When we first heard rumors of Kate Hudson hooking up with Nick Jonas, we thought it was just a fling. But could it be more than that?
The pair apparently enjoyed a four-hour romantic dinner last night at Pace, an Italian restaurant in Los Angeles, reports Entertainment Tonight.
The two tried to hide in a corner table on the patio, but an eyewitness claimed to catch them canoodling.
“They were flirting and pretty close all night,” a source told ET. “They definitely looked like more than just friends.”
The source added that the two exited through a side door – separately, so as not to be photographed together. However, they did leave together in a limo SUV.
The first we heard of these two being a thing was back in September, when they reportedly went to Disney World and then Miami together.
The couple then reportedly took a snowy ski trip getaway to Mammoth Mountain together, and Kate may or may not have planted a butt pic for Nick online.
We were thrown off a bit when we heard Nick was dating actress Lily Collins, however, in a recent interview with Complex magazine, the former Jo Bro gushed about Kate.
“Kate’s incredible,” he said. “We had an unbelievable connection as two humans who just admire things about each other, and see something in each other that’s beautiful.”
On the other hand, Kate’s not saying much. In an interview with ET during the Golden Globes, when asked about Nick, she simply said, “there’s nothing to talk about.”
Well, Kate, by continuing to go out on romantic dates in public together, you two are totally giving us something to talk about.
