Brittani Fulfer From My 600-lb Life: See Her Insane Transformation!
Not everyone from My 600-lb Life gets a happily ever after.
LB Bonner died of apparent suicide. Others have compromised physical health — or struggle with their mental health.
Brittani Fulfer has a much more positive life update and is flaunting some serious weight loss. Take a look:
It was only a few years ago that Brittani Fuller struggled to even move because of her weight.
Even years later, as you’ll see in photos below, she was still overweight, and had a lot of excess skin after losing nearly 300 pounds.
Now, however, she is showing the world that she is a real weight loss success story.
“Me on my birthday a couple weeks ago,” she wrote on Facebook, sharing a stunning photo.
Brittani is almost unrecognizable.
She looks so good!
“Three years ago I weighed 600 pounds,” Brittani writes.
Her post continues: “Now I am stronger, healthier, and more alive than I thought was ever possible!”
“Am I skinny?” she asks herself. “Nope!”
“Am I okay with that?” Brittani asks, answering: “Yep!”
That is an extremely healthy mindset.
“My goal is to be healthy,” Brittani explains. “Not skinny!”
We hope that we do not have to explain that there are small people who are unhealthy and large people who are doing just fine.
Brittani advises her fans: “Remember to love yourself today!”
Brittani then wishes her followers well, writing: “Be blessed!”
As you may recall, Brittani dropped her weight by 230 pounds on her episode of My 600-lb Life.
In her follow-up episode, she lost another 103 pounds, and had 27 pounds of fat removed from her abdomen.
As we mentioned, you can see in these photos that, even after losing a lot of weight, she had a great deal of excess skin.
That is the sick joke of massive weight loss — your body might shrink, but your skin does not.
Brittani revealed on My 600-lb Life that her eating was a coping mechanism for the horrific childhood sexual abuse that she survived.
The abuse began when she was only five years old, and continued for another six years.
Like most people who use food — or drugs, or self-harm — as a coping mechanism, she was essentially self-medicating herself with food.
Different people cope in different ways. We’re glad that she was able to overcome her weight issue.
In a recent post, Brittani reflected upon her weight loss journey on My 600-lb Life.
“One of the questions I get the most is would I do this whole experience over again,” Brittani wrote.
“The answer is…in less than a heartbeat,” she revealed.
“I have become much more the me I have always wanted to be,” she said. “I WILL ALWAYS be forever grateful for this experience.”
“I believe that nothing in life worth doing is easy,” she concluded. “It is hard work every day.”
Good for her.

L.B. Bonner Dead of Apparent Suicide; My 600-LB Life Star was 31
James “L.B.” Bonner, a reality star who appeared on the Lifetime series My 600-LB Life, was found dead on Thursday morning.
He was 31 years old.
According to Radar Online, police in Lexington, South Carolina responded to a call from Bonner’s home at 7:45am yesterday…
… but that’s all that has been reported to date regarding what happened with Bonner.
Two of the former reality star’s friends, however, Stephanie Garbinsky and Shaylee Gantt, have confirmed that L.B. is no longer with us.
“He passed away,” one of them told Radar, adding that many people close to Bonner are saying on Facebook that he “took his own life.”
We would like to stress, however, that we cannot confirm this at the moment.
Added another acquaintance:
“Haven’t heard exactly what happened, but I keep seeing people say something about depression is real.
And I know his dad has been sick recently also. My husband has known him since he was a little boy.
“This is so sad and so unexpected. I thought he was doing really well with his new job and girlfriend. Not to mention his weight loss and upcoming surgery.”
Bonner lost his leg in a car accident in 2013, eventually turning to to food and alcohol for comfort and at one point reaching 650 pounds.
But through diet and exercise and lap band surgery, he dropped down to close to 200 pounds of late and was also firmly on the wagon.
Loved ones have said Bonner was sober at the time he died.
L.B. was also known for starting each day by sharing an inspirational or motivational quote on Facebook.
This is what he wrote on July 31:
Contrast that message with the one he posted on this same account the morning of his death.
We’ve shared it below.
Does this confirm reports of suicide? No.
But it sheds some light on what Bonner may have been thinking or going through on Thursday:
UPDATE: Someone on Facebook has now posted the following:
Hi, I’m LB’s sister Angela. It is true, LB has taken his life.
We are all shocked at the moment and trying to figure this out. LB was adored by many people and I would like to thank all of you for supporting him through this journey.
Elsewhere today, LB’s friend and fellow My 600-Lb Life participant Doug Armstrong just changed his Facebook profile picture to one of the two men together earlier this year.
This could also be taken as a strong sign that Bonner is dead.
How sad and awful.
We send our condolences to Bonner’s friends, family members and loved ones.
May he rest in peace.

Angel Parrish From My 600-lb Life: See Her Insane Transformation!
Not every reality star gets a happy ending, and that is certainly true for those who appear on My 600-lb Life. Sometimes people concern fans with behavior that has nothing to do with their weight.
But sometimes, people really do dramatically transform their bodies. And that is clearly the case for
She is absolutely unrecognizable.
At her largest, Angel Parrish weighed 570 pounds.
Her backstory was heartbreaking, and not simply because of her size.
Angel revealed that she had begun to accumulate weight after having been forced to surrender her baby for adoption at the age of 14.
It seems clear that there is more in her youth than the emotional loss of her adoption that filled her with a deep and lingering sadness.
Like so many, she used food as a coping mechanism. Over time, and combined with genetic and environmental factors, she increased in size.
Fans last saw or heard from Angel Parrish in 2016, but she remained in the thoughts of many.
She had dropped her weight all of the way down to 230 pounds thanks to weight loss surgery.
But she has spent years in silence on social media.
Now, however, she has reappeared in a single photo.
When we say that she is unrecognizable, we are not exaggerating.
Take a look:
This is such a dramatic body transformation.
But we have to remember that, since we last saw her in 2016, Angel has had a lot of time to lose further weight and to adjust to her new figure.
Beyond that, the shock that fans may experience at seeing the photo — a sort of mild mental whiplash — comes from the total radio silence before this.
You don’t always notice weight loss when you see it happening at an imperceptible rate every day or every week.
After two years, the difference is staggering.
We do not, however, know her new weight.
But if we were to guess, it sure seems that her weight is now below 230.
Congratulations are definitely in order.
There is more to dramatic weight loss like this than simply undergoing surgery with Dr. Now.
(Dr. Nowzaradan has a clinic in Houston that is featured on My 600-lb Life)
Weight loss in this manner, when the volume of the stomach is artificially reduced to limit how much food can be consumed at a time, is only part of the equation.
And it is agonizing — the human body excels at storing energy, and people who suddenly begin consuming less food on a daily basis feel as though they are starving.
Even with all of that, regulating what she eats and when she eats it, coupled with exercise, would also be vital for Angel to be a success story.
Judging from the new photo, we would guess that she also had some excess skin surgically removed. That is often necessary for people who have undergone massive weight loss.
Angel’s dramatic reveal may put to shame even Amber Rachdi’s insane transformation.
But it is not a competition, folks. This is about people who choose to change the shape and weight of their bodies getting the opportunity to do so with assistance and guidance and with the support of fans.
Not every story ends happily. Some have health complications from their initial weight or even their sudden weight loss.
Others have underlying problems that may have led to weight gain but continue to plague them even as they transform their bodies.
We are so glad to see that Angel is doing so well.
