Jared Fogle: Facing Up to 12 Years on Prison?!

Back in July, Jared Fogle was arrested on suspicion of child molestation and soliciting minors for sex.

He was eventually charged with 14 counts of statutory rape, but was expecting a lenient sentence thanks to a controversial plea deal. 

Now, it seems that Fogle may wind up going to prison for more than twice as long as he thought.

Under the terms of his initial deal, Fogle would have received five years in prison in exchange for cooperating with the investigation into the child pornography ring he was allegedly a part of.

Now, TMZ is reporting that Fogle could be facing up to 12 years behind bars, thanks to documents filed today by the US Attorney’s Office in Indiana.

There are numerous reasons that Fogle is now facing a harsher sentence.

Prosecutors have determined that his crimes are “especially heinous,” as more than 5.6 terrabytes of child porn were found on devices in Fogle’s home.

In addition, a journalist named Rochelle Herman-Walrond recorded hours of audio of Fogle describing his abuse of children in graphic detail.

The judge in Fogle’s case will take the prosecutor’s new request into consideration, and even if the court doesn’t agree with the “especially heinous” label, it’s unlikely that Fogle’s initial plea deal will be accepted.

18 Reality TV Families That Make Us Want to Vomit

As previously documented, there have been plenty of reality TV show ideas that we can"t believe ever existed.

Along similar lines, meanwhile, there are even more reality TV show families that actually do exist… and which make us sick to our stomach to even think about, let alone waste time watching.

At this point, there’s only one thing we can count on from the Duggars. Okay, two things: lots of kids. And even more scandals, including one involving the molestation of a pair of sisters by their very own brother. And then a cover-up by their parents and… these people just really need to go away.

2. The Kardashians

Go ahead and make a sex tape. Feel free to brag about your bikini bodies. Pose naked all you want. But stop pretending as if you work hard and/or contribute anything to society, aside from a record amount of eye-rolling.

3. The Gosselins

We have nothing against the kids. We actually feel bad for them. But Kate and Jon Gosselin went from coming across as loving parents to parents who just love attention. And their poor children suffer the consequences.

4. The Spellings/McDermotts

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have used infidelity and suicidal thoughts as themes to their multiple reality shows. Once again, we just think about the couple’s poor children.

5. The Browns

Kody Brown has four wives. Four SISTER WIVES, to be exact. We don’t want to judge the lifestyles of others, but it’s hard not to see this as an example of Kody taking advantage of some insecure women, for financial and sexual gain.

6. The Here Come Honey Boo Boos

This family rose to fame because they youngest daughter entered into a number of child beauty pageants. What else needs to be said? Child beauty pageants are the work of the Devil.

Kailyn Lowry & Javi Marroquin: Headed For Divorce?!

Kailyn Lowry is not one of the most high-profile Teen Moms, but rest assured – she still has plenty of drama in her life.

If you watch Teen Mom online, you know the show chronicled some serious rough patches between Kailyn and her husband, Javi Marroquin, last season.

In one memorable scene, Kailyn went off on Javi after he accused her of being a bad mom.

For a while there, it looked like the couple was headed for Splitsville, so naturally, Kailyn was asked about her relationship during a recent interview with Radar Online. 

Amazingly, Lowry says she and Marroquin are doing better than ever these days. Of course, that"s easy to say when the reality cameras aren"t rolling.

“Javi and I don’t fight like we used to,” Kailyn said.

“And I think we kind of understand each other a lot better right now…We don’t have a whole lot of drama right now and we are just trying to make things work and figure things out.

“I think [it was] Javi recognizing his place in what all of our problems and me recognizing my own, just kind of taking responsibility for our own actions and stuff like that.

“Just also having an understanding that we [respect] each other’s personal space too kind of helped us.”

Lowry also credited the couple"s time in therapy with helping them to work things out. Watch her full, surprising interview below. 

Maria Menounos vs. Giuliana Rancic: What"s Their Beef Now?

E!’s red carpet coverage is up for grabs, and someone’s going to get hurt.

Maria Menounos and Giuliana Rancic, E!‘s two darlings (I guess) are reportedly duking it out over who gets to cover the best award shows this season.

On November 11th, E! announced that Rancic would cover this year’s American Music Awards.  Radar, however, claims that Rancic is getting demoted to “second-tier award shows.”

Like, the Kids Choice Awards?

“Maria is making sure that she is getting the better award shows,” a source claims.  “She and Giuliana are fighting over the most prestigious shows.”

Hell’s bells, ladies.

“Maria is confident that she is going to get the top spots over Giuliana,” the source added.  “She has made it known that she is the star now and she wants to make sure that she is doing the Oscars and the Golden Globes.” 

E! announced in July that Rancic would step down as co-host of E! News, but she would remain as host of E!’s Live From The Red Carpet and co-host of Fashion Police.  

Giuliana Rancic Apologizes to Zendaya

Rancic told People that rumors of a feud between her and Menounos were “absurd.”

Not so, the report alleges.

“There are so many bad feelings between the two of them and they are totally vying for the same jobs,” the source said.  And they aren’t going to be a team, they’re going to go up against each other for the best jobs.

“Maria wants to do everything but she doesn’t care about the smaller shows and that’s why Giuliana is getting them.”

Come on, now.  Can’t they just host it together?  That mani-cam can’t carry the show on its own!

“Giuliana probably has no idea what she is up against,” the source continued. “Maria is going to make sure that she does whatever she has to to make sure she is the top red carpet host.”
