Khloe Kardashian: No One Cares About My New Talk Show!

We’re just two weeks away from the premiere of Kocktails With Khloe – a  new FYI network tall show in which Khloe Kardashian chats with celebrity guests while mixing up boozy libations.

Haven’t heard of the show yet? Well, apparently you’re not alone, as execs are said to be freaking out about the lack of public interest surrounding what they thought would be a surefire hit.

“They are really concerned with how little hype the show is getting and are really concerned with the fact that the show’s trailer has gotten fewer than 10,000 hits on YouTube,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online

“It is just very alarming to them, and they have asked Khloe to step up her game in terms of promotion.”

Yes, with 10,000 hits from a woman who has nearly 40 million Instagram followers, it’s not hard to see why the folks at FYI are seeing a bit of a disparity.

At the same time, it’s hard to be sympathetic to their plight.

If the disaster that was Kris Jenner’s talk show taught us anything, it’s that no one is interested in helping members of the Kard clan make the leap into Oprah Land.

To make matters worse, Khloe is having trouble booking guests, as it appears A-list celebs aren’t lining up to be interviewed by a Kardashian on a basic cable network no one’s ever heard of. Go figure.

It’s a good thing the set will have plenty of booze on hand. Something tells us Khloe will need a kocktail when those ratings figures start coming in.

Lamar Odom Will NOT Be Charged With Drug Possession!

The good news just keeps coming for Lamar Odom.

Last week, Odom was released from the hospital after months of treatment following a near-fatal overdose back in November.

Now, the former NBA star has one less problem to deal with, as TMZ is reporting that Odom will not face criminal charges for possession of cocaine and other controlled substances.

That may sound like a foregone conclusion, but there was a time when it really looked as though Odom might be in hot water for his activities at the Love Ranch brothel in the days leading up to his overdose.

Authorities in Nye County, Nevada stated their intention to press charges against Odom, and some expected prosecutors to try and make an example of the 36-year-old.

(As one of the few places in the country where prostitution is legal, Nye County reportedly receives more than its share of big-spending law-breakers.)

Earlier today, however, the Nye County DA’s office announced that it will not file charges.

It’s unlikely that they would’ve been able to make much of a case against Odom, but we’re sure he’s relieved that he won’t have to go to court.

The man’s got enough on his plate with the long road to recovery still ahead of him.

Woman Goes Viral with Explanation of Apartment Fire

Let us be clear:

We do not think that apartment buildings catching on fire is a good source of comedic material.

There"s almost nothing funny about what happened to an apartment complex recently  in Tulsa, Oklahoma, considering the fire that engulfed this building left over 100 people without power or heat.

Still, for those who like to find a silver lining whenever possible, we direct you to the video below.

It features a woman named Michelle Dobyne.

She had an apartment in said complex and she is explaining to Oklahoma News on 6 just what happened and how she"s standing there safely.

"Aw, man, the building is on fire,” Dobyne said on live TV, explaining how she was told about the impending disaster and adding:

“I said "No, what?" I got my three kids and we bounced out. Nuh-uh, we ain"t gon be in no fire. Not today."

Damn straight, Michelle! You tell "em!

The following footage is reminding many of Kimberly "Sweet Brown" Wilkins, who went viral in 2012 after she recounted her experience with a fire, which turned into a full-blown meme with the line, "ain"t nobody got time for that."

So keep your eye on Michelle Dobyne, people.

She may be coming once again to a computer screen near you.

Josh Duggar to Danica Dillon: You Can"t PROVE I Assaulted You!

As his court battle with Danica Dillon draws closer, Josh Duggar’s lawyers are doing everything in their power to try and discredit  the former adult film star.

Dillon claims Duggar paid her for sex, then manhandled and verbally abused in her such a way that she suffered physical injuries and permanent emotional trauma.

Duggar now claims he’s never even met Dillon, and his attorneys reportedly plan to argue that she’s extorting their client in hopes that he’ll pay her off in order to avoid further negative publicity.

Josh claims he has photographic proof that he was not with Dillon on the day in question, but clearly his lawyers aren’t taking any chances, as they’ve asked the judge to make Dillon furnish evidence that she was abused before the trial proceeds.

On Friday, Duggar’s lawyers filed papers with the following request:

Presumably, if this matter is of such importance to her that she would file a public complaint, make accusations about Defendant on national television and demand more than half a million dollars, producing some documentation of her losses and injuries and the names of people who have knowledge about her allegations within the time set by this Court and required by its rules should be feasible.”

Legal experts say Josh’s lawyers were hoping to stop the proceedings before they even reach the pre-trial conference stage, but it seems the judge wasn’t having it.

The motion was rejected, and both parties are still scheduled to come face-to-face for a conference that’s scheduled for January 21.

You can expect Josh’s lawyers to continue pulling out all the stops between now and then.
