Jeremy Calvert: Engaged? Expecting a Baby With Brooke Wehr?!

In the wake of a Teen Mom 2 season that often saw her on the receiving end of some serious backlash from fans, Leah Messer seems to be picking up the pieces of her life and moving forward with a renewed focus on her daughters and her future.

Unfortunately, as we’ve seen the past, Leah is easily thrown off by change and emotional upheaval, and if the latest rumors about her second husband are true, Leah may soon find herself struggling to process some difficult new developments:

According to OK! magazine, Jeremy Calvert recently got engaged to longitme girlfriend Brooke Wehr.

What’s more, the tabloid reports that there’s reason to believe that Calvert and Wehr are expecting a child.

Both conclusions are based on Calvert’s recent social media activity.

The father of one appears to have hinted at some big news while using his public Instagram account to communicate with Wehr.

First, he posted the photo above, along with a caption reading, “Babe I say honeymoon right here!!!!!”

Clearly, that could just be a case of a boyfriend joking about longterm plans with his girlfriend.

Still, many fans took it as an indication that the couple is planning a wedding, and Calvert has yet to refute those claims.

Interestingly, he followed that up by posting the above photo of Wehr, along with a caption reading:

“Gosh this girl is pretty much amazing in so many ways. Hopefully we get great news today babe.”

Not surprisingly, many fans took that as Calvert’s way of saying that he and Wehr are expecting a child.

Wehr and Calvert have been dating for just over a year, but as fans of TM2 know, he has a history of moving fast.

Even so, we’ll withhold our congratulations (and our condolences to Leah) until the couple makes an official announcement.

Leah Messer RIPS Jeremy Calvert, Brooke Wehr on Teen Mom 2 Finale!

Leah Messer"s frustrations with co-parenting, former spouses and their current squeezes apparently extend well beyond Corey Simms.

Last week it was Leah Messer slamming Miranda Simms for allegedly not being kind to her daughter and helping carry her backpack.

Now, in a new clip from the season finale, Leah turns her fire on her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, and girlfriend Brooke Wehr.

The scene begins with the mother of three prepping for family barbecue – and looking smoking hot BTW – when she gets a text from Jer.

Immediately, the electronic message visibly upsets her.

“I am going to f–king flip,” she tells her sister Victoria.

“Jeremy had to leave … go get Brooke"s daughter, and just left Addie with his mom. I guess I’m going to have to figure out something."

"I’m going to have to figure out something with his mom to get Addie," Leah continues, "and it’s already almost four o’clock." 

"I mean, she doesn’t get to see her sisters again until Thursday, so that’s not fair. He needs to stop worrying about someone else’s child and worry about his own!"

"They knew about this,” Leah says of the event.

“They knew last night,” Victoria responds.

“They knew last week,” adds Leah.

“They knew they had to pick [her up], so arrangements should"ve been made to where he could take care of his child, and she take care of hers."

"That’s not fair! You see this little girl all week!" Leah laments, referring to Brooke"s daughter. "You don’t see Addie all week."

"Like, that’s what breaks my heart for this kid!”

Leah and Jeremy share custody of Adalynn, and by all accounts have enjoyed a strong co-parenting relationship … until now.

Will she trash MTV for editing this to make it look more contentious than it really was? Most likely. But there is a pattern here.

You have to admit, it"s interesting that one week ago, Leah accused Corey of neglecting her daughter in different circumstances.

Now it"s Jeremy Calvert and Brooke Wehr in the crosshairs, and likely just a matter of time until the duo fires back at Leah.

It was an odd scene, not only because Leah and Jeremy went through a messy divorce just last year, but also because Jeremy has been dating Brooke Wehr for several months. 

Leah’s flirtatious behavior sparked rumors that she’s jealous of Wehr and may be trying to win Jeremy back.

When a photo of Jeremy and Brooke began to circulate on social media yesterday, several fans claimed that it was part of the couple’s efforts to prove that they’re still very much together despite Leah’s advances.

Today, Brooke lashed out at Leah supporters (Messerers?) who suggested that she may be feeling insecure about her relationship in the wake of the Leah and Jeremy’s televised date night.

“People are so f–king stupid,” Wehr tweeted.

“I posted a picture of me and Jeremy together in NY well over a month ago. Had absolutely zero to do with Leah.”

Wehr’s Twitter page is private, so we have no way of knowing when she posted the photo in question, but her latest tweets (posted online by the Inquisitr) certainly give the impression that her relationship is a bit of a touchy subject these days.

As for Calvert, he’s deleted his Twitter account altogether.

Not damning evidence, exactly, but certainly not a sign that he’s unconcerned about all the Internet chatter regarding his relationship. 

So just when we were willing to write off all the rumors about Leah coming between Jeremy and Brooke, it looks like there may be something to them, after all.

Or maybe these two are just fed up with answering questions about Jeremy’s ex.

Of course, the easy solution to that problem would be to bow out of the show, but that would put an end to all that sweet, sweet MTV money, so we’re guessing Jeremy won’t be taking that route anytime soon.

Jeremy Calvert & Brooke Wehr: Leah Messer Can"t Tear Us Apart!

On last week’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer got drunk and flirted with her ex-husband (and second baby daddy) Jeremy Calvert.

Fans on social media were critical of Leah’s behavior for a number of reasons.

For one thing, Leah is fairly fresh from rehab having recently overcome a prescription pill addiction, so she probably shouldn’t be getting drunk.

But surprisingly, most viewers were upset not by Leah’s heavy drinking, but by her flirty behavior with Calvert.

It’s unclear if Leah is still together with T.R. Dues, but Jeremy is definitely still dating Brooke Wehr – and Leah has expressed her displeasure with the relationship several times over the years.

The shade she’s thrown in the past coupled with her sloppily flirty behavior on her night out with Calvert led many fans to conclude that Leah is jealous of Brooke.

Some even went so far as to claim that Messer had successfully broken the couple up.

That claim Jeremy and Brooke both refuted by posting the loved-up pic below:

Certainly looks like there’s no trouble in paradise there.

Although as one fan pointed out in the comments  – it’s entirely possible the pic was taken before the incriminating episode aired.

Even if that’s the case, however, the fact that it was posted by both Calvert and Wehr seems to be a pretty clear indication that their relationship survived Hot Messer’s advances.

Yes, it’s one of the curses of Leah’s love life that her exes seem to have no trouble settling down immediately after they break up with her.

Fortunately, she seems more focused on her daughters than on her love life these days – but we’ll see how long that lasts.

Leah Messer: Jealous of Brooke Wehr?!

On last night’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer got hammered and flirted with Jeremy Calvert.

Sounds relatively innocent, but her actions were problematic for at least two reasons:

1. Leah just went to rehab last year (She finished treatment a few months before the episode was filmed.), and she should probably give her sobriety a chance to take hold before she does any boozing.


2. Leah and Jeremy are divorced, having parted ways after a brief, disastrous marriage that took a serious emotional toll on Messer.

In fact, these two are so over that Jeremy has been dating Brooke Wehr for almost a year.

Judging by their social media accounts, Jeremy and Brooke started getting serious several months ago – right around the time Calvert and Messer enjoyed their boozy night on the town.

That may explain why Jeremy wasn’t getting quite as…uh, friendly as Leah.

It may also explain why Leah seemed ready to dump T.R. Dues and welcome Jeremy back into her life on the spot. 

Anyone who’s closely observed Ms. Messer’s behavior over the past seven seasons knows that saying she’s the jealous type would be putting it very mildly.

Many fans on Twitter speculated that Leah was so flirty with Jeremy simply because she’s jealous of his new relationship.

There’s no concrete evidence to verify that theory, but this is Hot Messer herself we’re talking about. 

If there’s unhealthy destructive behavior to engage in, she’s probably on it.

Leah Messer: DUMPED By Jeremy Calvert For Brooke Wehr?!

It’s tough to keep up with everything that’s going on in Leah Messer’s love life, but here’s a brief rundown of recent events:

Last week, Leah broke up with T.R. Dues after five months of what appeared to be a very serious relationship.

Shortly thereafter, it was rumored that Leah was back with Jeremy Calvert – her second husband and father of her youngest child. 

Unfortunately for Leah, if she dropped Dues in hopes of convincing the Calvert that she’s serious about giving their marriage another chance, then she may have bet on the wrong horse.

Radar Online is reporting today that Jeremy is back together Brooke Wehr, whom he began dating shortly after the end of his marriage with Leah.

“They are really happy together,” says a source close to the situation.

Jeremy seems to have confirmed the reconciliation just yesterday, posting a photo of Brooke along with a caption reading, “We had our ups and downs, but only to make us stronger.”

Calvert and Wehr split briefly last year, and it was during that time that he reportedly began exchanging flirty text messaged with Leah.

Now, it seems Leah may have overplayed her hand and falsely assumed that Jeremy was interested in giving their marriage another chance.

Just another fumble in the notoriously unlucky love life of Ms. Messer.
