Rob Kardashian: Family Holds Intervention For Troubled Reality Star

It’s been almost a month since Rob Kardashian was diagnosed with diabetes, and by all accounts, the troubled 28-year-old has shown little interest in abandoning the habits that cost him his health.

Rob has refused rehab and is reportedly engaging in the same behavior that landed him in the hospital over the holidays.

Sources say Kris Jenner has bribed Rob in hopes of getting him to seek help, but as he already has everything he wants, the offer held little appeal.

The Kardashians are said to be out of their minds with worry for Rob, and Radar Online is reporting that they recently held an intervention for the reclusive former reality star.

As with everything else they do, the Kards decided to film the encounter – which may be why it failed miserably.

“Kim thought if the intervention was filmed, Rob would be more responsive to it,” says one insider.

“There was a therapist to guide the family. This was coming from a place of love. Initially Kris was hesitant, but was desperate to do anything.”

Not surprisingly, Rob – who has refused to participate in recent seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians – wanted nothing to  with the intervention:

“As soon as Rob walked in Kris’ house, he realized what was about to go down and just walked right out the front door,” says the source.

“He just got in his car and drove away. He refused to pick-up his phone for several days, and nobody knew where he was.”

Fortunately, for the sake of Rob’s dignity, the awkward interaction will never be televised:

“Khloe will make sure the footage of the failed intervention won’t air,” says the source.

Sounds like the Kardashians are finally coming around to the idea that not all drama is fit for TV.

Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick: Clashing Over Custody?!

It’s been seven months since Scott Disick was caught cheating on Kourtney Kardashian, and while a lot has changed for the former couple, it appears that despite Scott’s best efforts, they’re no closer to getting back together.

In fact, relations between Disick and Kardashian have reportedly never been rockier, as sources Kourtney has been doing her best to limit the amount of time that Scott spends with the couple’s three children.

The strange part is, Kourtney is apparently putting distance between Scott and the kids as much for their sake as for his:

“Kourtney really wants the kids to love and respect their father,” a source tells Hollywood Life.

“Right now she’s only allowing Scott to see them once a week at best and they are getting used to him not being around.”

Yes, Kourtney has reportedly told Scott that he needs to sort out some of his issues before he’s able to spend time alone with his children.

Disick completed rehab back in November, but after losing both of his parents and Kourtney in quick succession, he’s said to be in a very unstable place.

“Scott wants to be a good father too but his struggle is real,” says our source.

“Kourtney knows that he is working on his sobriety and still struggling with the pain of losing his parents. He has lots of issues he needs to work out and she is trying to give him space to heal.”

Recently, there have been rumors of Scott drinking again, and Kourtney is reportedly terrified that he’ll relapse while he’s alone with the kids.

Sources say Kourtney is confident that Scott can eventually be a good dad again. He just has to start taking of himself first.

Colette Lush: Is She the Next Carrie Underwood?

Might we be looking at the next American Idol?

Yes, it"s early. Yes, the opening set of auditions only just concluded.

But you must take a look at the way in which Colette Lush blew away the judges in California.

In the following video, we see the 19-year-old girl belting out "Who"s Loving You" by the Jackson 5.

Along with a sense of humor (she joked that natural redheads will allegedly go extinct by 2030), Lush made quite the impression via her effortless, pitch perfect rendition of the classic track.

As Lush sang the single, Jennifer Lopez whispered to Keith Urban:

“I feel like Carrie Underwood just walked in here."

And then once Lush finished, Lopez had a single word for her: wow.

“You really have potential to do well in this competition,” added Lopez, while Keith Urban liked that Lush doesn"t “sound like anyone” else out there, gushing over the aspiring singer and saying:

“You’ve got a timeless quality."

Needless to say, Lush advanced to Hollywood with unanimous approval.

She still has a very long way to go. The show, in its final season of course, still has a very long way to go until it crowns a champion in May.

But we promise you this: you will hear from Colette Lush again.

Dawn Scott"s Death: Read Kimberly Matthers" Heartbreaking Reaction

The untimely passing of Eminem’s sister-in-law has left her loved ones devastated, no more so than her sister, Kim Mathers.

Though Kim and Dawn shared a complicated past due to Dawn’s drug use, she’s still reeling from the loss.

“Dawn was my sweet,beautiful sister who lost her way,” Mathers wrote on the funeral home’s website, where loved ones are invited to leave a message for the deceased.

I kept a light lit for her hoping she’d find her way back to me. I miss her and love her more than anything I could ever say. I wish she was here so I could hug her and tell her I love her.”

“Half of me is gone and I will never feel whole again,” Mathers continued.  “She made me laugh and kept me on my toes.

“She was the best sister and friend in the world and I will miss her until we are together again.”

Scott’s biological daughter, Alaina (whom Eminem adopted) tweeted about the news on January 21st.

According to police reports, Scott was found “slumped over in bed and unresponsive,” in her Macomb County, Michigan home.

“It’s suspected to be drug use, possibly heroin,” Warren, Michigan’s Mayor James Fouts told People.

Scott’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Les Martin spoke about the severity of her addiction.

“Heroin, cocaine, Adderall. If it was a pill, she would take it,” Martin told Radar Online.

“Klonopin were her downfall. She was swallowing them things like candy.”
