DASH Dolls Season 1 Episode 4 Recap: Mama Drama, Baby

It was hard not to feel for Malika Haqq on DASH Dolls Season 1 Episode 4 … though suddenly, perhaps her DUI arrest last week makes more sense.

On DASH Dolls Season 1 Episode 4, Malika wondered wondered why she so often finds herself in these kinds of unhealthy relationships.

What’s that saying about the definition of insanity?

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results? Something like that … although driving drunk is a close second.

Hopefully, the Malika Haqq DUI is something she can learn from, and she doesn’t get fired by Kris Jenner before her career takes off.

It remains to be seen if DASH Dolls can retain enough of Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ audience to become a hit show in its own right.

Or, conversely, whether it will be a one-season flop.

Anyway, as you’ll see when you watch DASH Dolls online, Caroline had some unresolved issues to work through concerning her mother.

How did she go about trying to handle that situation?

How to Get Away with Murder Season 2 Episode 4 Recap: 52 Stabs in the Dark

Are Caleb and Catherine telling the truth?

Annalise opened How to Get Away with Murder Season 2 Episode 4 by sending Michaela on a mission to come up with an answer to this question.

So Michaela ends up at a hospital with the twins because Catherine is at the doctor to prove she’s actually a virgin, flirting a bit with Caleb and then learning that Catherine is at least telling the truth about this aspect of her life.

At trial, Annalise is thrown off her game a bit after Nate’s wife, Nia, asks her to kill her.

“Just be a good person for once and get me the pills,” she screams/begs/urges.

And Annalise does get the little orange bottle, but she doesn’t give it to Nia in the end, telling her instead that everyone is ultimately on his or her own path anyway… so suck it up, basically. (We’re paraphrasing there.)

Let’s now talk about Asher: he calls in sick as a guise because he’s spending with his judge of a father, striking an immunity deal with a certain prosecutor who we know will be dead in four weeks.

He agrees to testify that Annalise has Nate kill Sam for her, with Emily Sinclair saying she’ll get the deal signed officially in the morning… only for Bonnie to show up.

She had Asher’s phone tracked and she’s there to falsely confess to Sam’s murder. Whoa! We know this will cause Asher to take back his side of the agreement because he’s still smitten with his Bonbon.

Case of the Week time: It centers on a woman named Zoe accused of stabbing her victim 52 times in the woods.

She has an amazing blowup toward the end of the hour, referring to Annalise as a “bitch” and a “whore,” but an actual video on her phone of her bragging about slaughtering her friend is her undoing.

And, finally, Flash Forward time:

Four weeks from now, Annalise is flatling in an ambulance and flashing back to all the nuttiness from the Hapstall case, from Nia’s death and more.

Elsewhere, Laurel, Wes, Connor and Michaela are fleeing the mansion in Nate’s car… when Michaela received a phone call and must act as casual about whatever is said during it.

When she gets dropped off at her apartment, who is there but Caleb?!?

“How is she?” he asks, to which Michaela answers “Good” and to which we respond:

Is it next Thursday yet?!? Where could all this possibly be going on How to Get Away with Murder Season 2 Episode 5?

Grey"s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 4 Recap: Totally Screwed

Maggie awoke with far more than just a hangover on Grey’s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 4.

She awoke with a certain hot intern in her bed. Good morning, Andrew!

We picked up this week the morning after Maggie and Andrew engaged in “so much sex,” as she vaguely recalled.

And then Andrew opened the bedroom door and walked right into so much of Amelia, who was standing in the hallway and smiling gloriously at the sight before her.

Naturally, this led to merciless teasing from Meredith and Amelia on the ride to the hospital, along with a tough day at work, with Maggie scarcely able to look her sexual conquest in the eye.

“Who screws the interns?” she asked, to which Meredith replied: “The father of my children.”

Toward the end of the hour, after Meredith realized she was okay with “Vagina City [being] a ghost town,” Maggie calmly told Andrew that “last night” wasn’t going to happen again. They shook on it and, of course, ended up in bed again.

In Case(s) of the Week news, Grey Sloan was hit with an influx of elderly patients (Silver Flood Alert), which led to Owen giving the interns a lesson in how to break bad news to the families of lost ones.

Meredith jumped in at one point and broke out hearts when telling them how to inform a wife that she was now a widow.

Elsewhere, we learned that Stephanie was in a clinical trial for sickle cell anemia as a child. This made it difficult for her to be in charge of a trial at work because she didn’t want to make anyone go through all she went through.

But she stepped up to the challenge nonetheless, earning praise from Amelia in the process.

Finally, Meredith, Amelia and Maggie hosted a dinner party. Well, minus Maggie. She was busy being naked with Andrew.

Callie then showed up with Penny, the woman she’s been dating.. and she turned out to be the doctor who let Derek die. Awkward!!!!

The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 2 Recap: Lily"s Revenge

Caroline Forbes had it pretty rough on The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 2, both in the present and in the future.

Oh, yes, we jumped ahead three years once again this week.

After seeing Stefan and Damon on the run in Brooklyn during The Vampire Diaries Season 7 opener, this flash forward revealed that Caroline is working as a television producer in Dallas.

She’s engaged to someone who wants to take her back to Mystic Falls, according to her assistant who took down the message, but this someone is NOT Stefan.

We know this because the assistant later says Stefan also called and Caroline makes it clear she never wants to hear that name ever again.

Confusing enough? Now add this to the mix: the hour ended with the assistant and Caroline both shot with some kind of arrow.

In present day Mystic Falls, meanwhile, Caroline was held captive and tortured by Mary-Louise.

At one point, it seemed as if Valerie swooped in to help Caroline, turning her skin into vervain and making it impossible for Mary-Louise to hurt her.

But is she really Caroline’s friend? Still abducted, held in the Salvatore mansion, Nora gave Caroline Stefan’s old journal, which she said Valerie swapped back in 1903.

She pointed Caroline to an entry from 1863 in which Stefan wrote about meeting the girl of his dreams. Her name was Valerie.

As for the girl of Damon’s dreams, Lily retaliated against Damon killing Malcolm by stealing Elena’s body.

She won’t tell Damon where it is unless he flees town forever, but Damon told Stefan he has a counterplan: go back to 1903, find the sixth Heretic who did not make it back to present day and arrange a swap of him or her for Elena.

Good luck with that one, dude!

There were two other love stories briefly featured during the hour:

  • Enzo told Lily he has feelings for her. Yes, those kind of feelings!

  • Alaric showed Bonnie something called The Phoenix Stone. He wanted to use it to bring Jo back to life, but she touched it and warned him against its VERY evil power… which we later witnessed when Alaric put it on a corpse’s body and it started to rise up from the dead.

Where will all this go on The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Episode 3? What does it mean that Stefan knew Valerie way back in the day?

What the heck is the deal with Alaric (black) magic stone?!? It looks like we may start to get the answer next Thursday night:
