Florida Woman Seeks Revenge on Ex, Sets Wrong Car on Fire

Lesson number-one in seeking revenge against an ex-boyfriend or an ex-girlfriend you believed once wronged you:

Make sure you know what car they drive.

To be clear, we"re not advocating that you commit an act of violence against this car.

It would probably be best for you to just accept whatever happened in the past, move on and learn from it.

But IF you were unable to do that, and IF you had it in your head that setting your ex-lover"s vehicle ablaze was a justifiable response to whatever he or she did…

… well, then please refer to lesson number-one.

Make sure you know what car this individual drives.

Otherwise, you are both committing a crime and failing to make it worthwhile. You"re also hurting an innocent bystander in the process.

Just ask Carmen Chamblee. This 19-year old resident of Clearwater, Florida was actually caught on surveillance camera setting fire to a car.

She thought it was her ex-boyfriend"s car.

But she was mistaken.

Chamblee allegedly used a rag and flammable liquid to start the fire and then tossed in random items to stoke the flame.

The Clearwater Police Department arrested the misguided teenager for second-degree arson and booked her to the Pinellas County Jail.

It then shared the following video on its Facebook page, along with the following caption:

"Remember this arsonist caught on tape last weekend torching a car? She"s in custody now.

"Thanks to all who called and wrote in with various tips. Her name is Carmen Chamblee and she has been charged with second-degree arson and will be booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

"A Pinellas County Sheriff"s Office deputy spotted her this morning just south of Clearwater."

You can actually see Chamblee commit her act of insanity/revenge/arson below:

Greta Van Susteren Leaves Fox News Amidst Roger Ailes Scandal

Fox News is currently in the midst of a massive shakeup that’s likely to have a profound and permanent impact on the right-leaning cable news powerhouse.

The latest in a series of major changes comes with the announcement that longtime network legal analyst and commentator Greta Van Susteren will be leaving Fox after 14 years.

Van Susteren announced today that she’ll be leaving her popular nightly series On the Record With Greta Van Susteren effective immediately.

She will be replaced by former colleague Brit Hume for the remainder of the 2016 presidential election.

Hume commented on his new role in a statement issued this morning:

“I am happy to take on this assignment for the balance of this extraordinary election,” he wrote.

“My Fox News colleagues have set a high standard for political coverage, which I’ll do my best to uphold. I’m honored to be asked.”

No official reason has been given by either Van Susteren or execs at Fox, but an anonymous source tells the Associated Press that the decision is the result of a “financial disagreement.”

Given everything’s taken place at Fox over the past few months, however, it’s not surprising that many believe there’s more to the story than a simple contract dispute.

Earlier this summer, longtime correspondent Gretchen Carlson sued Fox CEO Roger Ailes for sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination.

The move led to Ailes resigning as CEO after nearly 20 years at the helm of the number one cable news network.

Interestingly, earlier today Carlson’s lawsuit was settled for a reported $ 20 million.

“Ailes has unlawfully retaliated against [her] and sabotaged her career because she refused sexual advances and complained about severe and pervasive sexual harassment,” a portion of the lawsuit read.

Carlson’s suit came, of course, on the heels of accusations that the network sided with Donald Trump in his clash with Meghyn Kelly.

Former Fox host Andrea Tantaros recently described the culture at Fox as that of a “sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency and misogyny.”

So did Van Susteren, like so many other female employees at Fox, feel that she was treated unfairly due to her gender?

Or is this really just a case of a wage disagreement?

Thus far, it seems neither side is talking:

“We are grateful for Greta’s many contributions over the years and wish her continued success,” Fox News co-presidents Jack Abernathy and Bill Shine said in a statement released today.

As it’s likely that Van Susteren signed a non-disclosure agreement during her time at the network, it may be quite some time before we get any more information than that.

Marcus Kowal, MMA Fighter, Loses Child to Drunken Hit-and-Run

Marcus Kowal is living every parents’ worst nightmare.

The MMA fighter and his partner have confirmed that their 15-month old son was killed on Saturday when the child and his young aunt were struck by a car while crossing the street.

According to The Mercury News, Liam Mikeal Kowal and his 15-year old relative were hit by a vehicle while in a crosswalk.

The tragic incident took place around 4:15 p.m.

The driver, a woman named Donna Marie Higgins, fled the scene… but witnesses actually followed her SUV and surrounded it until authorities arrived, the newspaper reports.

Per a press release issued by the Hawthorne Police Department, Liam’s teenage aunt suffered “from what appeared to be leg injuries,” while the infant was found “pulseless and not breathing.”

Higgins, a 72-year old shoe mugshot is featured below, was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run and drunken driving.

She booked into Hawthorne jail with a $ 100,000 bail.

“I saw [Liam’s] stroller in two pieces,” Kowal told a local ABC affiliate.

“And he had a  little green frog that he’s had with him since day one … and he carries around wherever he is. He won’t sleep without his green frog, and it was lying in the middle of the street.”

Later Saturday evening, Kowal and his partner, Mishel Eder, took to the former’s Facebook page with a heartbreaking update from Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

scene of the crime

“I want to thank everyone who has been there for us, in all forms and shapes,” it begins.

“Thoughts, prayers, in person – whatever. We’ve received 100s and 100s of txt messages, emails, fb messages, etc – we are blown away. Your support means the world to us.”

He then continued with the most horrific message any mother or father could ever write.

About an hour ago, our baby was declared brain dead. He tried to fight so hard. He even died at one point but they brought him back. He’s a little fighter. His heart is still beating but his brain is no longer working.

Our hearts are broken and there’s a void in my soul but we will get through this.

Again, your support means the world and I wish we could respond to each and every one of you but right now, we are going work through this.

Funeral arrangements will be posted here.

RIP Liam Mikael Kowal. 5/25/2015-9/4/2016.

Liam was taken off life support later that night.

“I’m a fighter, I can take pain, I’ve taken pain my whole life and nothing hurts as much as this,” Kowal told ABC7. “I was proud to be a dad and I wanted to raise a good child.”

We truly cannot imagine.

Our heart goes out to Marcus Kowal and his family.

Kowal told the station that he and Eder are donating Liam’s organs.

“So his heart can live through another child,” the athlete said. “He loved to share, so I know he would have wanted to share his heart.”

Teresa Giudice vs. Joe Giudice: See Their Fake Fight!

Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice got into a major argument on The Real Housewives of New Jersey this week.

Actually, correction: Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice pretended to into a major argument on The Real Housewives of New Jersey this week.

In the following sneak peek, Joe is sad, angry and drunk over the fact that he"ll soon be heading to prison.

So when Teresa brings up a question about the family"s finances, Joe finally snaps.

At one point, he actually screams that he"s gonna "smack" Teresa"s "f-cking head" up against the wall, to which Teresa calmly replies:

"You need to keep your mouth shut."

But this tactic didn"t exactly work, as Joe continued his tirade by telling her to "shut the f—k up.""

"I think you need to leave," Teresa replied.

Gladly, Joe shot back, saying that he "can"t wait to leave [for prison]," and that the only thing he"ll miss are his children.

Sounds harsh, right? Sounds really inappropriate?

Don"t worry. It didn"t really happen.

It doesn"t take a genius to analyze the clip below and see that the camera is never actually on Teresa or Joe when their explosive words are uttered.

Go ahead and re-watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online if you don"t believe us.

But the words at the center of so-called argument were very clearly edited in after the fact. Teresa and Joe are just reading from a script while they"re voicing over the scene.

This is common practice across reality television, of course.

We"re not breaking any huge piece of news here.

But it"s still pretty hilarious to see this sort of editing in action.

Hey, let"s get another close-up of that pink dog while the couple argues!

We love it/hate it.
