Sam Smith Flaunts INSANE Weight Loss on Instagram!

Sam Smith has been a household name in the US for a couple years now, and like most celebrities, he’s been the subject of near-constant rumors about his appearance and personal life.

Smith has already experienced a few A-list rites of passage, such as hanging out with the Kardashians and gossip about his sexual orientation, and now it looks like he can cross eating disorder speculation off his list, as well.

The 23-year-old added the above photo to Instagram yesterday, and the comments from “concerned” followers began rolling in almost instantly.

“OMG @samsmithworld you are too skinny!! Stay healthy!!! pls!” wrote one fan.

“HOW DIFFERENT DOES HE LOOK whaaat,” wrote another.

For the most part, however, the feedback was positive, with one commenter reflecting the consensus by writing, “You look great. Don’t listen to anyone who says you need to be thicker or thinner. You’re perfect when you’re happy.”

Smith has addressed his body image issues in the past, saying in an interview last year:

“I saw a picture of me on New Year’s Eve topless on a beach in Sydney and it made me want to kill myself.

“I just thought I was huge. I’ve had issues with my weight since I was a kid…My dad became a fitness trainer when I was 12 and he tried to help me, but I’ve always had issues.”

The singer says he has no special trick for losing weight and credits the book Eat. Nourish. Glow. for helping him shed pounds, stating that the book “completely transformed” his relationship with food.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians Klash: Kim vs. Kris!

Consider this part two of our Keeping Up with the Kardashians preview.

Earlier this week, we gave readers a look at a phone fight Kendall Jenner got into with her father after learning that Caitlyn Jenner was making a big deal out of attending one of her fashion shows.

This made Kendall irate because she did not want her father upstaging her and/or making the event about anything other than the fashion on display and Kendall"s job of modeling it.

Okay? All caught up now?

This leads into the following sneak peek, which features Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian getting into a tiff over the same fashion show.

Kim doesn"t understand why Kris thinks she can attend, considering what Kendall said to Caitly, to which Kris replies:

"I"m going to be backstage with Kendall. It"s something that we"ve worked one since day one."

So, what"s the issue?

Kris blames Kim for "opening [her] big mouth" and alerting Caitlyn to the event, which is what caused this family dust-up in the first place.

SIGH. We"re not saying the terrorists hate us because of the Kardashians, but we are wondering why anyone spends any time watching this show.

At least if you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online you can avoid commercials, we suppose.

Anyway, check out the following sneak peek now:

Kate Middleton"s Eyebrows: Too Distracting! Too Thick!

If it’s not about her bangs, then it’s about the eyebrows.

On February 7th, the Duchess of Cambridge attended the 75th anniversary of the Royal Air Force Cadets service at the RAF St. Clement Danes chapel.

This marked Catherine’s first engagement as Honorary Air Commandant, a patronage handed over to her by the Duke of Edinburgh, who served as Air Commodore-In-Chief for 63 years.

However, the focus was less on the exciting new role (Prince William is a retired RAF Search-and-Rescue pilot), but on her eyebrows.

I’ve been waxing my eyebrows since the tender age of 12 (it was necessary, trust me), so I know a thing or two about how their shape affects one’s overall “look.

However, to point out Catherine’s (which, IMO, look perfectly fine) is a serious grasp for straws.

The Daily Mail accuses Catherine’s of looking waxy and “over-filled,” which makes the skin “around the eyes look hollow and saggy,” and emphasizes “crow’s feet and under-eye shadows.”

The DM, always kind when it comes to a lady’s appearance, claims that Catherine has be “so concerned about having thin, patchy eyebrows” that she bought Bobbi Brown’s “Brow Kit” ($ 48) back in 2012 to fill them out and “emphasize her green eyes.”

Natalie Plain, founder of the Billion Dollar Brows, told the Mail that Catherine used “way too much brow make-up without blending,” and that they distracted people from her “fine delicate features.”

I’m sure Her Royal Highness has taken your critiques into account, and will review them at her 10-bedroom mansion where she resides with her two beautiful children and dashing husband (who’s a prince, FYI).

That is, after she oversees the installment of a tennis court in her backyard.

K, bai.

The Bachelor"s Olivia Caridi to Haters: "You"ve Made Me Stronger Than Ever"

Fans of The Bachelor know that every season, there’s a villain, and this season’s villain was 23-year-old news anchor Olivia Caridi.

On Monday’s episode, much to the joy of fans and most certainly the other contestants vying for that final rose, bachelor Ben Higgins gave villain Olivia the axe.

MUAH-HAHAHAHAHA!

Olivia had angered the other ladies with her arrogance, standoffishness and rude comments, and after some of them complained to Ben about her evil ways, he began to question his once-strong feelings for her.

Because The Bachelor loves an over-dramatized diss, Ben left a dejected and teary-eyed Olivia stranded on a desert island (seriously) as he rode off into the horizon on a speedboat with Emily.

Now that she’s off the show, Olivia is speaking out about her experience.

She posted a photo to Instagram of herself with her BFF on that desert island in the same swimsuit she wore on the show, looking pretty damn happy, we must say.

In the caption, she shared the grueling experiences she had on the island after being abandoned:

“So I’d like to thank my best friend @rachelantigua for renting a kayak and picking me up on the island in the Bahamas. It was very cold out there for a while, I just made a tent with some of the rocks near the blowhole and slept near some sea crabs and turtles for comfort and friendship. I caught fish with my hands for meals. It was very difficult. But my friend just anchored near the shore days later and we floated back to the mainland during sunset. It was idyllic.”

Olivia’s got jokes! Even if you loathed her, you kinda gotta love her for making light of what seemed like a pretty shitty situation, even for a woman who compared her fellow contestant to a Teen Mom.

Since Olivia was cast as this season’s shrew, she had her share of haters, and she now has a message for them:

“But for real — thank you to the lovers and supporters, both friends and strangers, who have reached out. I am eternally grateful. For the haters, you’ve made me stronger than ever before. The girls on this show see your comments and they have feelings. Think twice before sending an insensitive message. Words hurt, and they kill, too. Don’t be mean behind the screen. #AntiBullyingMonth”

Now, this sounds like an entirely different Olivia than the one we saw on the show. Because love her or hate her, that was a pretty solid thing to write.

Certainly her detractors will accuse her of simply trying to make herself look good, but hey, it’s still a positive message and she’s not just talking about herself.

She closed her comment on a high note, admitting that she’d made mistakes and she’s owning up to them, but moving ahead.

“This has been one of the most interesting experiences of my life. I’ve learned a lot about myself. Good things and tough lessons. We’re all human. We make mistakes. Learn from them. Let them make you wiser. Be imperfect, flawed, and quirky. And own it. Never trade your authenticity for approval. Don’t be afraid to stand alone. Anyway, rant over. Can’t wait for adventures ahead!”

This is probably one of the most mature responses that could’ve been offered after such an experience. We don’t know if a publicist wrote it or she’s enlisting her journalistic knowledge on how to shape public opinion, but we have to admit, the girl did it right.

If you’re the type who likes to skip to the back of the book to know the ending, check out our Bachelor spoilers (yeah, we know what happens).
