Justin Bieber: Struggling With Guilt Following Selena Gomez Breakdown
Selena Gomez suffered an emotional breakdown during her battle with lupus, and had to be hospitalized as a result.
As it turns out, her very much engaged ex Justin Bieber is feeling wrecked over her current health.
Despite his engagement, he’s said to be feeling “confused.”
According to what a pair of sources tell E!, Selena Gomez’s emotional breakdown and subsequent hospitalization is just too much for the Biebs.
An insider reports that Justin feels “conflicted and confused” over his own feelings.
“They have both had emotional struggles,” a source explains.
Justin’s angry outbursts over the years were well documented, and people close to him have spoken openly about his past struggles with substances.
“And,” an insider details, Justin and Selene “bonded over that in the past.”
Now, however, things are different.
Even if Justin wanted to come rushing to her side, that doesn’t seem likely.
“Justin and Selena are not in touch,” a source makes clear.
That’s no surprise. For one thing, Selena is cut off from all but a few trusted individuals.
“But,” an insider notes. “Him hearing the news about Selena definitely upsets him.”
“Justin,” a source adds. “Also feels guilty.”
Apparently, it is Justin’s innate nurturing nature, rather than merely their lengthy relationship history, that has him deep in his feelings.
“He wants to help everyone,” an insider says.
Awww. Bless his heart.
A source insists that “he truly wants Selena to be happy.”
“And,” an insider explains. “It’s upsetting to know she’s battling health issues.”
That makes a lot of sense. it’s upsetting to us that Selena is going through all of this, too.
Justin has admittedly “been very emotional” since this news broke.
However, insiders make it very clear that he is taking his engagement to Hailey “very seriously.”
In other words, don’t expect him to drop her and go running back to Selena.
To him, a promise to get married is sacred.
In fact, a source says that Justin raced to the altar with Hailey in an effort to “show her he was serious this time.”
Ah, yes — the best possible reason to marry someone is to prove a point.
So it sounds like Justin and Hailey’s engagement — or marriage, depending upon whom you ask — is secure for now.
But how is Selena doing?
An insider reveals that Selena is “already feeling better” now that she is receiving treatment.
Selena is “getting the help she needs,” a source affirms.
Lupus is already a hell of a thing, but we’re glad that she’s getting emotional support as she copes with it.
“Depression is something she’s always struggled with,” an insider explains.
That makes sense. Tens of millions of Americans cope with depression every day.
“But whenever it gets really bad for Selena,” a source details. “She removes herself from social media.”
Shortly before her breakdown, Selena took a step back from Instagram.
“And,” an insider continued, Selena then “withdraws from people who aren’t a handful of the people she trusts.”
That is a smart policy. Don’t over extend yourself when you are at your lowest point.

Khloe Kardashian & Tristan Thompson: Struggling to Save Relationship
Back in April, Tristan Thompson was caught cheating on Khloe Kardashian while she was nine months pregnant with his child.
It’s sort of thing that would serve as a dealbreaker for about 99 percent of the people on the planet, but remarkably, Khloe has decided to stick it out and make things work with Tristan.
According to People magazine, Khloe and Tristan recently began couple’s therapy.
One insider says the troubled twosome have been “working hard” to repair their relationship — but it seems they’re meeting with mixed results.
“One thousand percent they are working through couple’s therapy,” Kris Jenner’s longtime friend Lisa Stanley revealed in a recent interview.
“You can’t just earn trust back in two months.”
Stanley says Khloe’s first priority is keeping her family intact.
But she’s also considering her public image.
“[Khloe] doesn’t want to look a fool. She was a fool once with Lamar, and she didn’t want to do it again,” Stanley said.
She went on to say that Khloe has had no trouble justifying her decision to give Tristan a second chance.
“Khloe was always going to try to make this work, for a plethora of reasons,” she told the interviewer.
“The first reason is she has a child now, and she feels very connected to [Tristan] in that way. The second reason is she loves him. She clearly loves the man.”
It sounds like Stanley is in support of the relationship — but Khloe’s mom and sisters reportedly don’t feel the same.
Sources close to the family say the Kardashians issued Khloe an ultimatum after Tristan was caught cheating:
Basically, they went full-intervention and told Khloe that if she continues to date Tristan, they’ll cut off all contact with her.
These days, however, it looks as though they’ve backed down from that position.
Khloe and Tristan are living in LA during the NBA offseason, and sources say they’ve been spending a lot of time with her family.
Last month, Kim even forced Tristan to re-follow her on Instagram in a humorous video that was then posted online.
So it sounds like these two might actually pull off the impossible and make their relationship work.
It’s almost enough to make you forget how bad Tristan’s cheating was in the first place.
“Tristan has been consistently cheating on Khloe,” a source said to People at the time.
“He’s a serial cheater. And there will be more women to come out of the woodwork.”
Yes, Thompson didn’t just slip up once — he was caught messing around on Khloe in multiple cities with several different women.
We’re not here to judge, and obviously, no one really knows what goes on in their relationship aside from them.
We just hope Khloe considers that every time she contemplates getting married to Tristan.

Abby Lee Miller: Struggling During Chemo Treatments
Abby Lee Miller has cancer.
Though she is reportedly getting her affairs in order in case her cancer proves to be terminal, she’s fighting it.
A new report sheds some light on how that is going.
A source tells People the details of Abby Lee Miller’s cancer battle as she remains in the hospital.
“She is undergoing chemo and has good days and bad days.”
If you know someone who has undergone chemotherapy for cancer or for any other ailment, you know how hard that can be on a person.
“But overall she’s staying optimistic and looking forward.”
That is so good to hear.
Not only for her personal mental and emotional wellness, but because there seems to be corollary between optimism and defeating certain types of cancer.
Abby Lee Miller was diagnosed with cancer only a short time after leaving prison for a halfway house.
She went in for spinal surgery for what doctors had initially believed would be some sort of infection that was causing paralysis.
Instead, she was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a kind of non-Hodgkins lymphoma more commonly found in children than in adults.
Among children, the fast-spreading cancer has about a 90% recovery rate.
However, among adults, the odds of beating back the cancer are said to be somewhat lower.
Miller shared this graphic photo from her surgery.
This wince-worthy photo, taken post-op, came from Miller’s five-hour multi-level laminectomy back in April.
A laminectomy involves removing the back of vertebrae in the spine in order to access the spinal cord itself.
That alone was bad enough to contemplate without the added horror of a cancer diagnosis.
The news that cancer is fast-spreading is frightening for obvious reasons.
The good news, however, is that fast-spreading cancer like Burkitt lymphoma tend to respond more rapidly to treatments like chemo.
Miller spoke out after her cancer diagnosis without addressing her cancer directly.
With the former Dance Moms star, it has been one thing after another.
She served most of her sentence for bankruptcy fraud in prison, though the court did allow her to serve her time a relatively short distance from her California home.
While in prison, she lost a tremendous amount of weight thanks to weight loss surgery that she had undergone prior to her incarceration.
She was then released — after an unexpected delay — to a halfway house to serve out the remainder of her sentence.
She is scheduled to be released from there on May 25.
Though it is unknown at this time, it is expected that her time spent in the hospital will count towards her sentence and that, whether she’s still in the hospital or not, she will be freed on May 25 as scheduled.
But one can never be certain.
Abby Lee Miller did not do much to gain people’s sympathy while she starred on Dance Moms.
Though she certainly attracted plenty of fans, some others saw her as a bully who essentially terrorized children for a living.
There was a certain level of schadenfreude when it was announced that she would be sent to prison. That’s fine.
But let us be clear: no one deserves to have cancer. Our hearts go out to Miller and to her friends and loved ones during this time.
We wish her a full and speedy recovery.

Catelynn Lowell: Struggling to Cope with Miscarriage
Reports that Catelynn Lowell suffered a miscarriage are heartbreaking.
The Teen Mom OG star has reportedly sought guidance from rehab, but fans are now for the first time seeing her joy upon learning that she’s pregnant on the show itself. Quite the contrast from her current grim reality.
A new report reveals how Catelynn is coping … and that MTV’s crew has been instructed to walk on eggshells around her in this trying time.
On the most recent episode of Teen Mom OG, Catelynn Lowell revealed that she was pregnant.
She shared the news with Tyler Baltierra by putting Nova in a shirt that read “I’m going to be a big sister!”
Kind of a weird way for Tyler to find out what was, at the time, good news. But a cute reveal nonetheless.
Unfortunately, we already know that Catelynn Lowell suffered a miscarriage.
That’s one of the pitfalls of reality television being filmed months in advance — you see sad life events coming in the distance like an oncoming train, but you can’t get off of the tracks.
Catelynn has reportedly not taken this well.
Everyone grieves differently. Everyone processes negative emotions differently.
And no two people have the exact same response to the very personal tragedy of a miscarriage.
Considering the childhood trauma that Catelynn has endured, it’s very understandable that she faces additional challenges when it comes to grief and loss.
Grappling with suicidal thoughts, Catelynn Lowell checked herself into rehab for her own safety and well-being.
As a reality star, Catelynn has to relive her suffering as her story unfolds for fans and viewers on Teen Mom OG.
But there is still so much that fans don’t know. Obviously, many — though not all — know better than to directly ask Catelynn about her alleged miscarriage and about details of her stint in rehab.
Keep in mind that a lot of this is unconfirmed, but based upon reports of what people who work on the show were told.
Still, the story adds up. The pregnancy reports (now confirmed on the show), the confession of suicidal ideation, the rehab reports.
This is all so sad.
HollywoodLife reports on how Catelynn Lowell is coping and on the Teen Mom OG star’s current state of mind:
“Catelynn is not ready for any of this to be public right now so it’s complicated.”
Yes, it certainly is.
“It’s such a delicate subject there’s a lot of mystery around what exactly happened and the crew has been told not to ask her about it and not to mention it to anyone so there is a lot of unknowns.”
True. It’s good that the crew has been instructed to be sensitive at this time, but there has to be some unspoken awkwardness on set. Or so we imagine.
“Obviously Catelynn is having a very hard time coping right now so the priority is just getting her stable again.”
Absolutely. We all want to know, but Catelynn’s health and well-being come first.
Still, the source ends on a positive note.
“It’s a dark time, but she’s a fighter and she’ll make it through.”
Considering all that Catelynn has already been through, we’re inclined to agree.
Catelynn may have filmed rehab footage for Teen Mom OG. If so, we’ll all get front-row seats to an early and crucial stage of her recovery.
But grief and mourning aren’t something that you can complete during a stint at an Arizona facility.
Regardless of what makes it on camera, we expect that Catelynn will share her story with fans when she’s good and ready.

Amanda Bynes: "Struggling" Amidst Mental Illness Relapse, Source Claims
For Amanda Bynes, the road to recovery has been a long and difficult one with many potholes and detours along the way.
Bynes’ struggle with mental illness played out in the public eye, and when she began to show signs of recovery earlier this year, fans rejoiced at the thought of having “the old Amanda” back.
Now, it seems their celebrations may have been premature.
Sources close to Bynes tell In Touch Weekly that the actress has suffered a “major relapse” and that she’s “struggling to regain control of her life. “
The news comes on the heels of a promising upswing, during which Bynes seemed to be getting the help she needed to repair her career and public image.
The positive changes in her Bynes’ behavior began earlier this year.
In April, Bynes returned to Twitter following an extended absence from the social media site.
Shortly thereafter, she gave her first interview in four years, during which she stated that she’s “doing great,” keeping busy, and looking forward to returning to acting.
“I’ve been going to school lately, fashion school, FIDM [the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising], and I love it. I’ve learned how to sew, I make patterns, and I want to start a clothing line in the future,” Bynes said.
“Other than that,” she continued, “I hike, I go spinning, take spinning classes, and I feed the homeless, and that’s been really interesting and fun.”
Sources verified that Bynes was once again pursuing an education after taking an extended hiatus:
“She began taking classes in the fall, even though she was kicked out before for showing up high as a kite,” said one fellow student.
“She seemed upbeat and talked about returning to TV.”
Unfortunately, the return to television never took place, and insiders say it’s Bynes’ inability to find work that touched off her latest meltdown.
The 31-year-old’s comeback came around the fifth anniversary of DUI arrest that seemed to trigger an extended downward spiral for Bynes.
In the months that followed, her drug use increased, and her behavior became more erratic, a pattern that culminated in Bynes being placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold and hospitalized for several months.
Here’s hoping Amanda can somehow regain that momentum and get back on the road to recovery.

Meghan Markle: Struggling With New Royal Dress Code?
As far as we know, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are not engaged yet.
But despite the lack of a ring on her finger, it seems Meghan is already feeling the pressure to conform to the royal rules of decorum.
Meghan is no stranger to being photographed on an almost-daily basis.
(When you’re the star of basic cable’s 6th highest-rated legal drama, you get accustomed to the spotlight.)
So in some ways, Markle has likely had an easier time than most with the difficult transition from civilian to royalty-in-training.
But there are some aspects of her new life that will likely present a challenge to the Suits star.
For example, the celebrated fashionista will now be strongly encouraged (read: forced) to follow a dress code of the Queen’s devising.
Obviously, one can’t show up to royal engagements in a hot wing sauce-stained bowling shirt, a la John Goodman in the 1991 film classic King Ralph.
But the dress code goes beyond the prohibition of attire that signals to the audience that you’re a working-class guy who don’t know nothing ‘bout this fancy royal stuff.
In fact, it seems the royals share at least one thing in common with reality TV’s most conservative clan, the Duggars:
Both the Queen and Jim Bob are firm believers that knees are for prayin’, not displayin’.
Yes, it seems Meghan’s days of shorts and above-the-knee skirts have come to an end.
According to Cosmo, Meghan has agreed to adhere to the royals’ strict “no knees” policy in her attire.
The rule is said to be the Queen’s invention, and while others in the family may find it a bit old-fashioned, for now at least, what QE2 says goes.
And it makes sense that Meghan wouldn’t offer any resistance.
After all, Markle needs the Queen’s approval in order to marry Harry, and fabric-covered knees are a small price to pay in exchange for a lifetime of being a freakin’ princess.
Speaking of knees, many are wondering when Harry will get down on one.
Rumors of Harry proposing to Meghan have been circulating for about a year now, but there’s still no official news of an engagement from Buckingham Palace.
It’s possible that the couple is secretly engaged.
But it’s also possible that Meghan is growing increasingly impatient.
We don’t blame her. It would suck to shell out for a bunch of floor-length dresses for nothing.

Delilah Mourns Son’s Suicide in Emotional Tribute: My Heart is Struggling to Beat
Beloved radio host Delilah is speaking out about the loss of her son, Zachariah, who tragically took his own life earlier this month.
Delilah says her “heart is struggling to continue to beat” after the death of her child, who succumbed to a battle with depression.
The 57-year-old posted a number of childhood photos of her late son, along with a poem by Mary Jean Irion, in his memory.
She writes, “Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart.”
“Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. Let me hold you while I may, for it may not always be so.”
“One day I shall dig my nails into the earth,” she adds.
“Or bury my face in the pillow, or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky and want, more than all the world, your return.”
“There will not be another ‘normal day’ with my Zack-Attack, at least not in this life time,” Delilah wrote in her emotional post.
“No more cooking his favorite foods or bringing home gallons of his favorite juice, no more laughter around the bonfire or Christmas mornings.”
“My heart is struggling to continue to beat.”
“Thank you for your prayers, love and support. Please pray for his grandparents, his siblings, his dad and his friends,” she added.
“We are all doing our best to focus on his joyful heart, his wild free spirit and his smile,” she concluded, still reeling from the pain.
Fans first learned of Delilah’s son’s suicide after she shared the sad news with her friends and fans on Facebook on October 7.
She wrote that he was “being treated, counseled, and embraced fiercely by family and friends while battling depression for some time now.”
My heart is broken beyond repair and I can not fathom how to go on… but I have to believe he is at peace with the Lord.”
She hopes “that God will get us through.”
Delilah revealed that Zachariah left a suicide note behind, though she did not reveal its specific contents for obvious reasons.
The “Queen of Sappy Love Songs” also announced that she would be taking some time away from work in light of all this.
“I will be absent from the radio and on social media for a time as I grieve and try to process this loss with my family,” she said.
“Please pray for my beloved Zacky, and I will pray for all suffering from this debilitating disease called depression.”
Delilah’s radio show, simply known as Delilah, based in the Pacific Northwest, regularly reaches more than eight million listeners.
It’s unclear when that will resume.
Sadly, Zachariah isn’t the first child the mother of 13 – yes, she has 13 children, 10 of whom are adopted – has lost already.
One of her adopted sons, Sammy, tragically passed away back in 2012 from complications from sickle-cell anemia.
On her Facebook page, Delilah also shared the number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255.
We urge anyone who may be considering such action – or who knows someone who may be – to call it immediately.

Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright: Struggling to Save Relationship?
If you watch Vanderpump Rules online, then you’re probably aware that Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are an odd couple who somehow manage to make things work.
He’s a Los Angeles-based former male model with a penchant for hard partying and a tendency to stir up drama.
She’s a simple Kentucky gal whose greatest ambitions are settling down and starting a family.
When rumors about Jax and Brittany breaking up began to circulate online, not many were shocked that this seemingly doomed relationship had come to an end.
But the timing of the split did come as something of a surprise.
A Jax and Brittany spinoff series premieres on Bravo next month, and the couple is currently both filming a new season of Vanderpump and promoting Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky.
That means, of course, that they’re spending an awful lot of time together for a pair of exes.
So it makes sense that Taylor and Cartwright are fighting to save their relationship – and fortunately for fans of messy reality TV drama, the struggle is playing out in front of a Bravo camera crew.
According to Radar Online, preview footage of Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky shows Cartwright outlining what Taylor would have to do in order to keep her around.
“Well first off, he would have to fix his temper,” she explains in the clip.
“He would have to bring himself down a notch and realize he is not the big man on campus all the time. He needs to be a little bit more level headed.”
She adds:
“He could be a really great guy and then he’ll turn around and do something really stupid after,” she added. “So he just needs to watch his mouth and have more respect for himself and others.”
Cartwright’s mother, who took some much-deserved flak for expressing homophobic views during a recent episode of Vanderpump also chimes in with her two cents about the ways in which Jax needs to change:
“I would like to see Jax change if he’s going to marry Brittany,” Sherri Cartwright tells the cameras.
“I would like him to be a little bit more conservative.”
Sherri went on to say that she feels Jax should begin attending church and be more responsible with his finances.
“I’d like for him to maybe save his money a little bit more for the future,” she says.
Sounds like Brittany and her mom have an awful long wish list for Jax.
And we’re guessing most of those wishes will remain unfulfilled.

Amy Duggar: Still Struggling in Her Marriage to Dillon King?!
Earlier this year, Amy Duggar revealed that she and her husband, Dillon King, have some pretty serious relationship issues.
A Duggar with a troubling marriage — who would have thought?!
Amy and Dillon appeared on Marriage Boot Camp where they went through intensive reality show therapy to work on a variety of things, but the biggest issue seemed to be with their communication skills.
Or lack thereof.
Amy had a big problem with the way Dillon spoke to her — she kept saying that he had a certain tone he used with her that she felt was very condescending.
In one particularly disturbing moment on the show, Amy yelled at him that “It sucks being treated like a child!”
When Dillon tried to tell her that she was being dramatic, she hit back with “When you treat me like a child, I feel like I’m being raped by an older man.”
Still, despite that horrific declaration, Amy decided to stay married to Dillon, and it seems like they’re much happier these days.
And she’s running her mouth all about it in a new interview with Us Weekly!
“Our love isn’t perfect, but it’s real!” she says in the interview. “We don’t try to be anything we are not.”
Amy and Dillon are discussing their relationship because they’re the subject of a brand new TLC special called Amy & Dillon: Married One Year.
They celebrated their first anniversary last September, so it looks like TLC has been waiting for the right moment to drop the special, and what better time than now?
Now that so many people are having so much fun theorizing about the state of Amy’s uterus, that is.
On the topic of children, Amy explains that “It is very important for us to spend time as a married couple alone without kids. We love to travel and we have been traveling like crazy!”
“But when it comes to kids … Yes, we are on the same page. We love kids and we actually sat down one night for hours and talked all about it.”
She says that they “definitely have a plan for when we would like to grow our family,” and “we always talk about baby names too. There’s a list on my phone.”
Remember, they could be putting that list to use sooner rather than later — according to some statements they made in a podcast last month, they’re not doing anything to prevent a pregnancy.
Amy said that she’s not on birth control at the moment, and Dillon said that he’s not been wearing condoms.
So unless there are any underlying issues, there’s a solid chance we’ll be seeing Amy pregnant pretty darn soon.
But to get back to their marriage, and that rocky first year of it, Amy says that “I don’t know if I will fully know Dill 100 percent, but I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to.”
“I had a very hard time just learning how to express my feelings without storming out and he had a problem with his tone.”
She admits that “it’s still something we are continuing to work on.”
So she still feels like she’s being raped by an older man when Dillon uses that cursed tone of his?
Oh, Amy …

Amber Portwood: Struggling with Weight Gain and Mental Illness?
Sometimes it seems like Amber Portwood just can’t catch a break.
Between her issues with addiction, the hard reality that comes with being a teen mom (and a Teen Mom), and, you know, Matt Baier, things have always looked kind of rough for her.
To add onto her pile of hardships, she’s also got a number of mental illnesses: she’s been open about her anxiety and her bipolar disorder, and more recently she’s been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.
It’s a lot to deal with, and as Amber reveals in a new interview with Women’s Health, she doesn’t deal with it all that well at times.
She says that she spent a good part of 2015 losing weight that she’d steadily gained after getting sober, and she got down to 130 pounds, which was a good weight for her.
But then, in 2016, she found herself profoundly depressed, so much that Matt had to drag her out of bed. She went to see a psychiatrist, which is when she received the borderline personality diagnosis.
“When I got the diagnosis,” she says, “I wanted to keep it a secret. While everyone knew about my other diagnoses — I’ve had anxiety since I was a kid, for as long as I can remember — I guess it was tragic to think I had another mental disorder.”
For a while, Matt was the only person who knew, and he actually accompanied her to one of her appointments so her doctor could talk to him.
When Amber was told that she’d most likely be on medications to deal with her mental disorders for the rest of her life, she broke down, but she says Matt was there to hold her hand.
Matt Baier, doing something sweet and not completely creepy? The mind boggles.
Amber was put on some new medications, including a mood stabilizer. She says she’s happy with what she’s on because she feels “amazing and normal” now, and her meds aren’t ones she can get addicted to.
But when she started the meds, she got “cravings like crazy,” and she also got “very tired.”
And neither of those things are good for weight loss.
In that time, she gained back all the weight she’d worked so hard to lose months before. She tried a no-carb, no-sugar diet — the diet that helped her lose the weight in the first place — but it didn’t work for her.
As of now, she’s lost 10 pounds, and though there’s “extra pressure” to lose more weight for her wedding in October (gag), “I’m using that as motivation.”
The whole point of sharing her story, she says, is because so many medications for mental illnesses cause weight gain.
“For women who are suffering from mental health issues, I want them to know that other people are going through the same thing,” she explains, “and you don’t have to do this alone.”
You’re a gem, Amber. You really are.
Now drop Matt Baier and own it.
