Kris Jenner appeared on Ellen on Monday.
In her most extensive comments to date regarding the armed robbery that victimized daughter Kim Kardashian, Jenner could hardly contain her emotion.
Because she really wants you to tune in and learn more about it on new episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Because it"s very difficult for a mother to discuss such a traumatic incident involving her child.
“I was watching it and I was balling – balling when I saw it,” the 61-year-old told Ellen of a scene featured in the latest Keeping Up with the Kardashians trailer.
It features Kim breaking down while discussing what happened to her.
“I just saw some of it. I couldn’t even watch the whole thing it was so upsetting," Jenner added.
"It was such an upsetting time and something so awful happened to somebody you love so much. And it’s just like – ugh – it chokes me up every time to think about it.”
But that doesn"t mean the family won"t exploit it as much as possible in order to drive up reality show ratings.
Jenner teased that this pivotal scene doesn’t air until the second half of Season 13, claiming that a return to filming helped Kim heal from the “devastating” incident.
"I get choked up just thinking about it and talking about it," Jenner added. "But its remarkable to listen to her tell the story and she does that…. moment by moment.”
Kris also hopes that the upcoming episodes "brings some awareness," referring, we guess, to other very rich people who flaunt their diamonds and their whereabouts on social media and who will hopefully learn from what happened to Kardashians.
(Editor"s Note: We don"t blame Kim for what happened. And we feel terrible for her. We just are slightly turned off by the way Jenner discusses the robbery, like it"s some kind of PR opportunity, in this interview.)
