Christina Grimmie: Tori Kelly Remembers Late Friend With Moving Song

On June 10th, her life was cut short.

A month later, Christina Grimmie is still mourned by the music industry.

Over the weekend, singer Tory Kelly uploaded "Blink of An Eye," an acoustic song to Youtube dedicated to her friend.

"Can"t help but think who you would be if you just had the chance to turn 23…" Kelly sings.

"It"s 2 a.m., I still don"t believe you"re gone.

"And the world keeps spinning on.

Kelly posted a message below the video, explaining the significance of putting pen to paper in honor of her friend.

"this song was written for christina grimmie after she passed away tragically," Kelly wrote.

"i needed to write this song. thank you to my good friend, zac poor, who was brave enough to take on the challenge of writing it with me.

"my heart was & is still so heavy when i think of her not being with us. however, i am still comforted knowing that i"ll get to see her again someday in heaven. my prayers go out to her family & loved ones.

"even though this song had specific meaning, more recently i"m overwhelmed at the pain & the brokenness in the world today, & so this is really just me grieving. at all of it.

"life is so short. thanks for listening, i love you guys."

Grimmie was shot to death by rabid fan, Kevin James Loilbl after an Orlando concert.  The former Voice contestant was signing autographs when Loibl approached her and opened fired.

Grimmie"s brother Marcus tackled Loibl to the ground after (he then turned the gun on himself).  

Grimmie died from gunshot wounds after being rushed to the hospital.

Last week, Marcus and his parents thanked the public for their outpouring of support in the wake of Grimmie"s death.

"As we have always known, Christina"s life was so very special, not only to us, but to everyone she touched with her joyful heart, beautiful voice and love for life and the Lord," the family said in a statement.

"Words cannot express what the many memorials, donations and tributes shared by Christina"s fans and those in the media and entertainment industry mean to us. She will live on in our hearts forever."

Kim Kardashian Kovers Forbes, Has Made HOW MUCH in 2016?

Kim Kardashian is very rich.

This has been the case ever since the Kim Kardashian sex tape hit the market and the reality star started to take in one royalty check after another.

But it’s never been clear just how many zeroes are attached to Kardashian’s bank account… until now!

The mother of two covers the latest issue of Forbes, not flaunting her sizable rear end or any of her cleavage for a change.

Just flaunting her tax bracket inside the issue, as part of a featured cover story on how much Kim has raked in from her video game.

According to the magazine, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood has been downloaded 45 million times and generated $ 160 million in revenue overall.

Editors at the publication estimate that Kardashian herself has pocketed $ 45 million since its release, earning $ 51 million to date in 2016, with 40% of her yearly paycheck coming from the game.

While this figure may sound impressive, Kim only ranks 42nd on Forbes’ annual rundown of celebrity salaries.

Taylor Swift sits at number-one with $ 170 million made in 2016.

Despite her relatively low ranking, Kardashian covers the latest issue of Forbes because it focuses on the suddenly popular and profitable business of celebrity technology.

Forbes writes that star-driven mobile games have become a $ 200-million-a-year business.

And then there’s the whole emoji thing, with Kim, Amber Rose, Steph Curry and Justin Bieber among those making an insane amount of money off their own emoji line.

While Kim may not come across as a businesswoman, she does at least understand the market out there.

“I love my big computer, but I can’t even tell you the last time I sat in front of it,” Kardashian told Forbes. “I’m always on my phone.”

Isn’t everyone?

Hence the push for ways to make money off the mobile universe.

“When people looked at me in a way like, ‘Why is she stepping into the tech world? That’s not her territory! Stick to reality TV!’ I was like, ‘No,’ ” Kardashian says, adding:

“This is fun for me. Now I’m coming up with Kimojis and the app and all these other ideas. I don’t see myself stopping.”

Well, no. You did see how much Kim just made off the game, didn’t you?

Chloe Lattanzi Posts Sexy Bikini Pic, Hits Back At Trolls

Olivia Newton-John’s only daughter has battled her fair share of demons over the years.

As a teenager, Chloe Lattanzi developed Anorexia, and had to enter treatment.

Later, she would become addicted to cocaine and alcohol, a habit she’s since kicked.

Now, Lattanzi has to deal with body-shamers who trolled her Instagram over the weekend.

The 30-year-old posted gorgeous photos of herself in a bikini while enjoying the California sun poolside.

Trolls took this opportunity to call out her boobs, of course.

Not cool, Lattanzi said, taking to social media to put anyone with a negative comment back in their place.

“being unashamed of your feminine form makes you strong.It takes strength to accept and love yourself. This is message is for every woman who has ever been called stupid or a bimbo for having confidence and for loving your body,” she wrote.

“Having big breasts does not make you stupid. It’s Calling people stupid for having big breasts that makes you ignorant. I love you all.

“I celebrate the sexy free confident woman.”

In October 2015, Lattanzi gave an interview to Fox411 about recovering from her eating disorder.

“I’m grateful I’m recovered fully, I’m healthy, I have a lot of fat on my body.”

Lattanzi is engaged to martial arts instructor James Driskill, and credits him for helping her lead a healthy life.

Driskill, Lattanzi said, “had a lot to do with helping me get through it.”

A few years ago Lattanzi explained to the Daily Mail that her mother had a very difficult time coming to terms with Lattanzi’s illness.

“She’d never faced anything like that before and she didn’t know how to deal with it,” Lattanzi said of the Grease star.

“Eventually she faced up to it and sent me to a treatment centre for my eating disorder when I was 18.

“It didn’t help at all,” Lattanzi admitted.  Putting people with eating disorders together is the worst thing you can do. It creates competition.

“I left and slowly got better on my own.”

Natalie Portman & Benjamin Millepied: Headed For Divorce?!

Once upon a time, Natalie Portman was one of the most revered and sought-after actresses in Hollywood.

Then Benjamin Millepied entered her life.

We’re not saying Portman and Millepied’s marriage is to blame for Natalie’s declining career.

And if the latest rumors about her marriage are true, Natalie may soon find herself consumed with the desire to lose herself in a character.

Sources tell Star magazine that the actress, who’s been living in Europe and maintaining a low profile the last few years, was recently spotted at London hotspot the Chiltern Firehouse.

Several fellow revelers claim Portman made no effort to hide her naked ring finger:

“She was trying to have a good time, but it seemed like her mind was somewhere else,” says an eyewitness. “She kept rubbing her empty ring finger. She looked really sad.”

One insider claims Portman’s marriage troubles are primarily the result of Millepied’s restlessness with regard to his career.

In 2014, the couple, along with their son, Aleph, relocated to France so that Benjamin could take a job as director of the Paris Opera Ballet.

He left the position after just 15 months in order to re-join his traveling dance troupe, the LA Project.

“It’s been stressful,” says a source. “Their lives have been completely uprooted, and their relationship has taken a hit because of it.”

Neither party has responded to the rumors, but recent photos of Portman confirm that she hasn’t been wearing her ring.
