Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton would like to make something very clear:
They are happy, in love, residing in the same home together and… oh, right… they are also very rich.
Murray and Stanton have not purposely confirmed each of these relationship details, but we know them to be true. Allow us to explain:
Stanton is engaged in a custody battle with ex-husband Nick Buonfiglio.
The two are arguing over various aspects that pertain to their two daughters.
As part of this battle, Stanton was recently required to turn over certain legal documents, including papers that state she is earning over $ 13,000 per month from her fashion blog and her social media account.
These same papers state that she is living with Murray and that he rakes in over $ 10,000 per month.
According to these filings, Stanton’s paychecks increased big-time (or “bigly,” some Presidential candidates may appear to say) after her stint this summer on Bachelor in Paradise.
That appearance was a financial windfall for Amanda, enabling her to sign new endorsement ops.
For this reason, Nick is seeking an increase in child support for the ex-couple’s kids.
On a somewhat related note, these documents also list Amanda’s clothing budget at over $ 2,000 per month.
Murray and Stanton got engaged on ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise, but many critics out there doubt they’ll make it down the aisle.
“It’s been a tough road,” an insider told Entertainment Weekly in September, acknowledging that Josh and Amanda are together, but explaining:
“They have broken up a couple times since getting home and have had a rough start to their relationship.”
Murray proposed to Andy Dorfman to wrap up her season The Bachelorette… only to split from his fellow reality star a few months later.
Months later, Dorfman came out with a book that dissed and dismissed Murray in every way imaginable.
Andy wrote that her time with Murray was the “most volatile and f-cked up relationship of my life,” saying that her fiancé often referred to her as a “whore.”
He sounds like a lovely guy, although Murray has rejected these allegations as “ludicrous.”
But Stanton seems pretty confident in her man and their future.
Josh did uproot his life for Stanton, moving from Atlanta to California to be with her and her daughters.
“He’s so dedicated and so loyal. He’s sweet and thoughtful and caring – it’s not just something he turns on for the cameras,” she told Us Weekly this fall.
Yes, things have been hectic ever since they got together, but Murray doesn’t think this portends any real trouble.
“It’s fun. That’s life,” he told the same tabloid.
Do you think these two will end up as husband and wife? Or just as another failed reality show couple?
