As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Amber Rose took control of the recent Kanye West-Wiz Khalifa Twitter feud by tweeting graphic details about Kanye’s sex life.
Many believed that Amber’s hilariously jaw-dropping tweet about Kanye would kick off another war of words between the exes, but just days later, Ms. Rose stunned the Internet by publicly making peace with Kim Kardashian.
So what’s the deal? How is it possible to be cool with Kim and not Kanye?
Well, if a new report from Radar Online is accurate, it seems the Wests have very different opinions about Amber Rose and Kanye’s recent actions.
Apparently, it all started when Kanye ordered Kim to stay out of his fight with Amber.
Say what you will about Kim not being the greatest feminist role model, the woman does not take kindly to being ordered around:
“Kanye told Kim that she wasn’t allowed to say anything on social media after Amber Rose Tweeted that gross note about him,” says one insider.
“He told her that she was forbidden from getting involved. He said this was his fight and he was going to handle it his way and that he didn’t want Kim to write anything herself.
“Even though she has the most followers out of all of them, Kanye told her he didn’t want her to say anything.”
Kim, of course, couldn’t be silenced that easily:
“Kim told Kanye how totally inappropriate his comments were. She really let him have it. But he is still the one who rules the marriage,” the source says.
“So Kanye made Kim call Amber and meet with her. He wanted Kim to make up with Amber for him. He told her what she had to do, and she listened to him.”
Yes, according to this version of events, Kim wouldn’t follow Kanye’s orders to stay out of it, so instead she obeyed his command by making things right with his ex for him.
It’s definitely confusing, but so is everything else about this situation.
