The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 Episode 19 Recap: Bai, Dubai!

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 Episode 19, Lisa Vanderpump tried to apologize to Eileen Davidson for everything.

Tried being the operative word.

Picking up where last week left off, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 Episode 19 saw tensions near an all-time peak.

If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online, you can trace all of it back more than anything, or anyone, to Lisa Rinna.

Consider the fact that last night was basically a continuation of a conflict from last week about a conversation Rinna had months ago.

The first time Rinna dropped the M-Bomb (Munchausen syndrome) in an episode was forever ago, but heck, it seems like yesterday.

Long story short? Lisa Vanderpump said to Rinna that Kyle Richards was also involved in the Munchausen speculation re: Yolanda Foster.

“Just say, ‘I’m caught red-handed’ and be done with it!” Rinna said, unwilling to accept Vanderpump’s explanation or story whatsoever.

Richards, meanwhile, appeared to take it a step further, suggesting that Lisa Vanderpump really floated the Munchausen’s talk by proxy.

Eileen Davidson, taken aback by all these crazy twists, asked Richards directly, of Vanderpump, “You’re okay with her betraying you?”

Erika Girardi said, “Kyle doesn’t want to pay the price of going against Lisa Vanderpump. It’s a leveraged relationship. It’s not a friendship.”

Call it what you want, but it all came to a head with Richards trying to get Vanderpump to see her side (not that we know what that is).

Perhaps the goal was to get Lisa to admit some of what had been said, so that Richards did not look so strange for not being upset.

Who the heck knows honestly. But “I look like a f—ing abused wife … I can’t do that,” Kyle said. “Please help me justify [supporting you].”

“Let me help you as your friend,” Richards said.

“Change your story right now.”

Vanderpump, obviously, did not do so, and obviously, Richards gave up and went back to being her … nevermind. What a waste of an hour.

The ladies eventually celebrated Kathryn Edwards’ birthday as we wait to see what s–t Lisa Rinna will stir up next week in the 90210.

Dance Moms Season 6 Episode 14 Recap: JoJo Steals the Show

On Dance Moms Season 6 Episode 14, Abby Lee Miller welcomed back an ALDC Pittsburgh veteran, Sarah, to dance with the team.

Tempers also flared hard … real hard.

The crux of the tension on Dance Moms Season 6 Episode 14? Kendall Vertes walking out of the Abby Lee Dance Company studio.

For the second time in as many weeks.

How did we get there? In “JoJo Steals the Show,” Abby Lee Miller announced that Maddie Ziegler and Vertes will have a duet. A big duet.

At the New York Dance Experience.

The best friends were so hyped to do a routine together, but Ziegler’s mom Melissa Gisoni told Abby that Maddie would miss a rehearsal.

With Maddie Ziegler leaving Dance Moms, this wasn’t a surprise, but immediately, Miller second-guessed her decision about the duet.

Shortly thereafter, with Maddie unavailable, Miller asked JoJo Siwa to step in. Would JoJo rise to the occasion save the day for the ALDC?

Yes … but there was a big twist coming.

During practice, Miller realized that the duet was actually more of a solo, as the two dancers didn’t have that much interaction at all.

As such, Miller gave Vertes and Siwa the chance to show her their version of the dance, with Abby Lee picking the winner accordingly.

Ultimately, Siwa got the nod and the solo.

Miller then asked Kendall why she’s not performing as well these days, and Vertes’ response was that Ziegler won’t dance with her.

Following this altercation with her coach, Vertes got mad at Miller and peaced out of the studio; Ziegler’s mom was there to comfort her.

Miller clarified that she didn’t really take the routine from Vertes, but rather “Kendall gave JoJo that solo” by not elevating her performance.

JoJo, in any case, was laser focused.

Amy Schumer Goes Off on Glamour, "Plus-Size" Label for Women

Amy Schumer may be the funniest woman on the planet.

But she sees nothing humorous about how many people on that same planet talk about female bodies.

It all started after Schumer shared to Instagram a photo of a special issue of Glamour, one that refers to her in its pages as “plus size.”

The comedian and actress explained why she thought this sent a terrible message to her fans.

“I think there’s nothing wrong with being plus size. Beautiful healthy women,” Schumer wrote. “Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8. @glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn’t feel right to me.”

Here is why:

“Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool glamour not glamourous.”

In response to Schumer’s comments, a spokesperson for Glamour tried to detail why it meant no offense, writing via statement:

“First off, we love Amy, and our readers do too – which is why we featured her on the cover of Glamour last year.

“The cover line on this special edition – which is aimed at women size 12 and up – simply says “Women Who Inspire Us,” since we believe her passionate and vocal message of body positivity IS inspiring, as is the message of the many other women, of all sizes, featured.

“The edition did not describe her as plus-size. We are sorry if we offended her in any way.”

But Schumer, who is happily dating Ben Hanisch, went on to say there’s a much bigger issue at stake here.

“Thanks for sharing your thoughts everyone except the people who told me what I ‘should feel’ or what I ‘should have focused on,’ ” she Tweeted after the flap went viral, adding:

“Bottom line seems to be we are done with these unnecessary labels which seem to be reserved for women.”

It’s true.

Ever heard of a “plus-size” man?

Other stars who are also against this term include Meghan Trainor, Melissa McCarthy, Ashley Graham and Tyra Banks.

It’s pretty much impossible to formulate an argument for it, wouldn’t you say?

Kerry Washington Slams Adweek for Photoshopped Cover

A scandal is brewing around the star of Scandal.

Kerry Washington is the latest celebrity to take a magazine to task for altering her appearance to an extreme degree via Photoshop.

In this case, the beloved actress is covering the latest issue of Adweek.

At least we think that’s Washington on the cover. It’s hard to say for certain.

“I have to be honest… I was taken aback by the cover,” Washington wrote on social media in response to the picture, adding:

“Look, I’m no stranger to Photoshopping. It happens a lot. In a way, we have become a society of picture adjusters – who doesn’t love a filter?!?

“And I don’t always take these adjustments to task but I have had the opportunity to address the impact of my altered image in the past and I think it’s a valuable conversation.”

In early March, Lena Dunham went off on a Spanish publication for the way in which it digitally altered a picture of her body on its cover.

Zendaya Coleman has also been open about how she wants to keep it real in all images.

“I just felt weary,” Washington added of seeing the photo above for the first time.

“It felt strange to look at a picture of myself that is so different from what I look like when I look in the mirror. It’s an unfortunate feeling.”

The actress, who we adore any time we watch Scandal online or on television, wanted to leave her rant on a positive note, however:

“That being said. You all have been very kind and supportive. Also, as I’ve said, I’m very proud of the article.”
