Paola Mayfield Claps Back as Body-Shamers Accuse Her of Being Too Sexy
90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield doesn’t let haters get her down.
She’s a fitness model who loves her body, and she’ll flaunt her baby bump in a bathtub if she sees fit.
But her new video has followers accusing her of posting “porn.”
As you are about to see, Paola Mayfield showed off the changes that her pregnancy is making to her body.
“Everything is growing so much,” she wrote in the caption. “And it is not only my belly.”
Pregnancy can have a drastic impact on your entire body.
“I thought it was going to be hard to see all of these changes,” Paola admits.
“But,” she continues. “To be honest I’ve been enjoying being pregnant.”
“I feel lucky and blessed to have such an amazing pregnancy,” she gushes.
This was the new footage of her that, as you’ll soon see, got her followers so riled up.
“I’ve been using the extra delicious calories to build muscle while working out,” she shares.
“But of course,” she admits. “I’ve gained weight.”
Paola then continues: “but to be honest that doesn’t bother me at all.”
It doesn’t bother her “because at the end I know how to get back to the way I was and I like it #noregrets.”
“The most important” thing, she notes. “Is that my little angel is growing strong and healthy.”
Even before the hateful trolls could fill up her mentions, Paola knew to head them off.
“*Before the #momshaming start with the blah blah blah comments,” she added as a note. “Let me tell you this.”
“No, I’m not worried what my kid’s friends will say about me when they see my photos or videos,” Paola affirms.
“That is way [too far] down the road for me to even worry about,” she explains.
“Plus,” she notes. “I haven’t even pushed this baby out yet lol!”
We hope that in the dozen or so years before baby Mayfield has friends with free reign on social media, society will view women more fairly.
Paola is a fitness model, and she says that pregnancy hasn’t altered her career goals.
“I’m not changing just because I’m pregnant or becoming a mom,” Paola affirms.
Good for her!
“I was proud before of who I am,” Paola writes. “And what I’ve done.”
“So,” Pao concludes. “There’s nothing to be ashamed of.”
She is absolutely right, and has been just right all along. Sadly, not all of her followers see it that way.
As they have all along at Paola’s previous pregnancy pics and videos, mom-shamers and body-shamers crawled out of the woodwork.
“Have some respect for yourself!” demaned one hater. “You’re about to be a mother for God sakes!”
Sometimes, self-respect is loving your body instead of being ashamed of it.
“Maybe U should focus more on your marriage and baby rather than your body,” suggested another shamer.
Her marriage is fine and her baby is healthy.
Then another accused Pao of posting “porn” and insisted that she get “some self respect and modesty.”
Anyone who thinks that an innocuous Instagram video of a non-nude pregnant woman is “porn” has some truly alarming tastes.
There was nothing pornographic about Paola’s video.
She showed the cheeks of her butt, as she has done countless times before, both as a model and as a human being who goes to the beach.
There is of course nothing wrong with sex work, but Paola was not engaging in that.
She’s just showing her body in the mirror.
Some people won’t be satisfied until every woman dons a nun’s habit.

Paola Mayfield Skewers Body-Shamers With Bathtub Baby Bump Photo
90 Day Fiance star Paola Mayfield is pregnant with her first child. She and Russ are overjoyed.
Some of her more hateful followers have tried to body-shame her over her pregnancy, demanding that she cover up her baby bump.
Pao is hitting back with a photo of her wearing nothing at all — except rose petals.
Paola shared this stunning photo of her very naked, very pregnant body in a rose petal bath.
In the captions, she made it clear that this is how she has chosen to clap back at her body-shamers.
“People have asked me if I‘m ever going to wear more clothes,” Pao’s caption begins.
She continues: “my answer is… do rose petals count?”
Paola remains an absolute delight, just as she was when she wrecked the shamers who told her to stop exercising.
Paola has kept her fans updated on her pregnancy and her baby bump all along.
Her caption continues with a recommendation that others try a bath like hers.
“You too could benefit from this home spa,” Paola suggests.
She adds that her bath is “with rose petals, coconut milk, and sea salt bath.”
So, you might need a shower after such a bath if you really want to get clean.
Paola says that the bath is “perfect to keep my skin soft and my muscles relaxed.”
In case anyone had any doubts about who had taken the picture, she gives credit where credit is due.
“Thank you baby for my photo @russ_mayfield,” Paola writes.
In case it was not obvious, the photographer she tagged was none other than her husband, Russ Mayfield. His name’s right there.
Paola then tagged her post: “#momtobe #homespa #proudofmypregnantbody #90dayfiance #babybump”
She’s a fitness model and she’s proud of her body.
Paola is in no hurry to cover up her curves, even if one of them is just a baby bump.
Naturally, Paola’s body-shamers weren’t done trying to scold her into hiding her body.
“Eeeeww,” exclaimed a super mature critic. “Still seeking attention in most unflattering ways….”
“Save this type of photograph for your husband,” demanded another. “And only your husband. Nothing worse than a thirsty pregnant woman. I really want to like you.”
Really? In all of the things in the world, there’s nothing worse than a pregnant woman who’s unashamed of her body?
“Why the need to seek so much attention?” wrote another. “If you really were secure & didnt give a rats f–k you wouldn’t have to seek attention being half naked…just sayin.”
She’s a fitness model, she cares about keeping her fans updated, and she’s a reality star.
But Paola also has her genuine fans.
“I don’t think anything is wrong with you being naked and pregnant,” wrote one defender.
That person continued: “Those who are asking about you wearing clothes are probably jealous.”
“Who cares about clothes?” asked another. “Motherhood is beautiful and so are you!”
Another wasn’t technically a critic, but offered a very different sort of positive feedback: “Those tatas are getting huge!! I love it!!”
Charming.
“Wow !!! I guess Russ has really lightened up,” commented another.
“Before he would have made a big fuss about you being in such a photo,” that person noted. “Now he not only allows it but hes the one taking the photo !!!”
Yes, it looks like Russ has gotten past at least some of his weird hangups about Paola’s job.

Paola Mayfield Shows Off HUGE Baby Bump!
90 Day Fiance stars Russ and Paola Mayfield are expecting their first child. Fans are thrilled for them.
Pao isn’t hiding her growing baby bump — she’s been putting it on display.
Now, she’s sharing a major update, and Russ is giving her a little help. Take a look:
Back in August, Paola flaunted her baby bump in a barely-there bikini in an instagram video.
Pao isn’t just a reality star — she is a fitness model by trade.
It really shows.
But though her abs may be incredible, her baby bump continues to grow and take an effect on her body.
Take a look at this update that she shared on Monday, October 1.
For October, her baby bump is now pumpkin-sized.
“Our protector,” Paola captioned this photo. “We love you.”
Obviously, Paola still looks great.
We’ll get to see her profile in a moment, but can we talk about Russ’ presence in the photo.
He’s being careful to not overshadow Paola — which is good.
Fans are there to see her and her baby bump, specifically.
Considering that it wasn’t that long ago that fans perceived that Russ wanted Paola to cover up on Instagram, this looks like relationship progress.
“My little angel is growing healthy and stronger,” Paola captioned this pic. “I can’t wait to meet you.”
From this angle, you can really see that bump’s growth, folks!
Some fitness models make fans and followers concerned with how little their bodies seem to outwardly change during pregnancy.
Paola is still very clearly fit, but her baby bump isn’t hiding, either.
In this baby bump update (or “bumpdate,” as absolutely no one is calling it), Pao’s bump is visibly larger.
It also looks like her legs are a little wider — which is by no means an insult, and is very healthy for both her and the baby.
Paola and Russ have been married since 2013.
Previously, the two of them suffered a miscarriage. The tragedy was compounded when it led to some marital friction.
Pao felt that Russ was not there for her, emotionally, while Russ accused her of shutting him out.
That added to their preexisting issues — mostly conflict over Russ’ discomfort with Paola’s modeling work.
Said dispute has been an ongoing storyline on 90 Day Fiance.
Fortunately, they worked through the fallout from the miscarriage and seem to be in a much better place in every way.
Paola has received some shaming, unfortunately, since her pregnancy.
Some people — even those who might claim to be her “fans” — think that pregnant folks should cover up their baby bumps.
Others hope that she quits modeling altogether now that she’s becoming a mother.
Yes, there are still people in this world who have a real problem with working moms.
But these were the same people who were giving her a hard time for modeling before she was pregnant.
When you look at this photo, from just a matter of weeks ago, you can really see how much Paola’s body is changing.
This is such exciting news for her.
Some days, it seems that almost none of the couples on 90 Day Fiance get their happily ever after.

Paola Mayfield FINALLY Answers Those Plastic Surgery Questions!
90 Day Fiance fans are still rejoicing at the news that Paola Mayfield and Russ Mayfield are expecting their first child. But that doesn’t mean that they don’t still have questions on other topics.
Paola is a fitness model, and a lot of people want to know about what work she’s had done on her face and body.
Now, Pao is addressing those plastic surgery questions that fans have been asking — and she’s answering all of them.
Paola shared a new glimpse at her ever-growing baby bump and answered some questions in the captions.
“Hi loves,” Pao’s post begins. “Some people have asked me if I have done something to my face.”
That’s a rude question, right?
Paola says that they keep asking “since I look so different since I got to the USA.”
“And,” Paola replies honestly. “The answer is yes and no.”
Like so many answers, hers is a little complicated.
Paola then begins her list of areas where she has and has not had work done.
“Lips?” she writes. “I fixed only one side of my upper lip that was uneven.”
Hey, all of our meatsuits are purely luck-of-the-draw. There’s no shame in getting yours touched up.
Paola then explains: “My lips look big or small depending on how hydrated I am!”
“So,” she continues. “I need to drink a lot of water for them to look juicy.”
That’s a free beauty tip right there.
“Botox?” Paola continues. “Nope, and I’m really scared of getting into that world.”
Botox of course uses a potentially deadly toxic to change a person’s looks. Many people worry about the long-term effects that it could have, particularly upon the liver.
“If I want it to look younger or to change the shape of my face I will do it,” Paola promises. “But for now I’m good with this face.”
(She should be!)
“I think I have accomplished so much with this face,” Pao writes. “That I’m keeping it!”
“I’m not against it,” she says, referring to changing one’s face. “And probably one day I will try it and I will definitely make a Vlog about it!”
Now Paola gets to the good stuff.
“My Boobs?” Pao says. “I did my boobs way before I came to the USA.”
She then goes on to share that she’s kind of regretting that now.
“And,” she continues. “I regret it as I have big boobs before and now that I’m pregnant my genetics are popping out more.”
“My Butt?” Paola writes. “That is one 100% hard work, dedication, and genetics!”
Good for her for reminding her fans that a huge part of anyone’s looks, including body shape, is always going to be genetics.
In addition to clarifying where she has and has not received a little medical assistance in her looks, she also addresses what technological resources she has or has not used to make her photos even better.
“Face-tune or photoshop?” she writes. “Nope.”
Paola credits any changes to her face to “the magic of makeup and contouring.”
She is absolutely right — it does seem like magic. And to people who don’t understand how makeup and contouring work, it can seem like the person’s face is totally transformed. It really is an art form.

Paola Mayfield Claps Back at Mom-Shamers Over Exercising While Pregnant!
90 Day Fiance stars Paola Mayfield and Russ Mayfield are expecting their first child! This is exciting news, and Pao has been showing off her baby bump left and right.
But as much as fans may enjoy seeing her flaunt her baby bump in a barely-there bikini, others have been mom-shaming her for continuing to work out while pregnant.
Now, Paola is clapping back at her trolls.
Concern-trolling is when people use alleged “concerns” that they have about someone else as an excuse to harass them.
One of the most common forms of this is mom-shaming, when, under the guise of worrying about a child’s health (or, in this case, a baby who won’t be born for months), people attack a woman’s way of life.
So, what is Paola doing? Is she skydiving? Is she drinking? Joining a group of people who think that the Zika virus is a Deep State Illuminati conspiracy and offering her skin to every mosquito she sees?
No. Of course not.
Paola’s “crime,” in the eyes of these body-shamers, is exercising while pregnant.
After Paola shared a glimpse of her pregnant body, looking as fit as ever even with the baby bump, she also let fans see her workout out a little.
While working out, she had weights attached to her waist. She is, after all, a fitness model.
So-called “fans” piled on the outrage, claiming that her activities were dangerous.
Instead of firing back directly, Pao shared a screenshot of someone else speaking up in her defense.
Take a look:
“I have never read such ignorance in a paragraph,” the fan writes. “And I am so sorry for your heart.”
“I am a public health professional with a background in holistic health,” the person says. That’s a little vague, but it’s something.
“Exercising during pregnancy is totally recommended if the person was doing it before,” the comment says.
We have heard this time and time again from medical professionals and from pregnant moms who are getting mom-shamed for no good reason.
“The baby actually received more oxygen and nutrients because the mother is more physically active,” the commenter explains.
That did not stop hordes of mom-shamers from commenting, both before and after she shared that.
“Be careful on working out when you’re pregnant,” wrote one person whom literally nobody had asked.
“I just saw a video of you pick up weights around your waist,” another wrote even though it’s not their business.
“Please,” that comment continued. “Tell me that that was before you were p.g. I’m old school Hispanic and you should take it easy. Just my opinion.”
Just your opinion … that no one ever asked to hear.
Others had even more hateful things to say.
“You’re a hoe then who baby Is it Jorge baby?” one hater wrote, referring to 90 Day Fiance star Jorge Nava. “lol but I thought it was Russ baby i guess Russ ain’t the dad lol your married and pregnant but teasing men? That’s wrong.”
“Youre hot and all,” commented another. “But your need for attention is kinda sad. Oh well, nice ass!”
These people are … scum.
“She not a good role model,” declares another comment. “She’s teaching you to tease men when she’s pregnant and married that’s not good role model lol.”
She literally just made a video of herself. If that is “teasing,” that sounds like a problem with the viewer.
Someone else chimed in with an even wilder criticism.
“In touch agrees with Paola! Of course they do they also support with abortions!” one truly bonkers person wrote. “Let’s protect anything but the baby. That’s what’s really sad.”
That same awful person continued: “Your life Paola. Paola gets angry because people are worried about the baby . Her motto is I do what I want regardless of who I hurt as long as I get that$ $ $ $ .”
Pao did have plenty of fans who wrote pleasant things in her defense. Here’s a great example:
“Pao can do whatever she chooses it’s her body and it’s her baby,” a decent commenter wrote. “She’s a very beautiful lady and she’s loving the experience that her body is going thru. So let her enjoy it..”

Paola Mayfield Flaunts Her Baby Bump in a Barely-There Bikini!
Last month, we learned something very exciting: Paola Mayfield and Russ are expecting their first child.
The 90 Day Fiance couple is overjoyed at the news, and Pao is taking to social media to show off her baby bump in a barely-there bikini.
In the video that we"ve included, see how her fit body has changed.
Wearing a colorful and extremely minimal bikini, Paola Mayfield poses in front of the mirror while recording herself.
"Too many changes," Paola writes in her Instagram caption. "And I’m loving them all."
As you"ll see in the video below (and in the .gifs that we"ve whipped up), Pao"s body is indeed changing.
Though it"s been just under a month since she and Russ shared the good news, she"s already showing a baby bump.
But, as you might expect from an ab-tastic fitness model, her baby bump looks a little different than most.
The first baby bump pic that Paola and Russ shared was a little more traditional.
It was a still image. Paola was wearing a red dress that hugged her belly with its newfound curves.
In the photo, kneeling before her, was Russ, planting a gentle kiss on his wife"s bump.
It was very, very sweet.
But considering that Paola is a fitness model who is no stranger to showing off her incredible form on social media, this new video is a little more like what fans expect.
A little over a week ago, Paola and Russ revealed that they"re expecting a boy.
Obviously, gender is a social construct that no ultrasound can magically predict, but we know what they mean.
This is huge news for the couple.
Even Paola"s friend Juan, who has had serious doubts about Russ and her relationship with him, is rejoicing at the pregnancy announcement.
It"s good to support your friends, even if you have doubts about their life choices.
Paola moved from Columbia to the U.S. because she and Russ had fallen in love.
Like all 90 Day Fiance couples, Russ and Pao had to deal with more problems than simply their relationship beginning long-distance.
When Paola moved to the U.S. to be with Russ, she lived with Russ … in Oklahoma. It was not ideal.
She had no friends there and no career opportunities. And it was Oklahoma.
However, things changed for the better after Russ, being a supportive husband (despite his old-timey reservations about her career), moved to Miami with her.
You might be distracted by Paola"s baby bump or by the many visible parts of her body that are not her baby bump in this video.
But if you look at her face and the way that she"s touching herself (on her abdomen, you pervs), you can see that she is really over the moon about her pregnancy.
By the way, in case anyone thinks of body-shaming her for maintaining her fit body while pregnant, please remember that different women carry weight, including baby weight, to different degrees.
Also, body-shaming someone for being slender is not morally superior to body-shaming someone for being large.

We now know exactly what the stork is bringing Russ and Paola Mayfield.
In a very sweet and revealing Instagram message, the veteran reality stars alerted fans to the gender of the baby growing inside of Paola.

IT’S A BOY!

We are having a BOY!!!!
I didn’t care if it was a boy or a girl, I just wanted a healthy baby and to be able to have it in my arms as soon as possible.
Of course I’m always rooting for a girl but a boy is a blessing as well and I know my husband is really excited!
This is an amazing experience now I can finally say I’m pregnant!!! I’m having a little boy.
The Mayfields announced their first child was on the way back in late July.
They did so via the following statement to Us Weekly:
“This is the most amazing feeling ever! We can’t believe we are going to be parents – we are already so in love with our baby.
“We are ready for this new adventure and we know it will bring us closer together.
“God has blessed us again, and this time, we are going as strong as our baby’s heartbeat.”
The couple also included the following image with this adorable confirmation:
News that Paola and Russ are expecting was met with surprise and also joy by fans of 90 Day Fiance.
We say surprise because there had been chatter as recently as a few weeks ago that the twosome’s marriage was on the rocks, as they seemingly could never settle the tension that existed over Paola so often posing near-nude.
And we say joy because Paola suffered a miscarriage last year.
This tragedy took a toll on the relationship in a variety of ways.
But Russ has strongly defended his union every step of the way, telling off trolls on Instagram not long before this pregnancy news went viral.
“Keep hating and commenting to better your dull lives because your opinions are meaningless in my eyes,” Russ said at this time, pulling nary a punch and concluding:
“You’re only hurting yourself hiding behind your keyboard. Which proves nothing to you or me…
“I am proud of where I come from,. And where I am going and that’s with the love of my life.”

Paola Mayfield Shares Sweet Baby Bump Pic, Emotional Message to Fans
Paola Mayfield has made it official:
Two body parts of hers are growing these days.
As previously announced, the 90 Day Fiance star is expecting her first child with husband Russ, as the reality stars themselves confirmed this blessed news just over a week ago on Instagram.
Naturally, as a result, Mayfield’s belly is getting bigger by the month.
But the TLC personality has also now made it clear via social media that something aside from her stomach has increased in size of late:
Her heart.
Indeed, Paola just shared a new, precious picture (above) of Russ kissing her baby bump, adding as a lengthy caption:
“We are so thankful and happy for each one of your beautiful messages! We weren’t expecting so much love and so much support. Thank you all so much.”
She then referenced some of the marital strife that she has been through over the past year or so.
“You guys know all that Russ and I went through the past months,” Mayfield said in her caption, continuing in further detail:
“I was angry and devastated after all you can never completely recover from something like that but today we have a reason to smile and to be happy, a reason to move forward and to be the best we can.

Mayfield is mostly referencing a miscarriage she suffered last year in this passage.
As is the case with so many couples that go through this awful experience, Russ and Paola nearly hit a breaking point due to the tragedy.
Paola made it pretty clear on air and in a few statements that she though Russ wasn’t there for her in the way she needed following the devastating news.
Meanwhile, Russ thought his wife was trying to shut him out.
It’s never been clear just how close the stars were to splitting, but their relationship hadn’t seemed entirely stable even before the miscarriage.
The main storyline surrounding the Mayfields during their time on 90 Day Finance had been Paola’s penchant for posing nearly-naked and Russ’ unease over his wife showing the world such revealing assets.
This was a legitimate issue between the husband and wife.
It became so well known and questions about their relationship so pervasive that both sides of the romance semi-recently addressed their status online.
“He accepts me,” Paola told fans in early July of Russ. “Loves me and respects me the way I am and lets me work even when he is not 100% comfortable.”
Russ, for his part, also made it evident a short bit ago that he loves Paola and is committed to Paola and people need to stop claiming anything to the contrary.
“I accept and am proud of my wife for the beautiful woman she is,” Russ has said, adding:
“I am tired of the comments from the marriage ‘experts’ stating I deserve better, my wife doesn’t respect me, or she only loves me for my money and so on and so forth…
“I am proud of where I come from. And where I am going and that’s with the love of my life.”
