Brilliant Comedy Team Turns 2016 into a Horror Film!
Is it just us, or has 2016 been a real bitch of a year?
Just kidding, of course it"s not just us. At this point, it"s an irrefutable fact that will surely go down in the history books for the rest of all time.
2016 has done so much to us, and we"ve done absolutely nothing to deserve it.
It"s taken so many beloved celebrities, including but certainly not limited to David Bowie, Prince, Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds, George Michael, Gene Wilder …
It"s given us our first Cheetoh-Human hybrid president, Donald Trump, proving that you can speak frankly about your affinity for grabbing women "by the pussy" and still run a nation.
It"s shaken us to our very core with the tragic murder of one of America"s biggest legends, Harambe.
It"s a terrible, no good, very bad year, and we"ve still got several hours left to go.
2016 has been so awful that it"s been like living in a very long, drawn-out horror movie.
And so a comedy trio called Friend Dog Studios made it so.
You absolutely need to check out the trailer they made for a fictional, but still extremely realistic horror flick titled 2016: The Movie.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston: True Love or Brilliant Publicity Stunt?
She has an incredibly loyal following, but even some Taylor Swift’s fans smell a rat when it comes to her relationship with The Night Manager‘s Tom Hiddleston.
The two reportedly started dating a mere two weeks after Swift broke up with DJ Calvin Harris.
Prior to that, a video surfaced of Swift and Hiddleston dancing together at the Costume Institute Gala back in May.
The pairing would have been normal if not for the “candid” photos of Swift and Hiddleston walking hand-in-hand on the beach, enjoying a holiday in Rome and – most recently – hamming it up together in Rhode Island.
On July 3rd, Swift invited a bunch of celebrity friends to her oceanside home, and photographers snapped photos of the group – which included a very pregnant Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Ruby Rose, Gigi Hadid and Cara Delevignne – splashing around in the ocean.
Hiddleston, who has a truly fantastic body, covered up with an “I Heart T.S” tank top, and donned a temporary heart tattoo (with a “T” in the middle) on his shoulder.
Buzzfeed explored the possibility that both parties are in this for promotional purposes. In fact, one fan offered up this theory:
“I really think the Taylor Swift /Tom Hiddleston thing could be a music video,” @TattooedTruffle tweeted.
“In fact as a screw you to the media I hope it is.”
The Telegraph‘s Anita Singh was equally skeptical.
“This whole relationship will turn out to be an elaborate piece of performance art, mark my words,” she tweeted.
According to Buzzfeed, Swift has historically released a new album every two years (the last was 1989 in October 2014, which was preceded by the single, “Shake It Off” in August).
So, Swift could be gearing up for a single release this summer.
Hiddleston might be jonesin’ for publicity in order to score an Emmy nod for Manager.
What’s even weirder is that Hiddleston and Swift have been followed by the same paparazzo throughout the entirety of their courtship, suggesting that the photographer has been hired to capture their most romantic moments.
This theory, though unconfirmed, was the topic of conversation among my friends over the Fourth of July weekend.
One person took a look at Hiddleston in the tank top and said, “They’re f***ing with us.”
So, Swiddleton/Swiddleswift/Tiddleston…whatever you call yourself. End this dog-and-pony show and just be honest about your motives, because this is getting silly.

Yolanda Foster Burns Spineless Co-Stars With Brilliant Words

I spent the better part of last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills yelling at Lisa Rinna and Kyle Richards.
For Rinna to question Yolanda Foster’s ongoing battle against Lyme disease merely a few episodes after visiting her medically-stocked condo is rather disgusting.
Then there’s Kyle, who listened to Rinna intently, then told the cameras she’d gladly throw Lips McGee under the bus if questioned by Yolanda.
“I do wonder though why these adult women sit around drinking wine in the afternoon debating another person’s health issues?” Yolanda wrote on her Bravo TV blog.
“As much as I wished they cared enough to learn and ask questions, I must blame it on and assume it’s ‘ignorance.’
“Rinna is right,” Yolanda continued. “She’s only human and it takes a compassionate and confident woman to hold ground under social pressure – it’s so much easier to take the common road and get on board the train of the misinformed and the doubtful.”
If that isn’t the most eloquent insult I’ve ever read, then I will pierce Porsha’s ears myself.
“Few people have the ability to stay firm when they’re not educated or spiritually centered and not feed into the negativity otherwise known as gossip.
“I don’t blame Rinna, Kyle or LVDP – I understand it and feel sorry to see my battle be such a point of weakness for them,” Yolanda concluded.
“If I let fear of what others say about me creep into my mind, I probably would not be where I am today.”
My heart broke for the Fosters, who were still together during filming. You can see that there’s a real sense of respect between Yolanda and David.
Yolanda, for her part, tried to clear up any false reports about what caused her split from the Canadian music producer.
“David has been one of the guiding lights in my journey and even though we ran out of steam I will never allow anyone to discredit his persistence and commitment to my healthcare – I am eternally grateful.”
Today’s lesson is: Don’t question illness. Even though Yolanda has made hers public, it’s still hers to fight and not ours to question.
