Did the ladies manage to keep it together when they embarked on a day at the races?
That was a huge question on The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 2 Episode 3 as some opted to ditch the event.
When the episode got underway, Gizelle and Robyn met up to get their nails done. Everything seemed fine between them, so Robyn decided it would be a good idea to plan a girls’ night to the Preakness.
Did she not get the memo that these events ALWAYS include an argument between the ladies? They decided to leave Monique out of it because they did not like her.
Gizelle decided to give Robyn in trouble for trashing her behind her back, but Robyn felt Gizelle was blowing it all out of proportion. When the ladies arrived at Preakness, Ashley decided to target Robyn about her divorce,
The conversation changed when Gizelle and Karen showed up and asked Ashley about her sex life. Just like Ashley, karma really is a bitch.
With Monique left uninvited, the ladies decided to pass judgment on her. Gizelle hated her, but that was probably down to Gizelle not being as popular as her.
Gizelle then continued to let the women know she was dating a new man, but everyone seemed over the conversation. They then tried to get close to an older man, who seemed to be buying them all their drinks.
The Real Housewives of Potomac are a classy bunch.
After the races, we finally got some much-needed insight into Robyn’s life.She went to get an image overhaul in the form of a new hairstyle. She chatted to her stylist about the state of her relationship with Juan, claiming she was worried the family was going to be split up.
For some reason, Ashley’s storyline this season seems to be a front runner. Last year, she was cold, but we’re finally getting to see what’s going on for her.
Ashley and her husband then went to indoor skydiving to try and salvage their relationship. It was confirmed the marital woes extended further than we first thought.
Ashley claimed in a confessional that she wanted to get back to the good old days and stop the arguing.
While all of this drama was going down, we got a look at Monique’s day-to-day life. We kicked off with her preparing her house as she thought her husband was being put in the Alabama Football Hall of Fame.
Monique also revealed that she and her mother-in-law rarely see eye-to-eye, and prepared to argue with her when she landed. When they met each other, it was evident there was some hate between them.
Later, Monique was trashed for not being employed, prompting Monique to reveal that she was over all of the drama.
