on co-stars Brandi Redmond, Stephanie Hollman and Cary Deuber, and she delivered.
“Most of the women in Dallas got their rich husbands because at one point they were on their knees under his desk,” Heidi observes.
And with that, the night was off to a good start.
Later, the ladies invited Redmond, Hollman and Deuber to Dillon’s Gothic State Fair party so Dillon can further assess and react to them.
The party is exactly what it sounds like – a bunch of women wearing black and eating corn dogs and Frito chili pies. Because #Texas.
Anyway, Locken soon enough was giving Deuber the side-eye for not being more thrilled to be in Dillon’s presence, and that’s not all.
LeeAnn is also mad, apparently, about that time she (allegedly) had an affair with her now-husband while he was married to someone else.
As for how it all played out, we won’t spoil it here.
Follow the link to watch The Real Housewives of Dallas online and see it all in full … and grab a hat (possibly with poop on it) and hold onto it.

Dillon King: Husband of Amy Duggar Sued Over MASSIVE Debt
It’s been seven months since Amy Duggar married Dilllon King, and ironically, the woman commonly known as the “rebel Duggar” has been enjoying the most stable, scandal-free home life of anyone in her family ever since.
Unfortunately, it seems Amy isn’t quite immune to the sort of drama that seems to impact her cousins in the 19 Kids and Counting clan on a daily basis.
Radar Online is reporting today that Amy’s husband, Dillon, was hospitalized in 2015, and has simply refused to pay his medical bills.
Now, King is being sued for nearly $ 52,000 by the medical center in Bentonville, Arkansas where he was treated.
“The Plaintiff demanded of Defendants that said items be paid for in full on numerous occasions including: at or immediately following the time of providing the various items; within the 30 day period following the providing of said items; on or about June 26, 2015; and on numerous other occasions since said items were provided,” reads a statement from the plaintiffs lawyer.
In addition to the fact that he’ll likely be forced to fork a sizable sum, Dillon could be in trouble with his extended family as well.
As fans of the Duggars know, Jim Bob believes debt is sinful and goes against the principles of good Christian living.
Of course, Jim Bob has been caught lying about his debt-free existence, but if the Josh Duggar sex scandals taught us anything, it’s that Jim Bob is much prefers looking down his nose at others over taking care of his own backyard.
