Chris Brown -- Named In Assault Investigation

Chris Brown is at the center of an assault investigation after a woman claimed she was forcibly thrown off his tour bus in Colorado … TMZ has learned. 

The incident went down Monday night outside Platinum 84 Gentleman’s Club in Denver where Chris, French Montana, and Fetty Wap were shooting a new music video.

We’re told a woman, who was not part of the production, claims she was forcibly thrown off Brown’s bus after refusing to give up her cell phone. There were strict “no cell phone” rules, because no one wanted video or photos secretly shot.

The woman also claims her cell phone was broken in the melee.

Law enforcement sources tell us the woman filed a report for 3rd degree assault … and cops say Chris and his entourage are “persons of interest.” 

We’re told cops have surveillance footage from the strip club, which shows the woman leaving the bus.

Cops want to interview Brown and his posse.

Caitlyn Jenner Gender Change -- I Still Sign My Name Bruce

TMZ has now obtained the official documents Caitlyn Jenner filed to change her name and gender for legal purposes. 

In the docs, she says she wants a judge to sign off on her new name … Caitlyn Marie Jenner.

She also checks the box to change her gender from male to female. It’s interesting … she signed the documents “Bruce Jenner,” presumably because that’s her recognized legal name.

TMZ broke the story … Caitlyn says in her legal docs she wants medical and other info sealed from the public out of fear for her safety. She says in a declaration, “Although public support for my transition has been overwhelmingly supportive, I am also receiving unwelcome negative attention from private citizens, including threats of bodily harm.”

Caitlyn attached a physician’s declaration to the documents … but they were not released pending a decision on sealing them.

Matt Damon -- I"m All About Diversity ... My Show Took Me Out of Context

Matt Damon is apologizing for his comments about diversity in Hollywood, and he’s blaming “Project Greenlight“ – the show HE produces — for editing down his comments and making him seem insensitive.

Damon says, “I believe deeply that there need to be more diverse filmmakers making movies. I want every young person watching “Project Greenlight” to believe that filmmaking is a viable form of creative expression for them too.” 

He also says the comment he made to Effie Brown — that films need diverse actors, and not necessarily directors and producers — were taken out of context.

“My comments were part of a much broader conversation about diversity in Hollywood and the fundamental nature of “Project Greenlight” which did not make the show. I am sorry that they offended some people, but, at the very least, I am happy that they started a conversation about diversity in Hollywood.”

It’s just a little odd, since Matt is an executive producer of ‘Greenlight.’ You’d think he’d have a say in how he gets edited.

Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian Inspire #ThighBrow Trend

We’ve seen many fascinating Instagram trends come and go during the social media site’s relatively short history.

No makeup selfies were all the rage for a while. We’ve seen the rise of Man Crush Monday, Woman Crush Wednesday and Throwback Thursday.

We’ve even seen people pose with food that they couldn’t possibly eat.

But leave it to a Jenner and a Kardashian to inspire not only a new trend, but a new word. Someone call the folks at Webster’s, because we need “thighbrow” in our dictionaries, ASAP.

In case you were wondering the thighbrow is that crease peaking out of Kendall Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s swimsuit bottoms.

No word on if they started the trend on purpose, but knowing the Kard clan we wouldn’t put it past them.

In the three weeks since that photo was posted “#thighbrow” has become a popular hashtag, and naturally, Kylie Jenner had to raise the bar by executing the first standing thighbrow:

Truly, the student has become the master. Stuff like this is why Kylie is more popular than her sisters online. She thinks outside the box, ya know?

Anyway, the thighbrow trend will likely fade from memory in the very near future, but now matter what happens, at least it’s not as dumb as waist training.
