Caitlyn Jenner Biography: Title, Release Date Announced

Caitlyn Jenner is a reality star, an activist, a parent and an Olympic Gold Medalist.

In just a few short months, however, the transgender celebrity will be able to officially add yet another title to her ever-growing resume:

Author.

The stepfather of Khloe, Kourtney, Rob and Kim Kardashian has confirmed the release date of his upcoming memoir.

The book will be titled “The Secrets of My Life”* and it will be available for purchase on April 25, 2017.

(*We know Caitlyn has been very busy ever since her transition, but couldn’t she have spent a few extra minutes thinking of a more personal and unique title?!?)

The memoir will be written in collaboration with Buzz Bissinger, who penned the famous Vanity Fair cover story detailing Jenner’s transition to womanhood in April of last year.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and Friday Night Lights author was Jenner’s first choice as a partner on the project.

Caitlyn Jenner book

Jenner has lived quite the life. There will be a great deal to cover in this biography.

According to various sources, the memoir will go into Jenner’s childhood and career as an Olympic decathlete, for which she won the Gold Medal in 1976.

Long before she was better known for what her relatives were up to, Jenner was one of the most recognized and respected athletes on the planet.

The memoir will also delve into her three marriages (including the most recent one to Kris Jenner, of course), along with relationship with her kids, before getting into her transition and current experience as the world’s most famous transgender woman.

We expect this to be a best-seller.

There’s been talk of late that Caitlyn isn’t getting along so well with her family.

Was she really snubbed at Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday party? There’s been talk that she wasn’t invited to the shindig.

Was she really told by Rob Kardashian to stay away from his daughter? There’s also been chatter that Caitlyn is yet to even meet his precious little grandchild.

Perhaps we’ll have fewer questions about Caitlyn’s world in April after the book comes out.

With Bissinger helping her write it, we can safely presume that this effort will be far more worth our time than past books released by members of Jenner’s family.

From Kris Jenner’s cookbook to actual novels penned by Kylie and Kendall Jenner, these people have somehow been under the impression that people want to read what they have to say.
