Anna Duggar Stirs Controversy With Rare Public Appearance

In the months since news of the Josh Duggar sex scandal went public in May of last year, public appearances from Anna Duggar have been few and far between – and very carefully chosen.

Back in December, Anna appeared on Jill and Jessa: Counting On and shared, for the first time, her thoughts on her husbands many indiscretions.

Other than that, the long-suffering 27-year-old’s communications with fans have primarily been limited to the online world, such as when Anna wrote a blog post about her husband’s infidelity.

So it stands to reason that many Duggar devotees were surprised to see that Anna attended a Valentine’s Day screening of the controversial faith-based drama War Room, and even rubbed shoulders with some of the film’s stars.

She shared a photo from the screening on Twitter (above), and described the film’s lead actress, Priscilla Shirer, as “one of my heroes.”

The disbelief from fans is primarily a result of the film’s plot, which revolves around a woman who is trapped in an unhealthy marriage and is advised to shut herself away in a prayer closet or “war room” and pray that her husband changes his wicked ways.

One critic described the film’s message to emotionally abused women thusly: “Shut up and pray he quits.”

Needless to say, Anna’s presence at the screening was taken as an endorsement of the film’s backward message, and an indication that despite the many, many reasons she should flee, she’ll probably never leave Josh Duggar.

Anna has yet to deny rumors that she’s pregnant with Josh’s baby, and it looks increasingly as though she’ll rely on the power of prayer to change a man who’s repeatedly dragged her through hell.

Did Amber Portwood FINALLY Dump Matt Baier??

Amber Portwood has been treated to quite a few surprises about her fiance over the past few weeks, but unfortunately, they haven’t been happy ones.

As we reported previously, the Teen Mom OG star recently learned that her fiance Matt Baier had seven children from five different women – right before she discovered that – whoopsie! – there’s actually eight. 

Eight kids. Six baby mamas.  Amber had initially believed that Baier had only two children.

But that’s not all – not only was Baier hiding numerous offspring from her, he also reportedly owes each of them a ton of cash in child support.

Oh, and he was accused of stealing $ 1,500 in cash from a friend, too.

Heavy stuff.

While Amber initially defended the creep, saying “people make mistakes,” fans are now speculating that she’s had a change of heart.

On Valentine’s Day – a holiday famously reserved for couples – she announced via Twitter that she was spending the day with her seven-year-old daughter Leah. She also shared a photo of the little munchkin, but made no mention of Baier.

The same day, Amber shared the following quote by former mob boss Al Capone:

“Don’t mistake my kindness for weakness. I am kind to everyone, but when someone is unkind to me, weak is not what you are going to remember about me.”

Whoa.

We like to envision Amber saying this in a gravelly voice behind a desk in a dark room smoking a cigar.

But we’d be happier if she just said it straight to Baier’s face, then tossed her engagement ring in the garbage disposal and kicked his ass to the curb.

Was this message directed to the alleged deadbeat dad?

Fingers crossed.

Pippa Middleton: Trolling Gym For Rich Husband on Valentine"s Day?

That seems like a fair assumption.

Let’s forget for a moment that Pippa Middleton is probably/definitely dating investment banker and old Etonian James Matthews, and pretend she made plans to cruise her gym on February 14th.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry saw the photo and declared that the Duchess of Cambridge’s “tragically single sister spent a lonely Valentine’s Day at the gym, probably burning off some calories so that she could go buy some half-priced Valentine’s candy for herself after the holiday was over and go home and binge on it.”

That’s way harsh, Ty. Also, that’s a run-on sentence.

“Apparently, Pippa never misses a workout, not even on Valentine’s Day,” the super-sleuths at CDL went on.

“Either the socialite is VERY dedicated to her fitness – or like half of the people reading this, had no one to share the romantic holiday with and opted to go to the gym rather than crying in her pajamas and watching sappy movies all day by herself.”

Rude.

“The sad thing is, Pippa Middleton (although a little annoying and shamelessly riding her sister’s coattails), wouldn’t have any trouble finding a date for Valentine’s Day.  But, her sister Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth balk at any prospective gentlemen she tries to date, because they don’t think they are suitable to be dating one of the future Queen’s family members.

“The last thing they need is Pippa bringing more unnecessary scandal to the Royals,” they claims.

Such as?

“As long as Pippa’s sister Kate Middleton is in line to be the future Queen Of England, Pippa is going to have to either settle for one of the less than interesting gentlemen that the Royals pick for her, or she could go against their wishes and date whomever she wants – but she can also plan on being ‘cut off’ if she does.

“It looks like Pippa’s greed and desperate need for fame and fortune is outweighing her desire to settle down and not spend the rest of her Valentine’s Days at the gym.”

If this is the picture of a sad singleton, then consider me Bridget Jones.

Justin Bieber on Video: About That Selena Gomez Tattoo...

Justin Bieber doesn"t just have a hot body.

He also has a very busy body.

The singer appears shirtless in the latest issue of GQ, giving readers a look at his rippling torso and impressive sick-pack… along with a look at his tattoo-covered frame.

In order promote the cover feature, Bieber appears in a video for the magazine in which he goes through his collection of ink, chronicling the story behind each piece of tattoo, one-by-one.

Some have religion meaning. Some are in honor of his family. The very first tattoo depicts a seagull on his hip and is based on a book he read as a kid.

Then there"s the tattoo of Selena Gomez.

Pointing at the portrait of his fellow singer on his wrist, Bieber says “this is my ex girlfriend, so I tried to cut her face up with some shading, but people still know.”

Well… yeah! Of course we still know!

There"s still a horde of people out there who likely have a Jelena tattoo that they never want to remove.

But the important thing here is that Justin and Selena have both moved on and both appear to be doing well.

And also that Bieber is shirtless through this video. HAWT!
