Kourtney Kardashian Down to 98 Pounds as Family Begs Her to Stop Dieting (Report)

With all that’s been going on in the lives of Kim and Khloe Kardashian, it’s easy to forget about the comparatively drama-free existence of their eldest sister, Kourtney.


For years, Kourtney’s love life was the stuff of intense public interest, but these days, things have settled down considerably.



She’s still dating Younes Bendjima, and it seems that everything’s going well.


But that doesn’t mean Kourtney’s life doesn’t hold its share of challenges still.


The mother of three turned 39 last month, and those who know Kourtney best say the rapid approach of the big 4-0 is causing her considerable anxiety.


Kourtney has always prided herself on her flawless physique, and it seems she’s now having a hard time maintaining her ideal figure.


Insiders say Kourtney’s enthusiasm for exercise and dieting has developed into a full-blown obsession.



According to a report published today by Radar Online, Kourtney is down to 98 pounds and shows no signs of relenting in her weight loss efforts.


“She’s obsessed with portion control and eating only ‘clean food,"” one source tells the outlet.


The insider says Kourtney also drinks a gallon of water and exercises for three hours every day.


She also holds herself to a strict regimen of supplements, which includes “collagen supplements, daily probiotic shots and apple cider vinegar, which she believes speeds up metabolism, and everything is twice a day.”


This is not the first time that Kourtney’s diet has been a subject of scrutiny, and once again family and friends are deeply concerned about her health.



For his part, Bendjima has reportedly urged Kourtney to ease up on the dieting and exercise.


“Younes tells her she should have more curves, but she’s gone nuts and doesn’t know when to stop,” says the insider.


Well, “you should have more curves” probably isn’t something a person who’s struggling with body image issues needs to hear, but we guess it’s good that someone is urging Kourtney to go easy on herself.


After all, she really doesn’t need to lose any weight.


Kourt already shed 160 unwanted pounds when she finally dumped Scott Disick.

Kris Jenner to Kylie Jenner: No DIETING While You"re Pregnant!

Unless you’ve spent the past few weeks living under a rock on Pluto (even peeps on Neptune have gotten the news at this point), then you’re aware that Kylie Jenner is pregnant with her first child.


Sure, Kylie is much, much, much better off financially than most young women in her situation, but that doesn’t mean the transition from selfie queen to mom-to-be has been an easy one.



One of the things the 20-year-old is reportedly struggling to come to terms with is the change in her appearance.


In fact, it’s been rumored that the reason Kylie hasn’t officially announced her pregnancy yet is that she’s afraid of how fans will react to her new physique.


Of course, like her sisters, Kylie sticks to a strict diet and exercise regimen to maintain her famous figure.


And apparently, she’s having a hard time letting go of her low-everything diet and daily workouts.


According to Radar Online, Kris Jenner has been forced to step in to ensure that Kylie doesn’t forget that she’s eating for two these days.


The momager has reportedly gone to great lengths to keep Kylie from going too hard in her efforts to stay trim.



“Kris has hired a chef, nutritionist and pregnancy coach for Kylie,” a source close to the family tells Radar.


“She wants her daughter’s meals prepared and to make sure that Kylie gets the proper nutrition, as well as ample sleep and exercise as permitted.”


Apparently, a big part of the problem is that Kylie’s so focused on what will happen after the delivery that she’s not always cognizant of the fact that her baby’s health needs to be her top priority:


“Kylie was just so obsessed with making sure she snaps back to her old figure as soon as she delivers the baby,” sais the insider.


“She is emotionally raw right now and has been crying about getting pudgy,”



We’re sure this report will result in a lot of mom-shaming being directed at Kylie, but it’s important to keep a few things in mind:


1. Kylie is barely out of her teens, 2. She’s been raised in a family and culture that values physical appearance almost above all else, and 3. The knowledge that she’ll be working to get her pre-pregnancy body back in the public eye must be extremely daunting.


Fortunately, it sounds like she’s got a solid support network around her.


Kris’ overbearing, type-A personality is good for more than just marketing sex tapes.

Rob Kardashian: Crash Dieting, Putting Health at Risk, Source Claims

Last year, Rob Kardashian disappeared from the public eye, in large part because of the amount of weight that he gained in a relatively short period of time.


Insiders say Rob reached 350 pounds at his heaviest, and because he can’t leave the house without being photographed, a humiliated Rob simply holed up inside his sister Khloe’s home.



But after several months in seclusion, encouraging news about Rob began to emerge.



Reps excitedly reported that Rob had lost 15 pounds. There were even rumors that the 28-year-old former reality star had undergone gastric bypass surgery.


Now, however, Radar Online is reporting that Rob’s dieting has gone too far, and friends and family are concerned that his interest in fad diets is putting his health at risk. 


“Rob’s been yo-yo dieting for years, but the constant stopping and starting of it all is taking a real toll on his health,” says one source.


“He’s dehydrated all the time, gets palpitations and it’s putting a lot of stress on his heart while his body goes into starvation mode. He should be taking the same time to lose this weight as he did to put it on, but now that he’s seeing results, you just can’t stop him.”


The insider says that Rob’s road to recovery began with “very intense” therapy sessions arranged by his sister Kim.


Unfortunately, now that Rob is applying that same intensity to his diet and workout routines, his family members are reportedly afraid that they’ve created a monster.
