Riverdale Season 2 Episode 20 Recap: Shadow of a Doubt

The Black Hood continued to try and destroy the town of Riverdale on Season 2 Episode 20, and he got a whole lot closer to doing so. 

When the episode got underway, Archie was campaigning for his father by going door-to-door. However, the real reason for going door-to-door was to gaze into every set of eyes in Riverdale because he thought he knew who it was based on the eyes.

If you watch Riverdale online, you will know fine well that Archie has been all over the place when it comes to the Black Hood case. With one bad decision after another, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to like the character who is supposed to be the protagonist. 

After a meeting with Hiram, the villain admitted he wanted Archie to start up the Dark Circle again. The true motive was that it would help Hermione’s campaign because the town would look like it was falling apart. 

Moose wasted no time in confirming he and Midge did fight that fateful night of her death, but he was adamant about not killing her. When probed for answers, Moose admitted that Midge was having sex with a Serpent. 

Fangs revealed to Jughead that he was the one sleeping with Midge, but Jughead’s footage hits the internet confirming Fangs was the one sleeping with Midge, and well, the town went bananas. 

Elsewhere, Betty wondered whether Hal could be the Black Hood and confided in Cheryl. The pair started an investigation of their own into it. 

They made their way to his apartment and found the codebook the Black Hood was using to send her messages early in Riverdale Season 2. 

However, things took an explosive turn and Fred and Hermione’s debate when Hermione revealed to the town that Archie was the leader of the Dark Circle, effectively destroying Fred’s cause. 

Then, the Black Hood appeared on the balcony and aimed at the crowds with a gun. Gulp. Everyone survived the ordeal, but Fangs was in jail, so it ruled him out as the killer. 

When it comes time for Fangs to be released from the jail, the Serpents rally around him as angry protesters wait outside to go crazy at him for Midge’s murder. 

Archie noticed Reggie making a run towards them with a gun, and the two boys fought, but the gun still went off, and Fangs fell to the ground. 

Betty then called her father to tell him to meet up with her “where it all started,” and she started laying out the evidence for why he was the killer. 

He didn’t show up, and Cheryl was shocked to answer her door, fully expecting it to be her mother, and finding the Black Hood waiting to greet her. 

Oh yes, Riverdale is good again!

The Real Housewives of New York Season 10 Episode 5 Recap: Tea for Tat

Will Sonja Morgan ever be able to get back in the inner circle?

That question was posed to viewers on The Real Housewives of New York Season 10 Episode 5 as one thing led to another and more details about why she was so sucky to her pals were revealed.

When the episode got underway, Sonja visited Bethenny Frankel, and the two women got talking about what was going on between Sonja and the others. 

Sonja felt like they all had it out for her, and Bethenny agreed to an extent. However, Sonja then started dragging Tinsley because she allegedly had money while living with her and never thought to buy her anything. 

Bethenny felt it was a bit much to diss someone for monetary woes and that it was none of their business where she got her money, so Sonja was to let it slide. 

Sonja then moved on to the big shouting match that ensued between her and Dorinda and how Bethenny never stepped in to defend her. 

If you watch The Real Housewives of New York online, you will know that Bethenny has not been big on confrontation for a while now, and it suits her. 

Once upon a time, Bethenny would not keep her mouth shut about something minor, and it would result in all of the ladies at odds with each other. 

Ramona’s name was also thrown out there. There’s no denying that it’s odd. Ramona and Sonja were inseparable for so long, and now they’re so far apart, they might as well be in different time zones. 

Ramona wanted all of the animosity to be put to bed in the friendship circle, so she yelled at Sonja to apologize to Dorinda after the big bust-up in the Hamptons. 

This irked Sonja because she felt like she was being silenced and that a true friend would not do that to her. The troubling thing is that friendship is a two-way street and both women need to work together to keep it that way. 

In any case, the ladies were forced to put their beef aside to indulge in a shopping trip, but there was a surprising guest there. 

Ramona had invited Missy Pool along, as well as Luann. Missy was the one who was apparently getting hot and heavy with Tom in the Regency hotel. 

Ramona is not a very good friend if she invited both women to be in the presence of one another. There’s going to be some awkward moments. 

“Ramona should know better. It’s just not cool,” said Carole Radziwill in a confessional. 

“Why I shouldn’t invite her because of Luann?” Ramona later said in her defense.

“You know it’s a big party; it’s 60 people. I wouldn’t invite her if it were just six or 10 girls, it’s 60 people. She doesn’t see him anymore!”

“Come on, really?” Luann admitted to viewers.

“Am I surprised that every time Ramona has a party she invites Missy? No, because she has no respect for me.”

“Who knows, it’s a women’s shopping event. Tom could be coming out from the dressing room before I know it!”

Surprisingly, the meeting was not as awkward as one would think and they complimented each other. 

“I never had a problem with Missy … I think the man was the problem!” Luann admitted. 

“I never had a problem with you,” said Missy with a smile. “The man was the big problem. You just got to make the most of it.”

Sandra Bullock Stalker Found Dead Inside Home

A California man who was previously convicted of stalking Oscar winner Sandra Bullock was found dead inside his La Crescenta  home on Wednesday afternoon.

According to a local ABC affiliate, the Los Angeles Police Department served a warrant at the home of Joshua Corbett yesterday morning.

The 42-year old then reportedly barricaded himself in his residence, resulting in SWAT officers arriving at the scene in response to the incident.

Corbett said he had a weapon and threatened to kill the police officers.

At this point, crisis negotiators were brought in and spent five hours trying to convince Corbett to leave his house before they entered the house and found the suspect dead.

He was found lying on the floor from a self-inflicted gunshot.

(As a related point: the police did not confirm the nature of the warrant, but ABC reports that Corbett had failed to show up for a hearing related to his probation on April 23.)

Why are we writing about this sad, but seemingly random death on a celebrity gossip website?

This is why:

In 2014, Corbett was went on trial and was sentenced for stalking Bullock after he broke into her home.

Officials said at the time that he had two dozen illegal firearms and ammunition in his residence.

This wasn’t just an instance of a crazed fans harmlessly making his way on to a celebrity’s property, either. It was seriously frightening stuff.

In the 2014 hearing, Bullock could be heard in a terrifying 911 call telling the dispatcher the following:

“I’m in my closet. I have a safe door. I’m locked in the closet right now.”

Corbett was holding a black notebook with a two-page letter to Bullock and magazine photos of the actress when he was arrested.

He was later issued a 10-year protective order that required him to stay away at least 200 yards away from Bullock.

He was also sentenced to five years probation and treatment at a mental health facility.

In June of 2017, he was released from this mental health facility after receiving approval to do so from a doctor.

At that time, he was placed in an outpatient program and will continue to be monitored.

So this marks the end of a tragic situation all around.

Bullock is yet to make any sort of public statement about what transpired yesterday.

We can’t really see why she would do so.

Jersey Shore Stars Refuse to Call Out Ronnie: Watch!

The cast of Jersey Shore is a family, we get that.

So it should really come as little surprise that these MTV stars are basically on Team Ronnie Ortiz-Magro when it comes to their friend"s ongoing beef with baby mama Jen Harley.

But it was still unfortunate to see Pauly D, Snooki and company essentially stand up for Ronnie in the wake of his explosive and very public fight with Harley this week.

We make such a statement following the appearance of these Jersey Shore stalwarts on The View this week.

"I have to bring up the elephant in the room that Ronnie is not here," Meghan McCain said during her interview with the show"s leading men and ladies on Wedneday.

"I"m a big fan of his, he"s been very provocative this season," he host continued, adding:

"He"s at home with his newborn baby girl, but he made headlines this past few days because he"s been publicly fighting with his girlfriend. Obviously you guys are close, how do you feel about this?"

(Editor"s Note: Can we stop for a moment and acknowledge how crazy and hilarious it is that Meghan McCain is asking questions about Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, while stating how she"s a "big fan of his?")

For those not in the know, Ronnie and Harley, who welcomed a daughter into the world just a month ago, went at it over Instagram last weekend.

They exchanged vicious insults over allegations of sex tape filming and infidelity, with words being tossed back and forth such as "hoe," "cokehead" and "cum dumpster."

It was pretty embarrassing and ridiculous for all involved.

"So Ronnie, um…out of respect for him and his family, he"s not here, so we don"t wanna speak on his behalf," Pauly D replied on behalf of the cast, adding:

"We are one big family, so we love and support each other and everything it is that we do."

This is the answer we"d expect him to give.

But considering there"s even footage of Ronnie threatening to beat up Harley, perhaps his friends need to show some tough love and suggest the muscular reality star seek professional help of some kind.

"I want to apologize to my family, friends, and fans," Ronnie has said of his action.

"This is a private matter that should have never been made public. I remain focused on my daughter and she is my number one priority."
