Beyonce: SUED for Stealing Lemonade Trailer!

Earlier this year, Beyonce released the “video album” for “Lemonade,” and fans went berserk.

The singer was praised for the HBO special as a visual achievement, even though much of the focus centered on her revelations that husband Jay Z cheated on her.

Unfortunately, Queen Bey has now been accused of copying the trailer for “Lemonade,” according to E! News.

Kentucky filmmaker alleges that Beyonce stole “substantial parts” of his original short film PALINOIA.

Fulks recently filed court documents in a New York civil suit, naming Beyonce as the defendant.

The documents read:

“The number of aesthetic decisions included in Plaintiff’s PALINOIA Work that are parroted in Defendants’ LEMONADE Trailer demonstrates that the LEMONADE Trailer is substantially similar to the PALINOIA Work.

“The misappropriated content includes both the particular elements that the Plaintiff chose to comprise the PALINOIA Work and the coordination and arrangement of those particular elements.”

Among the similarities include the use of graffiti styles, parking garage shots, the use of black and red in many scenes and similar title cards.

In addition, Fulks cites a similar use of poetry voice over and a “heavy, dark, and angst-laden” mood that’s present in both works.

Fulks requests a trial by jury and that Beyonce’s team provide an account of “any and all profits derived from and attributable to their exploitation of PALINOIA including profits from the sales of the LEMONADE Album in all media, from all sources, worldwide.”

Fulks attests that some e-mails containing links to his work made their way from his manager to Bryan Younce, a Columbia executive who worked with Beyonce in the past.

Beyonce has not yet responded to the accusations.

Gigi Hadid & Zayn Malik: Getting Back Together??

As we reported last week, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have broken up.

The two first got together back in November and even made out on camera in the video for Zayn’s debut solo “Pillowtalk.”

Everything seemed peachy, until it didn’t.

But now it seems as though the two may already talking reconciliation, and some think they’ll be getting back together soon.

“Gigi was the one that broke up with Zayn when they got into their last fight,” a source tells E! News.

“It had to do with a issue about not communicating,” added the insider. 

“They are not back together but have been texting and are still connected. Gigi still wants to make it work though.”

This dish is consistent with the speculation that arose at the time of their breakup.

“Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow,” another source claimed.

However, not all of Gigi’s friends are for a reunion.

“Gigi’s friends think she should completely end it because Zayn has not been the best of boyfriends lately, and Gigi is extremely accommodating to him when she is the one with the crazy schedule,” the insider added.

Wonder if these are some of Taylor Swift’s thoughts.

Taylor is going through a breakup from Calvin Harris herself, and she and Gigi have reportedly been commiserating together.

“Gigi and Taylor are actually confiding in each other as best friends during this time,” according to another source.

“They can really relate.”

Noah Galvin SLAMS Colton Haynes: He Didn"t Really Come Out!

In The Real O’Neals, Noah Galvin plays a gay teenager who has just come out to his family.

Now, the actor, who is also out in real life, talks to Vulture about coming out, and he has a few choice words to share about Colton Haynes.

Haynes came out last month, which seemed pretty clear although he never actually spoke the words, “I’m gay.”

And Galvin thought it was pretty lame.

During the interview, the journalist asks if Galvin was familiar with Haynes, to which he replies, “The worst.”

He went on to reiterate:

“That’s not coming out. That’s f**king p**sy bullsh*t,” Galvin said of his fellow actor.

“That’s like, enough people assume that I sleep with men, so I’m just going to slightly confirm the fact that I’ve sucked a d*ck or two,” he added.

“That’s not doing anything for the little gays but giving them more masturbation material.”

HARSH.

Galvin also addresses how he wants to approach his character “Kenny” on The Real O’Neals, and says he doesn’t want him to “just be the Eric Stonestreet,” referring to the actor who plays an effeminate gay character on Modern Family.

“No, I think as wonderful of an actor as Eric Stonestreet is — I’ve never met him, I assume he’s a wonderful guy — he’s playing a caricature of a caricature of a stereotype of stereotype on Modern Family,” said Galvin.

“And he’s a straight man in real life,” he noted. “And as hilarious as that character is, there’s a lack of authenticity.”

“I want Kenny to be more than the funny gay kid,” he explained.

Farrah Abraham: Looking for Love on Million Dollar Matchmaker!

If you were disappointed to see The Millionaire Matchmaker go off the air last year, we"ve got some great news.

The outspoken Patti Stanger is back, this time on WEtv on the similarly titled Million Dollar Matchmaker.

Looks like the premise remains about the same: finding richies a sufficient match who"ll endure their (mostly) terrible personalities.

"I"m taking the toughest cases I"ve ever seen in my matchmaking history and putting them in a week-long intensive retreat where I"m giving them love lessons," Stanger says in a clip promoting the show.

But here"s the awesome part. 

One of her clients is Farrah Abraham!

She wasn"t lying when she said "toughest cases."

In the clip, we see a teary-eyed Farrah express to Patti that she just doesn"t get why she can"t find love.

"I don"t know why it"s so hard to find someone else to love me," the Teen Mom OG personality tells the matchmaker.

Maybe because you scream at everybody and lie about rape and are a racist?

If you"ve ever watched Stanger in action, you know that she also yells a fair amount and rips right into her clients when they get out of line.

Please let her do this to Farrah, oh please. We can"t wait for this exchange of words.

Last month it appeared as though Farrah and Simon Saran had gotten back together, but maybe she just needed a date to the So Sexy event, whatever that is.

Also appearing on Million Dollar Matchmaker will be the human Ken doll, Justin Jedlica, although we figured he"d already find his match in the Human Barbie, no?
