The Real Housewives of New York Season 10 Episode 12 Recap: Every Mayflower Has Its Thorn
Ramona Singer was up to her old tricks on The Real Housewives of New York Season 10 Episode 12 and proved that she has absolutely no loyalty to any of the ladies.
It all started when Luann de Lesseps learned that Ramona was trying to get a meeting with her ex-husband, Tom D’Agostino at his New Year’s Eve party. It especially hurt Luann because the event was being held in the same venue she and Tom threw their wedding rehearsal dinner a year before.
Oh yes, it all linked back to the failed marriage between both de Lesseps and D’Agostino. It was one of those moments on reality TV that viewers probably rolled their eyes at because, well, Tom was a snake.
He was meeting other women, and Luann was so blinded by love that she was willing to throw some of her oldest friends out with the trash to mingle with the New York rats.
“I heard through the grapevine that Ramona was calling Tom to try to invited to the party that was on the boat our rehearsal dinner was on,” de Lesseps said during the episode.
“How low was that? What is that all about?”
Luann went on to say that it was more hurtful because she was in rehab following her arrest, and her supposed friend was going around acting like she didn’t exist.
“Here I am in rehab … I mean, what’s wrong with her?” de Lesseps added. “It’s mind-blowing that she would even consider something like that and call herself my friend?”
Luann has long been the voice of reason among the housewives, but as far as Tom is concerned, her vision was clouded by love. When it comes to picking and choosing her friends, she is generally strict.
“It’s very uncool…,” de Lesseps said. “She’s texting me at the same time, ‘I’m here to support you, I hope everything’s okay.’ … It’s shocking even for Ramona! … Is she really that dumb? … What a traitor.”
In true Ramona fashion, she pleaded that she was innocent and even said there was no reason for her to apologize. Yes, really.
“I do not want to hurt Luann, but I did nothing wrong in my opinion,” Singer shared with audiences.
“Tom never did anything to me, I saw him exactly for what he is and was, and I accept him.”
“What is Luann so upset about? She started dating Tom behind my back. She knew I was dating him and never shared that fact,” Singer continued. This is in reference to Singer dating Tom once upon a time.
In Ramona’s defense, she could have thought Tom was fair game.
The other housewives were Team Luann on this one, and they had a lot to say about it.
“What kind of a—— woman would want to go to Tom’s New Year’s Eve party? That’s what you call a real slob kabob,” yelled Dorinda Medley upon hearing the news.
“That’s bad. This is worse than bad. … The New Year’s Eve thing is f—– up,” Bethenny Frankel said. “If I did that, it would be like I murdered somebody. … I’d kill her.”
“We’re friends, but still, I’m there for [Luann],” Sonja Morgan said. “Your loyalty is to Luann.”
“How would you feel if you were me?” de Lesseps ultimately asked. “‘Hey, what are you doing for New Year’s Eve? Last year you got married on that boat. On that day … ”
The addition of the other women helped Sonja realize there was something sketchy about the whole thing.
“You know what, it was a bad call. It was a bad call,” Singer later said after thinking about things. “And I shouldn’t have done it. Just because my girlfriend wanted me to do it, I shouldn’t have done it because of her.”
“Listen, I’m not perfect,” she continued on her apology tour. “And I never said I am. It’s all about recognizing when you make a mistake. I know it sounds silly, but if it were [your boyfriends], I never would have texted. Something about Tom … it was like a little blip. They were together six months, a year, and this girl was pressuring me. [Her arrest], that had nothing to do with Tom.”
“I was reflecting on that because I could be completely upset with Ramona, but I actually feel sorry for her,” de Lesseps later said to Dorinda. “It’s kind of pathetic what she did. Do you see remorse there? Because I didn’t see remorse.”
Yeah, this looks like the beginning of a new feud, and there are going to be some big issues going ahead.

Kate Gosselin: I Demand Every CENT of Jon Gosselin"s Money!!
In case there was ever any doubt, yes, Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin still hate each other.
And now it’s more than just personal — they’re facing each other in court.
This time, it’s about more than just their long-running custody battle. It’s about money. Is Kate trying to bleed him dry?
RadarOnline reports that Kate Gosselin is demanding a major payday from her ex, Jon Gosselin, according to court records that the tabloid obtained.
How much money? To the tune of about $ 132,000.
She apparently filed this lawsuit in March, but Jon isn’t going down without a fight.
“He’s contesting it.”
But a $ 132,000 dispute isn’t something that you work out over coffee. This is a civil dispute.
“They’re fighting it out in court.”
It sounds like this battle has been waging for about two months.
Their research indicates that Jon Gosselin was personally served with a complaint by a shariff on April 5.
On April 6, Jon issued his response — in the form of a petition to strike. He has lawyered up.
As to why Jon would wage this legal battle with Kate in the first place, the answer is pretty simple.
“It’s a lot of money.”
Six figures is no laughing matter, especially when, like Jon, you’ve struggled as a famous person without a reality series to keep you afloat.
“Both parties are contesting it.”
And the insider suggests that this court battle could drag on for ages.
“It’s not over yet.”
It’s clear that they’re willing to fight.
So far, this has only cost Kate an estimated $ 300 and Jon an estimated $ 200.
But court battles usually include attorneys and other expenses that can cost more than a few hundred dollars.
And, of course, whoever wins, at least one of them will be losing out on a sizable chunk of cash.
It is not immediately clear, RadarOnline notes, why Kate is demanding this cash or in this amount.
Back in 2012, in simpler times when people feared that the world would end for mystical reasons rather than through unstable despots with nuclear stockpiles, Kate said that Jon owed her child support.
Specifically, she said that he owed her $ 3,500 in child support. That’s not a lot to have, but that can be a lot to owe, you know?
Back then, Jon told her frankly that he could not afford to pay it. Kate voluntarily waived it at the time. Which seems … uncharacteristically nice of her.
This lawsuit seems more like the Kate with whom viewers are familiar.
But … what is her angle?
Online estimates put Kate’s net worth at about $ 200,000. They put Jon’s net worth at about $ 10,000.
We don’t really know what Kate expects to get out of this. We don’t even know why Kate believes that she is entitled to this money. Is it child support or something else?
We’re glad that Jon Gosselin and his daughter spent some quality time together in recent weeks.
We hope that he gets to spend time with all of his children, even during this court battle.
It’s all sure to be a mess.

Tori Roloff Sends Every Best Wish to Jacob Roloff, Fiancee
Tori Roloff knows she’s a little bit late.
But it’s better to wish your brother-in-law and his relatively new fiancee well wishes late than never to send those wishes at all, right?
Jacob Roloff and Isabel Rock confirmed last week that they had agreed to get married, ending weeks of questions and speculation while announcing they actually got engaged in Iceland around Christmas.
“So much love for this beautiful soul @izzysofia_ . Here’s to many more Christmas’, you n me,” Jacob wrote on Instagram at the time, along with some pretty photos of the couple back when they were on vacation.

He later added:
“Excited for a lifetime filled with travel, growing together and trying new things with you @izzysofia_”
The day after this announcement was made, Amy Roloff congratulated the couple on their huge personal news.
“I couldn’t be a happier mom!” she wrote on January 29, adding simply:
“My youngest- Jacob and the beautiful Isabel are engaged. Love them both and excited to see where life will take them in their marriage.”
Jacob and Isabel have been together for years.
They spend a great deal of time traveling around the Pacific Northwest, often camping out or hiking around with their two dogs.
They often keep fans apprised of these adventures via social media, including many videos on YouTube.
All of this brings us back to Tori Roloff.
Typically considered the most well-meaning, loving and generally kind member of this famous family, Tori didn’t say a word about Jacob’s engagement at first.
We had been wondering what she had to say about it…
… and now we have the answer!
“So. This is so overdue,” Tori wrote to open her latest Instagram post, acknowledging her late well wishes.
“I’ve been anxiously awaiting Jake and Izzy to announce their engagement and when the time came we realized we literally had no photos of just the 5 of us,” added Roloff.
She included this as a caption to the first picture posted in this article.
(And it is worth noting that Jacob and Isabel have been engaged since December; so Tori may very well have known about it for weeks and congratulated them in private awhile back.)
“I consider Jacob and Isabel some of my closest friends and I’m so thankful to have them in our lives,” continued Tori, gushing over her loved ones.
“I’m especially thankful to Jacob. He is such a wonderful uncle to baby j and I honestly never expected to see their relationship grow in the way it has and I’m so thankful baby j has uncle j lookin out for him.”
It’s true.
Jacob was estranged for many months from his family, but the ice between him and his relatives has clearly thawed.
This is evident in just how many pictures Jacob has shared of himself and Tori’s son, Jackson.
Concluded Roloff:
I’m also so thankful for Jacob because he is bringing Isabel into our family. I already consider this girl a sister but i can’t wait for the day it becomes official.
She is such a light in this world and her enthusiasm and love of life is simply contagious. I love you both so much and I can’t wait to see what amazing things you guys accomplish together.
Wow. 3 sisters. God is good.
Humorously, Tori added “#theyneedahashtag #wefinallygotaphototogether” to the end of her caption.
Jacob and Isabel are yet to announce a date for their wedding.
We don’t know the location, either, or if any of this will be covered on Little People, Big World.
Roloff isn’t really a cast member on that series any longer, having quit in a huff back in July of 2016.
But there has been chatter he may make some appearances on the new season, which gives us another excuse to yell at TLC:
Go ahead and air new episodes please! We’re tired of waiting!

Missouri State Student Emails Every "Claudia" on Campus to Correct Tinder Mistake
A Missouri State student named Hayden accidentally swiped left on a beautiful female student named Claudia’s Tinder profile, and responded by sending an email to every single Claudia with a plea to let him undo his mistake.
Is this adorable? Creepy? Both? You’ll have to read and decide for yourself.
And, of course, then there’s the intended Claudia’s response.
“Hello all Claudias of Missouri State,” his email begins.
We don’t know how many Claudias that includes. It’s a great name with a great history, but kind of rare.
Even rare names can crop up a lot when you’re talking about a student body population of about 26,000 students.
“First off, my name is Hayden, and I made a rookie mistake on Tinder. I accidentally swiped left on Claudia’s profile (left is bad), and I really wanted to swipe right.”
Oh gosh.
“If Tinder provided last names, this would be much easier, but it doesn’t, so I have to describe the profile to you.”
This is taking those old “missed connection” stories and adding another layer. Color us intrigued.
“The age next to her name was 20, but in her bio it said she was actually 18 and didn’t know how to change it.”
It sounds like they have similar proficiencies in using Tinder. Kind of a promising start to their relationship?
“The pictures she provided had some with her friends and her mom in them. In her bio she said some of her friends were single and if anyone liked them better that’s fine but they couldn’t have her mom (had me deat btw).”
Yeah that’s genuinely funny.
“So, like I said, I meant to swipe right but that didn’t happen.”
That can happen to anyone if they’re just flipping through profiles and make the motion one time too many by mistake, but maybe he’s
“My instagram is Hayden.Moll if you want to look me up.”
He has almost no photos on there. It’s hard to tell if he sanitized his profile just for the occasion or if he just needs to get better friends if he wants an Instagram profile that’s going to grab a thirsty fellow student’s attention.
“I’m just asking, if this is your profile that I described, please message me back with ‘right’ or ‘left’ just so I know if you’re interested or not.”
Like a do-it-yourself Tinder. Amazing.
But what is he hoping to get out of all of this?
“If you choose ‘right’ we could totally get some doughnuts or something but if you choose ‘left’ that’s cool too. No worries!”
That’s a polite thing to say. In part for politeness but also because, well, sometimes when men feel rejected they respond with murder. Hayden was good to include that reassurance.
“If it’s none of you Claudias and you know even more Claudias, spread the word please. It would be much appreciated!”
Well, the young woman in question did reveal herself. Her name is Claudia Alley.
Public responses have ranged from comments admiring the story to finding humor in it to others disparaging them or the entire idea of meeting someone through an app.
“He was smitten..”
“He was desperate to meet her because he could just sense she has a great personality.”
“She just wants to know who does his eyebrows.”
“Um, stalking?”
“That twink is out of his league.”
“I feel sorry for people out there that cyber stalk someone before and rely on screens during courtship.”
“No dear, not creepy at all.”
What matters, though, is what Claudia thinks of all of this.
Apparently, she’s not only entertained by the story going viral — she’s also amused enough by his endearing email that she’s agreed to go out to get doughnuts with him.
A lot of the time, viral relationships like this fall apart. You know what else falls apart? Non-viral relationships. Not everybody clicks.
That doesn’t mean that we need to start singing a funeral dirge for this “relationship.” They’re literally just going out for doughnuts.
We would point out though that Hayden seems to be pretty tall and Claudia is either exclusively friends with Amazonians or is extremely short. Sometimes height differences are the secret ingredient that make relationships click and stick.
We hope that they’re both better at a doughnut date than they are at using Tinder.

Beyonce & Jay-Z"s "Family Feud" Video is Stunning in Every Way
We"ve marveled at Lemonade. We"ve widened our eyes in shock at the admissions on 4:44. Beyonce and Jay-Z have given the world a musical tour of their marriage at its worst.
Until now, however, we"ve only heard Beyonce and Jay-Z use their art to tell the story separately.
As you"ll see in the video below, "Family Feud" may be the Beyonce/Jay-Z collaboration that we"ve all been waiting to see.
Whether you hold up Beyonce as a paragon of musical talent or consider her good but overrated (if you do, don"t say so out loud, or you"ll summon the wrath of the beyhive), you have to agree about this:
Beyonce may have reinvented the art of music video storytelling.
The production value. The concept. The costuming. The motifs. The way that color scheme and lighting match the narrative of the music.
All of those are ways in which top-quality music videos excel and captivate their audiences.
Beyonce took things a step further with Lemonade.
And now, she"s bringing that storytelling excellence to bear with Jay-Z"s "Family Feud."
Jay-Z was unfaithful to Beyonce.
His infidelity is no secret, and has not been since Beyonce took us all on a powerful artistic journey with Lemonade.
Only by working through that with her, by going to therapy, by analyzing his actions was Jay-Z able to begin repairing his relationship with Beyonce, which had been corrupted by lies.
In this video teaser, church is front and center — which is what you"d expect from a Christian couple talking about wrongdoing and marriage.
We have to talk about the rich symbolism and the wardrobes, folks. And there"s more to it than "church clothes."
We see Beyonce clothed in black, at once like a pope, a judgmental nun figure, and also reminiscent of a Sith Lord.
Stationed above Jay-Z, she stands — and glowers, condemning him.
When he sits in the confessional, however, we see Beyonce in a more welcoming outfit, with the white cloth pauldrons and cape coming out of them better suggesting angel wings than a nun"s habit.
Here, she appears ready to listen to what he has to say. Before? She seemed ready to strike him down with her fury and grief.
At the same time, we"ve seen flashes of another couple during all of this.
It seems likely that the man, though definitely not played by Jay-Z, is meant to represent him.
In the video, this man and woman are making out, seemingly in the throws of passion … until the woman stabs him.
Yeah. It"s intense.
As powerful as the narrative and visual metaphors are, we are most of all overwhelmed by Beyonce.
She has this mighty presence on screen that dominates your focus.
When she"s dressed as a regal, powerful woman, that effect is magnified.

Every Woman on the Internet Wants to Bang These Cops
Hurricane Irma touched down in Florida last week, causing millions of residents to flee the area amidst torrential rain and record winds.
But Hurricane Irma also caused millions of female Internet users to touch themselves because the Gainesville Police Department shared a photo of three officers who were heading to various parts of the state to assist victims.
And the officers were hotter than average Sunshine State temperatures this time of year!
"Officers Nordman, Hamill and Rengering…part of the night crew getting ready to do some work,” reads the caption of the picture below, which was all certain people needed to respond.

Woman Live Tweets Every Airline Passenger"s Worst Nightmare
When Jessie Char arrived at her seat on a recent JetBlue flight, she witnessed the most glorious sight any airline passenger could ever hope to see:
An empty middle seat and an empty window seat.
The surprise was so beautiful that Char had to Tweet about it, right then and there:
On her flight home Long Beach to San Francisco, the 30-year old would get to relax with no concern over anyone’s elbows or any fellow passenger forcing her up to use the bathroom.
It’s what we all dream of when board a flight, right?
But then Char’s fantasy turned into a nightmare.
Prepared to maybe even lie across all three seats and squeeze in a nap, Char wrote a mysterious Tweet.
“You guys will never guess what happened next,” she teased to followers.
“I noticed one of the armrests collapse and so I looked over only to see a foot emerge from the row behind me,” Char explained to People Magazine, adding in horror:
“It was writhing around on one armrest and there was a significant amount of toe wiggling.”
No. Oh God… no.
This didn’t really happen, did it?
Yes, it did:
Char says she crouched down into her seat “to remain undetected.” She couldn’t help but snap a photo of the bare feet that will forever haunt her sleep.
And then things got even worse!
“While I was logging onto the airplane Wi-Fi, I saw the left foot stretch over to open the window, and then close it again,” she told The Today Show, which also picked this story up.
“I looked to the front and back for the nearest flight attendant and caught someone’s eye, but by the time she reached me the feet discreetly retracted back into the abyss of row 6.”
Why didn’t Char say something to this individual?
“I was in literal shock,” she told People. “I think I needed another human with me in the moment to reassure me I wasn’t just seeing things.”
Char’s tweet of the feet has been Liked on Twitter over 26,000 times and received over 5,000 retweets.
Will she ever fly again? Yes, of course, don’t be silly.
But she does have some advice for anyone who encounters a similar situation.
“I tried not to breathe super heavily while [the bare feet] were present,” she said.
She’s a better person than we are, that’s for sure.
Forget breathing heavy. We’d have drank heavily and then “accidentally” spilled our beverage on the inappropriate appendages extended across the seats next to us.
When she got up upon landing, Char said she spotted the woman who committed this traveling sin.
She’s in her mid 40s, Char estimates, and is approximately 5’3″.
So beware if you see someone who looks like this on your next flight! Prepare to take action!

Kim Zolciak Posts Bikini Pics From Every Angle, Fans Shrug
If you follow her on Instagram, you know that Kim Zolciak bikini selfies are a frequent occurrence.
She doesn’t rock swimwear in front of the mirror every single day, but it’s rare that a full week goes by without Kim flaunting her curves on social media.’
And we say go for it!
After all, Kim’s 39 years old, she’s given birth to six kids, and she has every right to be proud of the shape that she’s in.
Of course, bikini selfies tend to be a product of diminishing returns.
The same pose that racked up the likes and complimentary comments a few years ago might be greeted with a universal “meh” these days.
And in Kim’s case, she’s even received some harsh criticism for her pics that had less to do with her body (which is unassailably on-point) and more to do with the timing of her photos.
Most recently, Kim posted a bikini pic while her son recovered from a dog attack that left him hospitalized.
Prior to that, fans expressed misgivings about the idea of Zolciak posting “competing” bikini pics with her daughter, 20-year-old Brielle Biermann.
But clearly, Kim subscribes to the “bad press is better than no press” philosophy.
She’s ramped up her bikini pic game in recent weeks, and we’re guessing it has less to do with summer being upon us than other factors.
Most notably, the simple fact that her latest swimwear selfies sparked the kind of uproar that’s music to her ears.
Kim’s found a way to combine sex with recreational outrage, which are the two forces that make the Internet go ‘round.
Unfortunately, it seems that even that formula is no guarantor of continued popularity on the ‘Gram.
Kim’s likes across all social media platforms appear to be on the decline.

And it seems like she doesn’t have too many tricks up her none-existent sleeves.
Zolciak renewed her wedding vows recently, and while the pics resulted in a slight uptick in engagement, it’s not like she can renew her vows once a week.
There are limits to even the most extreme thirst.
Looks like it may be time for Kim to pull a Kris Jenner and focus on her exploiting her selfie-obsessed daughter …

Now, Fallon is finally speaking out about the controversies that have plagued his squeaky-clean nice guy image in a candid interview with The New York Times.
While Fallon’s comments about tousling Donald Trump’s hair in a much-derided pre-election interview have attracted the most attention on social media, the 42-year-old comic also made some surprising revelations about his fondness for the sauce.
Asked about a New York Post piece that described him as “out of control” and attributed Fallon’s recent injuries to drunken accidents, the host shrugged off the accusations – but tellingly did not deny that he’s a heavy drinker.
“I could never do a day-to-day job if I was drinking every night,” Fallon insisted.
He went on to claim that the rumors about his drinking are part of an effort to further demoralize him during his current career slump.
“That’s just kicking you when you’re down,” he told the newspaper.
After years of late night dominance, Fallon’s show has now fallen to second place in the ratings behind the much more politically-charged Late Night with Stephen Colbert.
Industry analysts believe Fallon’s young, mostly left-leaning audience felt alienated by his controversial Trump interview, but the amiable SNL alum says his intentions have been misinterpreted:
“I didn’t do it to humanize him,” Fallon said.
“I almost did it to minimize him. I didn’t think that would be a compliment: ‘He did the thing that we all wanted to do.’”
He added that becoming a frequent butt of jokes on social media has taken an unexpected emotional toll:
“I’m a people pleaser,” he continued.
“If there’s one bad thing on Twitter about me, it will make me upset. So, after this happened, I was devastated. I didn’t mean anything by it. I was just trying to have fun.”
As for the rumors of a feud between Fallon and Colbert, Jimmy insists that the hosts remain close friends and claims he’s never been one to worry about the ratings.
“We’re winning in something. People in the height requirement between 5-7 and 5-11, we’re No. 1, from 11:50 to 11:55,” he joked.
“I never, ever care. I’ll know when someone fires me.”
