Jared Leto: I Don"t Hate Taylor Swift & I"ll SUE to Prove It!

Earlier this week, we showed you video of Jared Leto bashing Taylor Swift while listening to her music with his bandmates from 30 Seconds to Mars.

In fairness, Leto’s derogatory comments seem to be directed at Taylor’s songs, and not at Taylor herself.

Even so, he was subjected to the wrath of millions of angry Taylor fans on social media, and now Leto has filed a lawsuit the parties responsible for the video going public. 

Sources say Leto is suing both the videographer who shot the footage and TMZ for posting it online.

The court documents contain a strongly-worded statement from Leto, in which the Oscar-winner makes a passionate plea for privacy:

“Last Sunday, I was alerted that TMZ had acquired personal and private video footage of me in my home and that they were planning to leak it on their site. My team notified TMZ immediately that I fully owned the footage and that their source had absolutely no rights to sell it.

“They chose to post it anyway. Let’s be clear. This was stolen footage. This was an invasion of privacy. And it was both legally and morally wrong.

Regardless of who we are, we should all be able to talk freely in the privacy of our own homes without the fear that our unfiltered thoughts or actions will get broadcast to the world.”

Leto has already apologized to Taylor, and while she hasn’t publicly absolved him, we’re sure she understands the embarrassment of having a private moment go viral.

Of course, if there’s any truth to the rumors about Jared dating Miley Cyrus, he might have to get used to the media being all up in his business.

Brandi Glanville Posts Pic of Vibrators, No One Bats an Eyelash

So, that happened.

Brandi Glanville has made a living out of the fact that she has no filter, nor would she ever want one.

According to Fishwrapper, Glanville posted an Instagram of her sex toys, alluding that it might have been a joke played on the reality star by her friend/maybe boyfriend and Famously Single co-star, Calum Best.

“You know your single when your vibrator’s have their own side of the bed… Haha your move BESTY @mrcalumbest & good luck tomorrow my friend.”

Glanville is kind of loving life right now.  Her podcast is doing well, and she launched both a wine and candle line.

Ah, and she’s selling t-shirts with her new slogan, “It’s Not Fun To Be Sober.”

Nope, but it’s also not fun to be hungover.

Glanville is back on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, just not as a season regular.  

Her reason for the return? 

“Money,” she told People at the season six premiere party December 3rd.

One person not entirely thrilled about Glanville in any capacity is Kyle Richards.

“We are not friends at all,” Richards told Entertainment Tonight on December 4th.

“We didn’t really have a foundation to begin with,” she said.

“It’s not like a friend you had a falling out with and you missed them, so there’s no love lost there.”

It’s a safe bet that the feeling is mutual.

Lamar Odom: "Getting a Little Better Every Day," Source Says

It’s been two months since Lamar Odom nearly died from an overdose at a brothel in Nevada.

Now, the 36-year-old NBA star has begun the long, hard road to recovery after reportedly suffering 12 strokes that left with him permanent brain damage. 

Thus far, the news coming from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles has been decidedly mixed.

Lamar showed miraculous progress in the early stages of his recovery, but the weeks since have seen Odom struggling to walk and communicate.

Fortunately, one insider says Odom’s progress has been slow, but steady:

“He actually gets a little better every day,” the insider tells Us Weekly. “He talks a bit more each day and walks with a walker, but still has trouble processing his thoughts. It’s very slow but little by little.”

Obviously, Lamar is not quite out of the woods, but the source says his frequent celeb visitors have been providing him with plenty of encouragement.

In fact, Lamar recently became one of the first to hear tracks Kanye West’s new album:

“Kanye came by Lamar’s room when he was at Cedars to play him a new song,” says the source. “Khloe brought him down to visit, and Kanye was nice.”

Lamar is out of his coma and Kanye was nice. See? Miracles do happen!

Blake Lively Posts #TBT Pic of When She and Brandon Walsh Were a Thing

As if I didn’t have reason enough to envy this girl.

Nevermind the perfect hair, the ridiculous legs and the husband, now Blake Lively is rubbing her Throwback Thursdays with Brandon Walsh in our faces.

Rude.

“#tbt to when Serena Van Der Woodsen and Brandon Walsh were a thing,” Lively caption a photo of herself with Beverly Hills, 90210‘s Jason Priestly.

“(Shh don’t tell @robynlively),” she added, referring to her older sister, Robyn Lively, who played the lead in 1989’s Teen Witch.

Lively is currently filming The Shallows in Australia, and spent a day off with everyone’s best friend, Taylor Swift.

Swift, who is on her 1989 World Tour, and Lively visited a theme park and played with kangaroos (the poor Koalas probably had Chlamydia).

Back in September, Lively dreamt openly about her love for Swifty.

“I love Taylor Lively,” the star wrote on Instagram.

“I mean Swift. Ok, FIIINE we can hyphenate our last names. Xo Blake Swift-Lively 4eva.”
