Paola Mayfield: Juan Has to Accept My Pregnancy or He Can GTFO!!
Time and time again, Paola Mayfield’s friend, Juan, has clashed with her husband, Russ. Juan has made no secret that he objects to their relationship.
So how is he taking the happy news that Paola is pregnant with Russ’ baby?
Paola suggests that it ultimately doesn’t matter — because she’s pregnant, and Juan just has to accept it.
Paola Mayfield tells Us Weekly that she broke the news of her pregnancy to Juan just a day before it went public.
Pao explains what she said to Juan: “I told him, ‘Look, this is gonna happen, so I don’t want you to find out through someone else."”
That makes sense.
She also describes his reaction: “And he was like, ‘I’m about to cry."”
But … perhaps not in the way that viewers of 90 Day Fiance might expect. These were happy tears.
“‘Even though I know I’m not a big fan of Russ,"” Paola says that Juan said. “‘This is amazing because I love you and I know what you’ve been through, so I’m really happy for you."”
That is so sweet of him to say!
Paola admits that she was “surprised” by how positive his reaction was, knowing that this baby will tie her forever to the man whom he believes to be too controlling.
So, will this baby help — or force — Juan and Russ to mend fences?
“I want to believe [it will],” Pao says. “But he has to accept it no matter what.”
Juan can’t just wish away this pregnancy news — or her marriage. Even though he’s been trying with the latter.
“There’s nothing he can do about it,” Paola says very directly. “And I don’t want the negativity around us because we’re going to be parents.”
So, in other words, she’s leery of having him come around.
But she says that she’s not banning Juan from visiting.
“I’m not gonna say no,” Paola says about a potential visit from Juan. “But he’s definitely going to need to be more respectful if he’s gonna wanna hang around.”
More respectful towards Russ. Or, at least, more polite and less confrontational.
“[He needs to be] more civil, cordial,” Pao laments. “That’s all I’ve asked from him.”
Earlier this week, Paola gushed about her pregnancy news.
“This is the most amazing feeling ever!” Paola announced. “We can’t believe we are going to be parents —– we are already so in love with our baby.”
That is so touching!
“We are ready for this new adventure,” Paola said at the time. “And we know it will bring us closer together.”
Which Juan will just have to accept, as she said.
Paola gushed: “God has blessed us again, and this time, we are going as strong as our baby’s heartbeat!”
Of course, just because Juan is totally onboard with Baby Mayfield doesn’t mean that everyone will be.
First of all, both Paola and Russ have plenty of haters. Some agree with Juan that Russ is too controlling and tries to make Paola conform to his life.
(He’s gotten so much better about accepting her career, though)
Others feel that Paola should abandon Miami and her modeling career and worship the feet of her lord husband (or whatever) and be grateful to live a quiet life in Oklahoma.
For the record, Russ has defended Paola against these trolls.
Finally, there will be another wave of haters with whom Russ and Pao have less experience — pregnancy shamers.
Everything from the cereal Paola eats to the size and shape of her baby bump will be given intense scrutiny by social media commenters. Ugh.
People with dynamite figures like hers — and abs for days like hers — often have smaller baby bumps.
There are trolls out there who live to tell fitness-oriented women that their wombs will be crushed by their abs or whatever. You just have to ignore it.

Sean Hannity to Jimmy Kimmel: I Accept Your Forced Apology! Come on My Show!
After making some jokes that many viewed as homophobic, Jimmy Kimmel has apologized to the LGBT+ community.
And it appears that he"s trying to quash his long-running beef with Sean Hannity at the same time. And, as the video below shows, it may have worked.
Hannity appears to have accepted Kimmel"s apology — even though he calls it "forced" — and he"s even inviting Kimmel to his show.
After rehashing the back-and-forth that"s been going on between himself and Kimmel, Hannity says this of Kimmel"s apology:
"On the surface, to be honest, it feels more like a forced Disney corporate apology directed more towards the LBGTQ community rather than about Kimmel’s comments about the first lady."
He seems to be pretending to say "LGBTQ" awkwardly, as if he doesn"t read that acronym all of the time as part of his job, but whatever. His viewers will eat that up.
Hannity continues, saying:
"I believe everyone should accept apologies, that’s how I was raised, that’s what my religion teaches me, and I’m going to assume he’s sincere."
"But, from my perspective, I do really kind of enjoy a good fight, and I do agree with Jimmy in the sense that it’s time to move on."
Of course, Hannity knows where his bread is buttered, so he naturally pivots to a familiar topic for Trump fans.
"For me, it was never about Hannity vs. Jimmy Kimmel. It’s a lot bigger than that for me."
The man who once blasted Obama for ordering "fancy" mustard thinks that the media is being unfair to Trump. Honestly, that"s wild.
"Just the level of hatred, vitriol against this president and his family is frankly unprecedented, as we"ve been talking about all night tonight."
He also refers to "the media" as "wholly an extension of the Democratic Party," which is almost funny for a few reasons, saying:
"What"s even worse, we have this corrupt media industrial complex. We see it all working tonight."
Uh-huh.
Hannity then decides to extend and invitation.
"You seem sincere when you talk about healthcare. You seem sincere when you talk about the country."
Kimmel certainly is. The healthcare issue really touches him, as he"d never be able to afford care for his son if he weren"t rich.
"I want to extend an invitation. You wanna come on the show, I"ll promise: no name-calling, no anger."
That will be incredibly off-brand for Hannity. Also, it implies that he can reign in his anger.
"No rehashing of the Twitter fight. You want to have a serious discussion. We can talk about the President, his policies, healthcare, comedy, political correctness. …"
That would be … interesting.
As you may recall, Jimmy Kimmel and Sean Hannity have had some back-and-forth banter.
Hannity is sometimes regarded as the "last man standing" among long-running, big-name conservative mouthpieces at Fox News.
Kimmel has his late-night talk show on NBC and, like many Americans, blows off steam by poking fun at the endless three-ring circus known as the Trump Administration.
However, Kimmel sometimes would poke fun at Melania"s accent, something that many feel should be off-limits. She never asked to be First Lady, after all.
This sparked a crude back-and-forth between Hannity and Kimmel.
The very back-and-forth that escalated, with Kimmel"s jokes becoming homophobic and Hannity comparing Kimmel to an alleged rapist. Yikes.
When Kimmel suggested that Hannity and Trump were in a sexual relationship, he certainly intended for it to inflame and embarrass Hannity, who is not exactly known as a friend of the LGBT+ community.
But the results are homophobic. Calling someone gay to upset them is pretty blatantly homophobic, regardless of your intentions.
So it"s good that Jimmy apologized.
For the record, though, Sean Hannity used Jimmy Kimmel"s appearance on that gross and sexist The Man Show (and yes, it was, even at the time) to compare him to Harvey Weinstein.
Those women on that show signed up to be there. That"s a far cry from, you know, the women who accuse Harvey Weinstein of harassing, threatening, and raping them.
One worries that Hannity doesn"t understand the distinction between gross behavior (for a television role) that has been unlearned and unforgivable acts of predation.
Will he accept Hannity"s invitation? Some would wonder what the point could be. Hannity"s politics speak for themselves. Anyone still watching his show isn"t likely to be swayed.
The only likely result is the normalization of Hannity"s radically pro-Trump views and an undeserved ratings boost for Hannity.
Kind of hard to see what Kimmel has to gain from that. But he might go for it.
It"s worth noting that Hannity also threatens to further embarrass Kimmel if the latter decides to reignite their feud.
He apparently tasked producers to come up with, we"re guessing, a lot of dumb statements and awkward moments of him goggling at women on The Man Show.
Like Hannity, I agree that it would be nice to see fewer people take shots at Barron Trump, Melania Trump, and things like Trump"s typically American diet.
(I"m a guy who eats kale-and-chicken burgers when I "get a burger," but if someone wants to eat a bucket of KFC or whatever, more power to them)
There are so many totally fair targets for ridicule. For example, almost everything else about Donald Trump.

Debra Danielsen: Viewers Won"t Accept Mackenzie McKee!
Teen Mom OG fans know that Mackenzie McKee is joining the show and replacing Farrah Abraham, after Farrah got “hate crimed” (fired).
Mackenzie’s no stranger to the Teen Mom franchise, but does she have what it takes to fill the void left when Farrah was cast out?
Farrah’s own mother weighs in.
Remember Teen Mom 3? The world wasn’t ready for Teen Mom 3. Or, at least, that’s what audiences apparently decided.
But Mackenzie Douthit McKee made enough of a splash that, after Farrah Abraham was fired for being a nightmare of a human being (though she was also unfortunately shamed for her sex work), people kept bringing up Mackenzie as a possible replacement.
We know that those are some big, obnoxious shoes to fill.
(Mackenzie is also reportedly being considered for Teen Mom 2 after Jenelle Eason’s future on the show was cast in doubt — either way, Mackenzie would replace a widely hated star)
Now it’s been reported that Mackenzie is joining the Teen Mom OG cast, specifically.
There’s no way to know for sure how fans will react to seeing a different person on the show or the new “vibe” that each episode will bring.
But people have already formed some strong opinions.
In an interview with RadarOnline, Farrah Abraham’s mom Debra Danielsen says that she has misgivings about the idea of Mackenzie filling the void that Farrah left behind.
For starters, she’s just not sure about Mackenzie’s appeal.
“I don’t know how relatable a female bodybuilder is.”
Maybe, though other reality shows have featured female bodybuilders who turned out to be very popular with viewers (just look at 90 Day Fiance‘s Paola Mayfield).
Mackenzie is also married to the father of her children and has an enthusiastic fanbase.
“It’s a bizarre choice knowing our demographic.”
It sounds like maybe Debra herself doesn’t know what to think of a female bodybuilder and might be projecting that onto others.
“I feel like it’s a little disjointed.”
Aside from her doubts as to whether Middle America or key age demographics or whatever will run screaming for the hills at the sight of Mackenzie McKee’s Herculean physique, Debra seems to wish Mackenzie well.
And she feels that Mackenzie’s one big selling point is … her own mother.
“She has a relatable story with her mom being ill.”
Mackenzie’s mother’s cancer battle is serious. She has been diagnosed with Stage IV brain cancer.
(Mackenzie’s mom has apparently been struggling to pay her hospital bills, so a lot of fans welcome the idea of Mackenzie raking in a Teen Mom sized paycheck)
“If Mackenzie took over there would be a new dimension. I hope she does well.”
Debra can’t really pretend to be neutral in all of this — she’s talking about her own daughter’s replacement.
Plus, Debra has some sentimental attachments to Teen Mom of her own.
“I love the cast and crew because we’ve been together for 10 years.”
She spoke of how she misses being part of the show.
“It’s personally very hard for me not to be there. It’s very difficult.”
That’s show business, folks.
Debra Danielsen may be right about people having trouble reconciling a devoted mother with a female bodybuilder. Some folks live in an isolated bubble.
But some question whether that will be any harder for fans to deal with than a sex worker.
In any case, she’s definitely right that the show will be different with Mackenzie than it was with Farrah.
And by “different,” we mean “better.”
The Teen Mom franchise has been criticized for portraying the moms in a negative light. Mackenzie, who largely has her act together, could really change that and provide a nice contrast.
We’ll all find out together.

Audrey Roloff Extends Peace Offering to Jacob Roloff... But Does He Accept?
According to a new report, Audrey Roloff recently took a break from sending messages about marriage, family and God to do something else on social media:
Reach out to her brother-in-law.
About two months ago, rumors first surfaced that Audrey and Jacob Roloff did not exactly see eye-to-eye.
Or nose-to-nose. Or ear-to-ear. Or really any body part to any body part.
What we’re saying and what we’ve alleged in the past is this: Audrey and Jacob just don’t get along.
What led certain outlets to make this claim?
The main evidence centers around Instagram and two facts surrounding this popular platform:
ONE, the public realized that Audrey and Jeremy don’t actually follow each other’s accounts.
TWO, nary a photo exists that features both Audrey and Jacob in the same place, which may be telling considering how frequently all other family members appear to hang out.
As for why these reality star may not be on the best of terms?
Audrey is very into God and Christianity, while Jacob, to put it simply, is not.
He’s openly agnostic.
Moreover, Audrey has been accused of being a tad bit fake and manipulative, often sharing personal notes about her family and faith… while simultaneously shilling for various products.
And anyone who has kept close track of Jacob over the last two years or so is well aware that he hates nothing more than phoniness.
Heck, Jacob quit Little People, Big World in the summer of 2016 specifically because he couldn’t handle how scripted and fake his family’s reality show had become.
So anyway. This brings us all back to Audrey and Jacob’s rumored feud.
A source tells Radar Online that the former has tried to put an end to it over the last few weeks by Liking nearly all of Jacob’s Instagram pictures.
She’s reached out on social media, this insider says, but Jacob is yet to return the favor.
He still does not follow Audrey’s page, despite following every other relative, including his other sister-in-law, Tori, who married brother Zach back in 2015.
But while Audrey may have subtly tried to extend a peace offering to Jacob, she has not yet congratulated him on his December engagement to Isabel Rock.
At least not in public.
Therefore, the jury remains out on this feud.
All it would really take is one photo of Audrey and Jacob together to put an end to this chatter, but until the Internet sees one, it will continue to wonder, speculate and ask questions
That’s just how the Internet rolls.
Only you two can put an end to it, Auds and Jacob.

Rachel Lindsay: Would America Accept a Black Bachelorette?
As proven by Barack Obama, America was ready for a black President of the United States in 2008.
However, according to one prominent former ABC reality star, citizens of this country have not yet reached a place where they will accept a black Bachelorette in their living rooms on a weekly basis.
This topic was broached yesterday because Chase McNary and Wells Adams were guests on Vinny Ventiera’s Wrong Reasons podcast.
When the subject turned to Rachel Lindsay (pictured below), who has grown into a fan favorite on Season 21 of The Bachelor, Adams said he simply couldn’t imagine her being named the next Bachelorette.
Not because he’d have a problem with it, Wells was quick to point out.
Simply because he doesn’t believe producers are willing to go there.
The mere talk of Lindsay as The Bachelorette is nothing but a tease, Adams says.
“[Producers] want everyone to think, Oh, this black girl is finishing pretty late on’ and they’ve never had a black Bachelorette,” he said on air.
Adams acknowledges that the show “might” go in the direction of its first African-American leading lady in a few months, but he worries that producers might select Corinne Olympios instead.
And this simply cannot come to pass.
“It’s the direction they have to go,” Adams says of selecting Lindsay, because otherwise people will think the following:
“‘Holy s‑‑t, Donald Trump’s the president, and Corinne’s the Bachelorette? What’s the world going to do?"”
Adams (above) makes a good point.
It’s hard to even known which is scarier: Trump as President or Corinne as The Bachelorette? Let’s hope we never need to choose.
(Then again, come on. We all know Steve Bannon is really the President.)
McNary mentioned on the podcast how the show’s producers had chosen Caila Quinn as the season 12 Bachelorette … prior to switching to JoJo Fletcher at the last minute.
He said he could see something similar happening this season.
He’s afraid executives are simply afraid to just go ahead and make the right, diverse decision.
“Remember, we all thought it was Caila, and that was exactly what they were trying to do – that was diversity being the forefront,” Adams agreed, expounding:
“And then they kind of took stock of how America felt about it, they kind of leaked that information, and they realized America wasn’t super-pumped about that choice.
“Regardless of the diversity issue, it might’ve just been they didn’t really love her personality or persona. But when they found out it was JoJo, people were very excited about that.”
Of course, Corinne may actually win The Bachelor this season.
Those trying to avoid The Bachelor spoilers are unaware of the eventual champion.
It would certainly help Lindsay’s cause of Corinne was off the table as an option because she was engaged to Nick Viall.
ABC president Channing Dungey told members of the press at an event in August that her goal is for the Bachelor franchise to start choosing more diverse leads.
“I would very much like to see some changes there,” she said at the time.
But that’s just talk.
We’re all sitting here, awaiting some actual action.
Would you care if The Bachelor chose an African-American as its anchor? Would you somehow not tune in if so?

Kody Brown: This is Why I Accept My Gay Daughter
As has been well documented over the past several weeks, all is not calm, cool or even collected within the Sister Wives universe.
There’s a whole lot of in-fighting taking place between the Browns.
There was that whole catfishing scandal surrounding Meri, which prompted rumors that she would split from Kody…
… which was followed by talk that Kody ad Robyn may be done for good.
But while the relationship between Kody and his four better halves may have seen better days, there’s one connection in this reality star’s life that is as strong as ever:
The bond between Kody and daughter Mariah.
Yes, even in the face of a bombshell dropped by Mariah on last week’s installment of Sister Wives.
As you can see below when you watch Sister Wives online, Mariah came out to her family as gay:
Soon afterwards, Mariah took to Twitter and thanked a majority of her fans and followers.
“wow okay y’all making me cry with your support. thank you thank you thank you thank you,” she Tweeted last Monday.
But we still weren’t sure how Mariah’s famous family members were going to react.
On last night’s episode, Kody admitted that he was “in a state of shock processing” everything that Mariah said about her sexuality, which included the following admission:
“It’s always been there – it’s always been something I pushed away because I was scared. I think my biggest fear has always been to be gay.
“So I didn’t let myself accept it because it was wrong – I was told [by members of the church] that it was wrong and that I would be a bad person.”
Said Kody at one point:
“We’re not happy Mariah’s gay; we’re happy Mariah knows herself.”
He then went into more detail on Twitter.
“A surprise to me. Required some deep thought,” Kody wrote of his reaction to the news. “After checking to see if she was sure, I just needed her to know she was safe.”
The reality star added that The Big Man Upstairs made acceptance a lot easier.
“God has prepared my heart and mind for 15 years. Now @mariahlian can feel safe being openly gay with our family.”
Later on in the evening, Kody credited Charles Dickens for helping to open his mind, while also saying it’s sad that some of his “gay friends lose their religion.”
He supposedly told one to start his own “church fellowship.”
Say what you want about Kody Brown (we certainly have) and his unusual family dynamic.
But he appears to have struggled with his daughter’s sexuality, eventually realizing that she’s happy with who she is and that’s all that matters.
So some credit must be given to Brown for arriving at that conclusion.
Click on the video below to view this episode in its entirety and see how all the relatives react to Mariah’s emotional confession:

The Bachelorette Recap: Will You Accept This Pity Rose?!
The race is heating up for JoJo Fletcher’s heart on ABC. Who would live to fight for her another week as the crew headed to Argentina?
Follow the link to read The Bachelorette spoilers if you want to know who goes ALL the way … or just scroll down for THG’s recap!
This week’s format for the eight guys remaining: A second two-on-one date, plus a regular one-on-one date and the one group date.
First up? Wells’ one-on-one, which was preceded by him telling the guys that he was the only one who hadn’t kissed the beauty yet.
Naturally, the guys had a field day with that one.
The date didn’t help. Unlike Jordan Rodgers, who got to chill on a yacht last week, already anxious Wells had to do performance art.
Pretty awkward. But he kissed her in the end!
Sadly, that was the high point. After sitting down to dinner and discussing life, previous relationships, perspectives on love, and so on?
Wells just seemed like he didn’t want to be there, or was at the very least uncomfortable, and JoJo was not feeling any sort of connection.
He did not get the rose, and was sent home.
Next up? A group date with Jordan Rodgers, Luke Pell, Robby Hayes, James and Alex, who explored Buenos Aires with The Bachelorette.
The tension was getting pretty palpable.
James started to crack a bit, telling JoJo how he got into a big fight playing poker with Jordan, but not being clear on his overall point.
More than anything, it felt like James was just annoyed that he was going up against the handsome, athletic brother of Aaron Rodgers.
Word got back to the former football star, however, after JoJo asked if he felt “entitled,” and he called out James in front of Robby and Alex.
It was Luke Pell, meanwhile, who got the group date rose, while Derek and Chase prepared for their do-or-die two-on-one with Ms. Fletcher.
While Derek was definitely more open about his feelings, and really confident about his chance, she took Chase, sending Derek home.
Even Chase was a little surprised by that one. At the cocktail party, JoJo faced the unusual situation of being unsure what to do next.
Luke and Chase already had roses, and Jordan and Robby Hayes were obviously getting them, so it was between Alex and James.
When it came time for the rose ceremony … she still couldn’t make up her mind and decided to take both along to the following week.
Despite surviving and advancing by any means necessary, which is all that matters in this came, Alex was kind of pissed about this.
Why? He felt they both got “pity roses” and that he should’ve earned it for real over James. Hey, if you’re still in, take what you can get.
