Meghan Markle"s Weed-Dealing Nephew Lands Reality Show

It’s not uncommon for Hollywood A-listers to be described as the American equivalent of royalty.

But we’re guessing that ever since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry, the Royals have become acutely aware that the chasm of difference between Tinsel Town and Buckingham Palace is about as wide as a continent and an ocean combined.

Mind you, aside from the occasional breach in royal protocol, Meghan has been everything the Queen could have dreamed of and more.

Her family on the other hand …

At this point, we probably don’t need to tell you much about Meghan’s awful immediate family.

Suffice it to say, they suck, and they’ve repeatedly demonstrated their willingness to try and destroy her life for fun and profit.

Just as opportunistic but far less detestable, however, is Meghan’s nephew Tyler Dooley.

The son of Meghan’s idiot half-brother Thomas Markle Jr., Tyler also descended on London in order to take advantage of the media circus surrounding the royal wedding, but his intentions were more … high-minded.

Dude was just there to lend some support and promote his eponymous weed strain.

Fortunately for Tyler, he’ll have plenty of opportunities to sing the praises of “Markle Sparkle” cannabis thanks to his role on a new British reality show entitled The Royal World.

“English royals and aristocrats who will come together for one summer in the English countryside to live like the monarchs and super elite all while cameras are rolling,” reads a press release promoting the series.

Tyler introduces himself to Royal World viewers in the clip below.

“I didn’t watch the royal wedding,” Tyler admits.

“I went over there. I was in London to support my Aunt Meghan,” he continues.

“Honestly, with the controversy that’s happened with my family, all I wanted to do was just show my support.”

Tyler cautions the audience not to be sucked in by the stereotype of the lazy stoner, claiming that he works “seven days a week” on his budding business, which is called — we sh-t you not — Royally Grown.

Anyway, we might be more inclined to believe he’s a type-A go-getter if “Tyler Dooley” didn’t sound like the stoner sidekick in a ’90s high school comedy.

But who knows? Maybe Tyler will beat the odds and make us proud overseas.

He certainly can’t do any worse than the rest of Meghan’s family!

Farrah Abraham Lands Spot on MTV Reality Show ... With Her Ex Simon Saran

It’s been almost ten months since Farrah Abraham was fired from Teen Mom OG.

The reasons for her dismissal vary, depending on whose version of events you believe, but whether it was Farrah’s work as a camgirl or her notoriously horrendous attitude that got her canned, the upshot remains the same:

Ms. Abraham is no longer a cast member on the show that made her famous.

But that doesn’t mean she’s through working for the network that gave her her big break.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup is currently in her second week of filming for MTV’s Ex on the Beach Season 2.

She’ll be joined on the notoriously drama-packed series by her most volatile ex, Simon Saran.

The news may come as a shock to TMOG fans, as when Farrah and Simon broke up, it was not on the best of terms.

In fact, these two took shots at each other on social media for months after they parted ways.

Now, they’ll do battle and plot revenge hookups with other pseudo-celebs on the sunny beaches of Malibu.

According to The Ashley, Saran revealed his involvement with the show in a recent social media post.

And we think it’s safe to say he sounded less than enthused about the experience.

“MTV appearance, f-ck it, why not,” Saran wrote on Instagram this week.

In a way, this is a double-reconciliation of sorts for Farrah.

In addition to crossing paths with Saran again, Farrah is once more working with Viacom, the network that owns MTV.

It’s a bit of an unexpected reunion as Abraham sued Viacom for wrongful dismissal after she was fired from TMOG, and as far as anyone knows, that suit was never settled.

Maybe the company decided to throw her a one-off gig as part of her severance package.

Or maybe they’ve finally figured out what fans have known all along — obnoxious as she may be, Farrah is ratings gold.

Whatever the case, we applaud the decision to re-introduce one of the most memorable trainwrecks in the history of reality TV.

13 Reality Shows That Need to Be Rebooted

TV shows are canceled for a variety of reasons.

It could be whether the cast wants out or the ratings, or anything.

With multiple scripted TV shows getting the reboot treatment, it was only a matter of time before the world of reality TV was rocked.

Jersey Shore and The Hills have been rebooted, so why can these 13 shows not get a reprieve?

1. The City

The city season one cast

The City was a short-lived spin-off of The Hills. It followed Whitney Port as she moved from California to New York in an attempt to further her fashion career.

Once there, she quickly learned that the world of fashion was more cutthroat than she first anticipated, and had to adapt to her new surroundings.

Initial episodes were clunky, with performances so wooden it sounded that the script was below the camera.

However, the series managed to find its footing in Season 2 by scaling back the relationships in favor of actually focusing on the world of fashion.

MTV opted to cancel the series alongside The Hills. Given that Port is married to Tim Rosenman, the producer of the series, would it be that difficult to bring the show back in some form if the reboot of The Hills proves to be successful? We think not, and we would totally watch!

2. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo

Here comes honey boo boo cast

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo followed Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and her family around McIntyre, Georgia.

They were fun to watch, made hilarious comments, and controversy seemed to follow them.

TLC pulled the plug after four seasons in 2014, leaving a full season of episodes unaired.

The reason for the cancellation was said to be because of rumors that June Shannon was dating a registered sex offender.

The series returned to TLC three years later with a two-hour special that featured some of the footage that never made the cut. Could a reboot be on the cards?

3. The Real World

The real world

The Real World put a group of youngsters inside a house in a specific location each season. Viewers watched as they partied, bickered, made up and did the same thing all over the next episode.

Does it sound like a lot of reality TV shows on MTV nowadays?

Later seasons added in twists that diluted the premise of the show, and it could explain why MTV has not aired the series since early 2017.

There have been rumblings that a reboot is in the works, but there is nothing official as of yet from MTV. A back-to-basics approach could be what this series needs to thrive again.

4. College Hill

College hill

College Hill followed the lives of students at historically black colleges.

The format was similar to The Real World, but the college setting made for a fresh perspective.

It was a hit for BET, but fizzled out in its final few seasons, and that was largely down to the cast not being as good as the earlier editions.

The general rule of thumb for reality TV is that if the cast is right, viewers will tune in.

BET would be wise to trial an updated edition of the show. It could be a hit!

5. Next

Next mtv

Next was a dating show that spanned 288 episodes from 2005-08 on MTV.

It was retro, cheap, and everything you would expect from a dating show in the noughties.

The surprising thing about it was that MTV’s target audience managed to understand the convoluted format.

A reboot for streaming could be a hit.

6. Growing Up Gotti

Growing up gotti

Growing Up Gotti followed Victoria Gotti, daughter of Mafia boss John Gotti, and her three sons; Carmine Agnello, Jr., John Gotti Agnello, and Frank Gotti Agnello.

Victoria was a hard as nails mother, who would stop at nothing to keep her sons in line.

Despite being popular, it lasted just three seasons.

A reunion aired on the network nine years later, and proved there was still enough family drama to sustain further seasons.

Meghan Markle"s Awful Family to Star In Bravo Reality Show

For as long as she’s been a household name internationally, Meghan Markle has been plagued by her awful family and the apparent joy they take in trying to destroy her.

And because 2018 offers daily proof that the intern in charge of the simulation we’re living in is completely hammered, these jerks are being rewarded for their awfulness with the money and attention they so desperately crave.

According to UK tabloid The Mirror, Samantha Markle has reached a deal with Bravo to star in her own reality show.

Sources say network execs are “desperate” to get Sam’s dad, Thomas Markle, on board so that they can set up an ensemble situation in which several sad, desperate d-bags sit around and trash Meghan.

“They want something that is similar to Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” says one insider.

Yeah, just like Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Except in this version, the whole family is seething with jealousy over Kim’s success, and with Khloe as their evil mastermind, they launch a Shakespearean plot to destroy her life.

It may sound like we’re being a bit melodramatic, but aside from the current White House occupants, it’s tough to think of a family more aggressively awful than the Markles.

These people are so horrendous that Thomas Markle faking a heart attack in order to skip his daughter’s wedding doesn’t crack the top ten list of deplorable things they’ve done in the past six months.

Hell, Samantha’s public declaration that Meghan will be responsible for her father’s death barely makes the cut.

Needless to say, the idea that these people will soon be handsomely compensated for their villainy is nauseating to a large number of people.

Just as an anxious nation hangs its hopes on Robert Mueller, so too are decent people everywhere praying that a man who’s never let us down in the past will come forward.

That man’s name is Andy Cohen.

Cohen make have made his bones in the often-tawdry world of reality television, but dude is a mensh through and through, and Samantha makes the very worst of the Housewives look like Mother Theresa.

Here’s hoping he squashes the Samantha deal to remind us all that evil isn’t rewarded 100 percent of the time.

She was 26 years old.

According to The New York Daily News, McHenry was found on a sidewalk at 5 a.m. above the Major Deegan Expressway at Undercliff Ave. and Boscobel Place in Highbridge in the Bronx area of New York.

The Daily Mail then adds that McHenry he was discovered wearing only a pajama top and no pants.

There was a small Ziplock bag of cocaine on McHenry at the time, leading police to believe she died of an overdose.

This is what authorities told Us Weekly in explaining what they found early on Tuesday:

“Lyric McHenry, 26, was found sprawled out on the sidewalk above the Major Deegan Expressway at Undercliff Ave. and Boscobel Place in Highbridge at about 5 a.m.

“McHenry was rushed to Bronx-Lebanon Hospital, where she died. Police are investigating, the matter is ongoing.”

Along with her sister Maya, McHenry was very good friends with EJ, the son NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson.

They both made appearances on EJ’s Rich Kids of Beverly Hills spinoff, EJNYC, which aired for one season on E! in 2016.

(She’s pictured alongside EJ in the photo that leads this article.)

In a multitude of Instagram Stories posted late Monday night, McHenry chronicles her evening out in the Big Apple.

She tagged herself at The Frederick Hotel, SoHo Grand Hotel and Dream Downtown, for example.

Moreover, the former E! personality shared videos of herself snapping selfies in the bathroom and mingling with friends who wished her a happy birthday.

Previously, EJ had also taken to Instagram to pass along the same wishes to his pal, writing:

“Happy birthday to my best friend who has strutted with my in princess gowns since day 1 @lyric_leigh words cannot express how much I love and appreciate you in my life.

“Your constant love, respect and companionship gives me the confidence to live my truth every single day and I am so blessed that even as baby divas we recognized the greatness in each other.

“I love you.”

alyric

McHenry was a graduate of Stanford University.

She went on to work as an associate producer for Complex Networks prior to becoming a freelance writer and producer in 2017.

“Rest In Peace Lyric McHenry,” Rich Kids of Beverly Hills star Dorothy Wang wrote on Twitter after learning of this horrible news, adding:

“You were an angel amongst us.”

We send our condolences to all who knew Lyric McHenry well.

May she rest in peace.

L.B. Bonner: What May Have Led the Reality Star to Commit Suicide?

We may have some new information on what drove L.B. Bonner to commit suicide last week.

As previously reported, the former 600-lb Life cast member took his own life via gunshot wound outside of his home in Lexington, South Carolina.

According to the official autopsy report, Bonner was discovered dead in a ditch.

What could have driven the 30-year old to make such a drastic decision?

That’s the most frustrating aspect of suicide in many ways: we’ll never know the answer.

But Bonner had to have his led amputated after getting into a severe car accident in 2013 and a friend tells Radar Online that the experience left Bonner not just physically scarred…

… but mentally scarred as well.

Following this incident, Bonner turned to food and alcohol, eventually climbing to 650 pounds before joining the cast of this TLC series and shedding the weight via diet, exercise and lap band surgery.

Still, the aforementioned friend, who is also an amputee, explains why losing one’s limb can leave a dangerous and lasting impression.

“I knew him when I lived in South Carolina,” this person tells Radar, explaining;

“He was a bouncer at night clubs we used to go to. Also, both of us are amputees.

“Both of us are also or were also members of the support group where you can speak to other issues that you’re going through.”

This friend says she lost touch with Bonner in recent years, but still feels as if she knew him well enough to speak on this tragedy.

“A lot of amputees think that they can’t do everything they used to do or get depressed or feel like someone would never want them. I’ve been lucky.

“I’ve always had the mentality that if someone tells me I can’t do something then I’m going to do it anyway with or without two legs.

“I think he tried to have that mentality, but with everything else he was dealing with…”

In March, Bonner started a GoFundMe page with a goal of earning $ 7,500 to pay for a new leg.

It does seem clear that the ex-reality star was affected tremendously by his amputation.

“My insurance won’t cover a new leg and I’ve gotten to the point where just walking is becoming very painful, let alone going to the gym and working out hard like I was before,” Bonner said this spring.

Still, he worked to lose over 300 pounds a few years ago and was considered a My 600-lb Life success story. He was also a fan favorite.

Viewers have taken his suicide very hard.

bonner

In the wake of Bonner’s passing, TLC issued the following statement:

On the show, viewers saw LB struggle with obesity following a tragic accident that claimed his right leg.

Even though he once weighed 650 pounds, LB’s hard work and dedication helped get him in the 200-pound range.

His spirit and determination as displayed through his story, quickly made LB a fan-favorite, and family & friends have taken to LB’s Facebook page to commemorate his life.

TLC was deeply saddened to hear of LB’s passing and is honored to have shared his honest and courageous story on My 600-lb Life.

L.B. Bonner Autopsy Confirms Cause of Reality Star"s Death

We have an official follow-up on the tragic death of L.B. Bonner.

As previously detailed to the best of our ability, the former 600-lb Life star was found dead last week in park in Lexington, South Carolina.

Initial reports, however, made it unclear just how Bonner passed away, although all signs pointed to suicide and certain outlets said Bonner’s was discovered in a ditch.

Thanks to the official coroner’s report, we can now confirm this very sad piece of news:

L.B. Bonner died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

It does still remain unclear, however, just what prompted someone inside Bonner’s home to call 911 because he or she was concerned about the former TLC star’s well-being.

This is what led to an officer arriving on the scene and eventually finding Bonner’s corpse.

Such a detail is unimportant at this point; there are just so many questions to ponder any time someone commits suicide.

Prior to his death, Bonner shared a Facebook message in which he thanked everyone for their support and said he needed to “face his demons.”

“I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shown me love and support throughout my journey,” he wrote in this post, adding:

“I’ve realized a few things over the last few days and its time that I face my demons head on.”

He added, in what effectively served as a suicide note:

No matter what you change or the efforts you put forth in life, sometimes you just have to take it on the chin and deal with things your own way.

Again, thank y’all so much. Please don’t ever let people you care about not know how you feel…

This post served as quite a troubling change from Bonner’s usual presence on Facebook.

As evidenced by a message he penned mere days before he killed himself, Bonner often started each morning with an inspiring set of words.

In 2013, Bonner lost his leg in a car crash and later turned to food and alcohol to cope with the loss.

He weighed 650 pounds at the time he started filming My 600-lb Life.

Over the course of his stint on the series, though, the 30-year-old got sober and underwent a lap-band surgery, which led to him losing over 400 pounds.

He was considered by viewers and producers to be one of the program’s most impressive success stories.

But it was clear, to anyone that paid close attention, that Bonner often struggled with his mental health.

In June, he shared a photo of the late Robin Williams (who committed suicide) on Instagram with the saying: “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be Kind. ALWAYS.”

Wrote Bonner as his caption:

“This is so true, step out your comfort zone to be kind.”

In the wake of his passing, TLC released a statement that read:

James “LB” Bonner, who appeared on this past season of My 600-lb Life, has sadly passed away.

Scott Disick Reality Show Coming Soon: Get Ready For Drunken Mayhem!

Based on the many ways he mistreated her daughter during their decade-long relationship, you might think that Kris Jenner would want to have Scott Disick killed, or at least forcibly removed from Calabasas.

But Kris has a history of being oddly forgiving of her daughters’ horrible boyfriends.

And so, rather than having him rolled up in a carpet and tossed off the Santa Monica Pier, Kris is partnering up with Scott to produce yet another ill-conceived Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff.

Because clearly E! is hoping the eighteenth time is the charm.

Anyway, the project is currently untitled, but we’re sure when Scott and company eventually decide on a name, it will involve some dumb pun on the word “lord.”

While most viewers would probably be much more interested in a show that’s centered around Disick’s alcoholism or his turbulent love life, producers have made the baffling decision to focus on Scott’s fledgling business ventures.

“It will probably come out next year, and it’s basically about me doing things that I’m interested in, which is buying and selling properties,” Disick tells People magazine.

“I guess it’s cool that people will be able to see something that’s a little bit different, and it’s cool for me because it’s something I’m passionate about,” he adds.

Yes, just like bidding on abandoned storage units or making needlessly elaborate cakes, house-flipping is one of those things that figures prominently in the daily lives of most Americans, yet has never been featured on a reality show.

So being the stable business genius that he is, Scott made the executive decision to fill that niche.

We’d be lying if we said we weren’t a little disappointed.

After all, a Scott Disick reality show is an idea with loads of potential … but only if it’s a warts-and-all portrayal of Scott at his worst.

It sounds like what we’re getting instead is a Kris-polished hagiographic take on the life of the Lord.

Of course, it’s possible that Kris and company will set out to make Scott look good and his hot mess self will shine through regardless.

After all, Scott is still dating Sofia Richie, and as far as we know, he’s still drinking.

When you’re drunk and dating a teenager, some drama is bound to unfold.

And we’re sure it’ll make for much more compelling television than all of the real estate deals in the world.

Lindsay Lohan Reality Show is a Thing That"s Happening

Pack your bags, television viewers.

We"re about to head to Greece…

… with Lindsay Lohan!

MTV has announced that it is partnering with the former singer/actress/total and complete trainwreck on an upcoming reality show tentatively titled "Lohan Beach Club."

The series began shooting this week in Mykonos, where Lohan has settled in and reportedly made a very calm and drama-free life for herself.

Lohan said as much in a recent interview that aimed to paint her as just a nice and normal girl next door.

"My past has to stay in the past," Lohan told The New York Times this summer, emphasizing that she"s a "good person" and people need to "let go" of the mistakes she made during her dark period.

These mistakes, of course, included multiple arrests for drunk driving, numerous public meltdowns and that one really weird poem to ISIS.

That was then, however.

Now?

The new series, which will debut in early 2019, will chronicle Lohan as "she works to expand her business empire with the launch of Lohan Beach House," per a MTV press release.

It continues:

The exclusive seaside destination will serve as a backdrop for the series, and features luxury spa amenities, a renowned restaurant and a transformative day and nightclub poised to redefine the Mykonos experience.

The debut of Lohan Beach House marks the star’s third business venture in the Greek Islands, following the opening of Lohan Nightclub in Athens, Greece and Lohan Beach House Rhodes in Rhodes, Greece.

“Lohan Beach Club offers viewers VIP access to one of the most exclusive destinations in the world, and a behind the scenes look at how a young, successful entrepreneur runs her empire,” said Nina Diaz, President, Programming and Development for MTV, adding:

“We are thrilled to have such a passionate and creative partner in Lindsay to help explore this intriguing culture, all through the eyes of her brand.”

Over the course of the show, Lindsay will lead a team of handpicked brand ambassadors to make her mark on what many folks consider to be the vacation capital of the planet.

These team members will be asked to prove their expertise, ambition and charm while helping bring Lohan’s vision to life.

Sounds… intriguing? We guess.

MTV, of course, has found incredible succes in dredging up the past of late, as Jersey Shore: Family Vacation earned huge ratings in the spring of 2018, while Kristin Cavallari is even back with her very own program.

So why not Lohan, right?

See what Lindsay herself has to say about the project in the video featured here.

Will you tune in for it?

Kylie Jenner: Low-Rated Reality Show Renewed Due to Billionaire Status?

There are perks to being a billionaire that go well beyond having more money than you could ever spend in three lifetimes.

For evidence of this, look no further than Elon Musk, who’s basically transforming into a cartoonish supervillain before our eyes, yet still has millions of fanboys hoping he’ll launch another car into space for fun.

Fortunately, as far as we can tell, Kylie Jenner doesn’t have anything so nefarious as global domination on her agenda.

But that might just be because she hasn’t officially joined the ultra-exclusive Billionaires Club … yet.

As you may have heard Kylie covers the new issue of Forbes, and the magazine reports that at the rate her cosmetics brand is currently growing, the youngest Jenner sister will be worth a cool billion next year at the ripe old age of 21.

That would make her the youngest “self-made” billionaire in history.

(A lot of folks have taken issue with Forbes failure to address the fact that Kylie had a lot of help reaching that milestone, but that’s a conversation for another time.)

Currently, Kylie’s makeup brand is worth about $ 800 billion and she’s raked in about $ 100 million from other ventures.

Needless to say, everything’s coming up Kylie these days, and her astonishing financial interests have revived interest in Kylie’s life and career.

Kylie disappeared from social media while she was pregnant with daughter Stormi but now she’s back and bigger than ever.

And for obvious reasons, everyone wants to be in the Kylie Jenner business nowadays.

You may have forgotten about the Keeping Up With the Kardashians spinoff entitled Life of Kylie that debuted on E! last year.

We say because pretty no one watched the thing.

The ratings for Kylie’s reality show were astonishingly low, and it was widely assumed that the series had been quietly canceled.

But in the wake of Kylie’s astonishing personal and professional success, E! has reportedly decided to give the series a second chance.

“The footage for the second season of Life of Kylie is all pretty much shot. It will follow her life after the birth of her daughter Stormi,” a source tells Radar Online.

“Fans are really interested in seeing Kylie as a mom to Stormi, and they are also really interested in seeing how she made such a massive fortune in such a short period of time.”

Yes, it seems that the public perception of Kylie has changed dramatically in recent weeks, and her reputation has enjoyed a major rebound.

“She is now a role model to so many women out there who think they cannot raise a baby and have a successful career,” says the insider.

The salary from starring and executive producing a second season might help Kylie to reach her new goal:

Apparently, she wants to reach the billion-dollar mark before her 21st birthday next month.

“Cameras will absolutely be filming for her celebration,” the source revealed.

“Right now, Kylie is just determined to hit the billion-dollar mark in one month and she isn’t letting anything stand in her way.”

Fans have jokingly set up GoFundMe pages in order to raise $ 100 million for Kylie, but we’re thinking hitting the mark in the next few weeks is a major long shot.

Even so, we can’t think of a more worthy cause, so you should absolutely go to one of those pages and donate your entire life’s savings to Kylie.

Aaron Armstrong, Boyfriend of Sophie Gradon, Found Dead 3 Weeks After Reality Star Dies

Tragedy has once again struck the world of reality television.

Aaron Armstrong, the boyfriend of late Love Island cast member Sophie Gradon, was found dead this week at a property on Furnace Road in Bebside, Blyth.

According to the BBC, Armstrong passed away on Tuesday, mere hours after sharing an emotional social media post about Gradon.

“just wish I could cuddle you all day miss you so much,” read Armstrong’s caption to the following Instagram image.

“Sophie not a minute goes by with out your gorgeous smile being a picture in my mind everyday we spent together was so amazing I need them days back.

“I love you princess.”

Based on this message, and based on no third party being involved, per a Northumbria Police spokesperson, many believe that Armstrong took his own life.

aaron insta

No cause of death has been confirmed, however.

It’s important to note that suicide is a mere speculation right now.

After Gradon’s funeral five days ago, Armstrong posted a picture of the order of service with a caption that read:

“I love you with all my heart my beautiful angel I’m absolutely heartbroken I can’t stop crying.”

Gradon, 32, a former Miss Great Britain, was found dead at her family house on June 20.

She was well known in Great Britain for her 2016 appearance on Love Island, a program that features several single people dropped onto an island and tasked with finding love.

Many associated with the series reacted to this stunning and sad news as follows:

Similarly, in regard to Armstrong, former Love Island star Katie Salmon penned a tribute on Twitter:

“Aaron. I hope you have reunited with your love sophie. And I truly hope you fly high together. Thinking of his family and friends.”

And Rykard Jenkins added:

“So sad to now hear about Aaron’s passing. May you both rest in paradise.”

The day after Sophie died, meanwhile, Armstrong posted the following selfie on Facebook and wrote along with it:

“I will never forget that smile I love you so so much baby your my world forever ever and always.”

On July 3, he shared his final Facebook post.

It was also in honor of Gradon and this is what it said:

So I get into bed and all I can smell is Sophie on her side of the bed put my arm under the pillow and find this please everyone share this she wanted me to act on this what her video and u will understand how much it hurts people…

I’m going to do everything I can to keep this going and stop it brake my heart I love you so much Sophie I will keep fighting for you.
