Shia LaBeouf Called Cops "Silly," Claimed to Be in the National Guard

As you may have heard, Shia LaBeouf was arrested again on Friday night.

At this point, the troubled actor’s antics are more sad than funny, but every time The Beef f–ks up, some amusing details emerge shortly thereafter, so it kinda balances out.

In fact, you might say we’re…even Stevens. Sorry.

Anyway, just like the time Shia freestyle rapped or began screaming about America during his infamous visit to Mt. Rushmore, LaBeouf’s latest brush with the law was loaded with enough WTF? moments to assure the Gary Buseys and Nicolas Cages of the world that the psycho torch has been passed.

Shia kicked things off by alleging that the LAPD had plotted to kill a friend of his. In order to appreciate the full batsh-ttery of this claim, it’s important to know that Shia was arrested in Austin, roughly 1,400 miles from LA.

As they often do with Shia, things got weirder from there.

The cops who had observed his erratic behavior asked him not to jaywalk through a busy intersection. He did so, and then proceeded to taunt the officers, repeatedly calling one of them “silly.”

Despite the fact that the officers almost certainly recognized him (if not, the assembled crowd surely alerted them that this was someone famous), LaBeouf claimed to be a decorated National Guardsman, for reasons that we’re sure made perfect sense to him at the time.

Despite his long history of similarly odd run-ins with the law, Shia will probably get off with a fine and some community service.

We kid the guy, but in all seriousness, we hope he manages to get the help he clearly needs.

Scott Disick on Instagram: Never Give Up!!

Never give up. That’s the message Scott Disick shared on Instagram right after millions tuned in to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online.

What do make of The Lord’s cryptic, possibly inspirational sentiment?!

The dad-of-three, 32, shared a photo Monday morning of the words “Never Give Up” written in chalk on a blackboard. He wrote no caption.

Never give up … hope winning Kourtney back? Overcoming the throes of addiction? Partying like a madman and acquiring various hoes?!

He did not say, and we will likely never gain insight into the mind of LD.

Scott posted the simple quote just a few hours after he was seen breaking Kourtney Kardashian’s heart – and breaking down in tears – on E!

Needless to say, the man is not very stable. Or in all likelihood, sober.

This likely isn’t the last vague, yet suggestive message we’ll see from the ostracized Scott on social media, nor was it the first this month.

Last Thursday, Scott posted a photo of Kourtney Kardashian nude after she took it all off for Brian Bowen Smith in the new Vanity Fair.

“Now that’s 1 hot mama,” he captioned the shot, and he’s not wrong.

Still, given that he’s been linked to 18-year-old Lindsay Vrckovnik – not to mention his hot ex Chloe Bartoli – one wonders what his angle is.

Not to mention his mental state, which has his friends concerned.

“He’s very removed from [the family man] part of his life,” a source recently said of Disick’s erratic behavior. “He’s been going wild.”

And yet in the trailer for Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11 (above), Disick appeared to be struggling with his single life.

“It’s been a really hard time going from like, having all you guys, to having nobody,” Scott tearfully told the extended Kardashian family.

“I made the worst decision I could ever have made in my life.”

That he did, and it’s good, we suppose, that he can admit it.

Will Kourtney take him back as a result? We would not bet on it, judging by how amazing she’s been doing on her own this summer/fall

Humble College Student Apologizes for Mac & Cheese Incident

Luke Gatti is very sorry.

Gatti – who went viral last week after going ballistic on dining hall employees at the University of Connecticut because he wanted then to serve him jalapeno bacon macaroni and cheese – is once again making news on the Internet.

But for a more positive reason this time around.

"I want to start by apologizing to all the staff involved in my incident, especially the manager, he was just doing his job," Gatti says in a YouTube video, uploaded Sunday.

"He gave me so many chances to walk away and I just didn"t listen to him, I was a complete asshole to him."

Gatti confessed that he was "very intoxicated" during the confrontation, adding that he “has some problems I am addressing, and this was a serious wake up call."

There had been talk soon afterward that Gatti was expelled as a result of his blow-up, but sources now say he remains enrolled at the University.

There will be a disciplinary process, however, that could result in some sort of sanction against the student.

Teresa Giudice to Be Locked Up Longer Than Expected?!

Just when it was looking like things were beginning to turn around for Teresa Giudice, the incarcerated reality star may have received some bad news about her shortened prison sentence.

According to Radar Online, Teresa will be released in December, as planned, but because her reduced sentence has more to do with overcrowding than with her own good behavior, Teresa may be forced to serve two months of house arrest.

“She will still be under the supervision of the Bureau of Prisons and will be required to wear an ankle bracelet while under house arrest until February 2016,” an insider told Radar.

“She will only be able to leave the house with prior permission from the B.O.P. If she attempts to leave without permission, Teresa will go back to prison.”

Teresa was sentenced to 15 months for fraud last year, and she began doing her time in early 2015.

She’ll still get away with serving slightly less than her full sentence, and ironically, the house arrest stint may end up working out in the Giudices’ favor.

Joe Giudice will start serving his 41-month sentence soon after Teresa finishes her own bid.

Teresa’s house arrest may at least give the husband and wife a couple months together before he heads off to prison himself.

In a recent interview, Joe stated that he and Teresa will have “lots of sex” once she’s released, and if you’ve seen “Juicy Joe,” you know that’s sure to make her long for the sweet solitude of her life behind bars.

House arrest might be tough for, Tre, but at least she’ll be able to return to her one true love – reality television.
