Colton Underwood Addresses Haters: You Just Don"t Get It...

Colton Underwood has never entered a woman.

But the brand new Bachelor has now entered the world of reality TV show fandom…

… and he’s getting a first-hand look at how ugly it can be.

Earlier this week, ABC confirmed that Underwood would anchor the 23rd installment of this beloved franchise.

The decision was expected, yet it still landed with a giant thud in the eyes of many long-time viewers.

That guy, really?!? many residents of Bachelor Nation said in response.

Words such as “boring” and “vanilla” and “holy Hell, does he lack any ounce of charisma?!?” were thrown around by critics of the move online.

Underwood, it now seems, is aware of the response his selection generated.

This is 2018. He’s obviously on the Internet and using social media and is trying to keep perspective on why some folks may be less than enthralled over watching his journey next year.

In the end, he seems to think, they are simply ignorant.

On Thursday morning, Colton Tweeted the following:

People hate what they don’t understand & try to destroy it. Only try to keep yourself clear and don’t allow that destructive force to spoil something that to you is so simple, natural & beautiful.

Was he referring to the criticism that has come his way in the last 48 hours or so? It’s very safe to understand.

A lot of people out there are mocking his choice to remain a virgin, with some even thinking he’s deep in the sexual closet.

We aren’t about to go there of course. We have no idea what Colton’s life has really been like and we are not about to judge the way he is choosing to live it.

All we know at the moment is that Underwood is saying all the right things.

That is, all the same things that Bachelors before him have also said.

“That’s what I’m looking forward to the most, is getting engaged and then getting married shortly after that,” Underwood told Michael Strahan on Good Morning America this past Tuesday.

He added that he wants to marry a “good, passionate” person — and it doesn’t even matter if she’s into sports.

Will it matter if she’s done the horizonal hula before?

If she’s gotten down and dirty in bed?

If she’s done the reverse cowgirl or taken it doggy style or plowed more than one guy in a week or something?

We don’t think so.

Underwood has given no indication that the sexual proclivities or history of his potential fiancee will play any role in whether or not she can win him over.

Colton also doesn’t want to imply that he wouldn’t be done for some hand relief or crotch fondling next season.

“Being a virgin doesn’t mean you can’t have a good time,” he has told People Magazine. “It doesn’t mean you can’t be passionate and romantic and sexual still in your relationship.

Donald Trump to Oprah: Bring... It... On!

Donald Trump has heard the same rumors as you have.

And, not surprisingly, the Commander-in-Chief has something to say about them.

And the Winner is?

The Donald or The Big O? Vote on who would want as President! View Poll »

On the heels of a rousing speech at the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night, the Internet lit up with talk of Oprah Winfrey running for President.

For real.

According to various social media users, that is.

After she inspired the nation with talk of female empowerment and equality, Winfrey quickly became the subject of talk among regular television viewers and experienced political pundits.

Is she really considering a run for the Oval Office in 2020?

Was the following speech her attempt at a stump speech?

Was she thanking the Hollywood Foreign Press for bestowing upon her a major honor… or making a case that she is the most fit person to run the free world?

Oprah herself has said nearly nothing about this chatter.

Her close friend, though, has not dismissed the possibility.

Gayle King talked the rumor on CBS This Morning Tuesday, telling viewers of her BFF:

“I do think she’s intrigued by the idea. I do think that. I also know that after years of watching the Oprah show, you always have the right to change your mind.

“I don’t think at this point she’s considering it. But listen, there are people who have said they want to be her campaign manager, quit their jobs and campaign for her.

“She loves this country and would like to be of service in some way, but I don’t think that she’s actively considering it at this time.”

Winfrey became the first black woman to receive the Cecile B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes.

She’s as respected as any celebrity on the planet.

In other words: she’s the antithesis of Donald Trump.

So, would Trump be concerned about Oprah as a potential opponent in 2020?

He was basically asked this question on Tuesday afternoon.

“I like Oprah… I don’t think she’s gonna run,” Trump replied, adding that if she happens to toss her name in the race, well…

“I’ll beat Oprah.”

Of course. What else is going to say?

We don’t even mean that as a typical Donald Trump diss. It’s just, what would any sitting President say about a future opponent, that he or she may defeat him or her?

Way back in 1991, interestingly, Trump said he would select Oprah as his Vice President, were he ever to run for President.

Fast forward decades later and he went with Mike Pence instead.

Oprah, meanwhile, has admitted that Trump getting elected does make her rethink whether she would have a shot at the White House down the line.

“I thought, ‘Oh gee, I don’t have the experience. I don’t know enough. I don’t…’” Winfrey told Bloomberg Television last year.

“And now I’m thinking, ‘Oh. Oh.’”

Oh, oh, as in: Vote for O, Vote for O?

What do you think?

Click on the poll above and chime in: Would would you prefer as President, Donald Trump or Oprah Winfrey?

Star Wars The Last Jedi Trailer: It... Is... HERE!!!!

Ever since the title for Star Wars: The Last Jedi was announced in January, fans have speculated over its meaning.

Who is The Last Jedi? Is this word being used in the singular or in the plural?

We may not have an answer right now, but we do have something else to wonder about in regard to this upcoming blockbuster…

… THE FIRST OFFICIAL TRAILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Released as part of a special convention in Orlando in celebration of the saga"s 40th anniversary (an event that featured Billie Lourd paying tribute to her mom), the following sneak peek is everything a Star Wars fan could ever want.

We see that Star Wars: The Last Jedi picks up right where The Force Awakens left off, with its cliffhanger on the cliffs of the planet Ahch-To, where Luke Skywalker had gone in search of the first Jedi temple.

However, Rey disturbs this retirement by presenting Luke with his original lightsaber… you know the the one, it was lost on Bespin in The Empire Strikes Back.

Director Rian Johnson said at the aforementioned Star Wars Celebration that this next installment will center on Luke and his legendary journey, a nice course correction from the last film, which didn"t feature much of Luke at all.

Naturally, however, Finn, Poe Dameron, BB-8, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, Hux and the mysterious Snoke will all make their returns in the movie as well.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will also mark Carrie Fisher"s final appearance as Princess Leia.

She passed away in December, about a year prior to the December 15 release of Star Wars: The Final Jedi.

"What Rian wrote and the performance she ends up giving, I think you guys are going to find that an amazing tribute to her talent," producer Kathleen Kennedy said at the Orlando convention.

But enough from us, right?

Go ahead and click PLAY to see the first Star Wars: The Final Jedi trailer now!
