Bill Cosby: Sexual Assault Case WILL Go to Trial!

Bill Cosby may have already been convicted (with ample evidence) in the court of public opinion, but he has yet to face an actual criminal trail for the dozens of sexual assault allegations against him.

Now it looks as though that’s about to change.

In a pre-trial hearing held yesterday, a Philadelphia judge denied Cosby’s request to dismiss the charges against him stemming from accusations made by Andrea Constand in 2004.

The case has already resulted in a civil trial, during which Cosby confessed to drugging women with the intention of raping them, but maintained that he never went through with the planned sexual assaults.

Lawyers for Cosby argued that the judge in his civil trial has assured the TV legend that he would be protected against criminal prosecution if he testified in the civil trial.

This time, however, a new judge determined that “there was no basis to grant the relief requested” by Cosby’s lawyers.

Naturally, the attorneys have already issued a statement declaring that the court “reached the wrong decision” and announcing their intention to appeal, but for now at least, it looks as though the trial will go forward, and Cosby will face criminal sexual assault charges.

Currently, it looks as though only one of Cosby’s alleged victims will have her day in court, but we’re sure the others will be eagerly anticipating the outcome of this long-awaited trial.

Blac Chyna: Rob Kardashian is Just the Man I Need!

As you"ve probably heard, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are dating.

That"s right – they"re not hooking up; they"re not friends with benefits; and they"re certainly not just doin" it to get revenge on Rob"s sisters. 

Okay, so we"re not quite sure about that last part, but based on the Instagram video below, we"re assuming that there really is some genuine attraction between these two.

The clip – uploaded by Blac last night – shows Rob rubbing lotion on Ms. Chyna"s thighs.

A pretty intimate act, to be sure, but it"s the caption that really makes us believe these two are the real deal:

"I swear @robkardashian is exactly the kind of lover boy I"m looking for #robkardashian #blacchyna #sogentle #robchyna"

Jeez, get a room, you two. Oh wait, you already have a room, you"ve just chosen to videotape what goes on in it and share the footage with your millions of social media followers.

Maybe that Rob Kardashian-Blac Chyna sex tape isn"t such a ridiculous rumor, after all.

In any event, we"re happy for these two, but we hope they don"t wind up moving too fast (as it seems like they already are).

Based on Blac"s recent arrest, and Rob"s long history of personal struggles, the last thing either of them needs is a co-dependent relationship with another troubled soul.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton: Gavin Rossdale Is Trying To Tear Us Apart!

Ah, tabloid fodder.

That love that hath blossomed between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton is being threatened by Gavin Rossdale, who is “at war” with the couple, according to In Touch.

“Jealousy, taunts and a courtroom showdown” are making it impossible for Shelton and Stefani to move on together; Stefani filed for divorce from Rossdale in November.

“Instead of allowing Gwen the freedom to move on, Gavin is playing mind games in a twisted bid to keep her trapped in their marriage,” a source told the magazine.

“This has turned into an all-out war with Gwen’s ex — and both Gwen and Blake feel like they’re under siege.”

Rossdale allegedly wears his wedding band to “taunt” Stefani and send her “a message.” 

What that message is, we can only guess.

Rossdale, claims the source, is “sowing seeds of doubt with Gwen about her romance with Blake,” and telling her “she needs to leave Blake for the sake of their boys.” 

Well, Rossdale’s devious plan may backfire, because the entire situation makes Shelton even hotter for his lady.

The country singer made a “surprising decision — to marry Gwen come hell or high water.”

Stefani said “yes” and “dropped the bomb” on Rossdale, who the tabloid is making out to be a total buzzkill.

Reports claim that Rossdale cheated on Stefani with their children’s nanny while they were still married, so if there is some sort of court showdown, he does NOT have a strong case.

Farrah Abraham Does Facebook Q&A; Gets ROASTED By Fans!

Farrah Abraham is not particularly well-liked.

Teen Mom fans can’t stand her, and (as evidenced by the recently-leaked video in which Catelynn Lowell calls Farrah a “hoebag”) she’s not especially beloved by her co-stars, either.

So when MTV arranged for Farrah to do a Facebook Q&A with fans, they probably knew that it wouldn’t go very well – and, man, were they right.

Since Farrah has bragged about not “needing” Teen Mom anymore, and has even gone so far as to try and violently shove a producer on camera, many of the questions were some variation of “why the hell are you still on the show?”

Here are some of the most-liked questions (and comments) that weren’t immediately deleted by Farrah:

• “Why do u feel entitled and treat everyone like sh-t?”


• “My question is why are you still on Teen Mom when you have said time and time again that you do not need this show or want to be on it? And you say that you don’t want Sophia being around drama and fighting, but yet you yell at your own Mother right in front of her to see and hear.”


• “You would be NOTHING without [the show’s producers] except some skanky knocked up ex cheerleader.”


• “Why are you such a rude and disrespectful c–t?”


• “Please don’t be in the next season.You suck.”

Like we said, it wasn’t a fun day for poor Farrah.

But surprisingly, Ms. Abraham tried to keep things cordial and instead of firing back with her own insults, she merely gave us the following Palin-esque word salad:

“I don’t take kindly to those around me acting like I need to thank them for my opportunities of doing this show. Realize God blesses us not people.

“Also remember while you judge me for saying one thing you all also do the same thing so do not contradict your selves but a lot to type so I’m done.”

So there you have it…we guess.
