Brielle Biermann Offers Surprisingly Helpful Weight Loss Tips

If you’re going to take diet and workout tips from anyone, it should be someone who loves posing on Instagram.

Yes, Brielle Biermann is 19 and yes, I look at her body and think, “that bitch.”

It’s hard work looking that toned, tanned and and…enhanced, I guess?  

Pushing aside any thoughts I might have about her possible visits to Dr. Tuckhereandthere, I will listen to Biermann’s advice on how to keep it right and tight.

“As you guys are probably aware, I love to eat cheeseburgers all day, every day. Well, can’t do that anymore,” Biermann said, according to Bravotv.com.

Welp, Biermann explains, it’s impossible to ignore those wobbly bits, so put down the burger and grab a vegetable.

“You have to stick to healthy things, like this nasty cucumber salad,” she joked on social media.

“And spin class. I love spin class. I do it at least three times a week.”

Biermann has come under fire for her appearance every since she admitted that she saw the same doctor as Kylie Jenner to have her lips plumped up.

“Look at Kylie Jenner. She looks like a completely different person and she says all she’s had done is her lips,” Biermann explained via Snapchat in May.

“And same with me. … I was honest about my lips, which took a lot of courage for me to do, and I’m being honest now.

“I’m sorry I don’t look like I did when I was 15, but everyone grows up, which you all need to do.”

Biermann has a point;  she was still young when her mom, Kim Zolciak first appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.  

Since then, Biermann has likely felt pressured to look good in front of the cameras, hence the tans, the product hawking on Instagram, the extensions, the makeup…

“I’m so flattered that you guys think that I’ve had all this liposuction, and my tits done, and my nose done,” she added in the snape.

“It’s just genetics!”

Genetics, my ass.

Bobby Brown Breaks Down Crying Over Whitney Houston & Bobbi Kristina

Bobby Brown has had a, um, turbulent life.

Yeah, I think it"s fair to say that.

He"s been arrested a number of times, was accused of domestic abuse and had serious issues with addiction.

But the most tragic events of his life were undoubtedly the untimely loss of both his longtime love Whitney Houston and later the daughter they shared, Bobbi Kristina.

Brown is now opening up about his feelings on 20/20 in a candid interview with Robin Roberts.

In the clip below, an announcer dramatically teases, "For the first time, he opens up with what you haven"t yet heard… emotional, deeply private."

Brown addresses the bizarre coincidental manner in which both women died: drowning in a bathtub with drugs in their systems.

"The same thing that happened to my daughter is what happened to Whitney," Brown tells Roberts.

He also discusses the first time he "saw her do drugs," although we"re unsure if he"s talking about Houston or his daughter (guess we"ll have to watch to find out).

By the end of the clip, Brown has broken down into tears, an image you don"t see from the former bad boy often.

"My baby"s gone," he cries, getting emotional about Bobbi Kristina.

Brown penned a new memoir, Every Little Step, in which he discusses the death of his daughter.

In it, he speculates on a new theory about Bobbi Kristina"s death.

He wonders whether a car accident she was involved in days before she died may have contributed to her falling unconscious in the tub.

“We asked the doctors whether she could have suffered some type of brain trauma or hemorrhage that didn’t present itself until four days later, resulting in the bathtub incident," he writes. 

“But the doctors couldn’t really give us definitive answers.”

The 20/20 special with Bobby Brown airs Tuesday, June 7 on ABC.

 

Ben Higgins to Run for Political Office?!?

Ben Higgins won over Lauren Bushnell on The Bachelor this spring.

But will he be able to win over voters in Colorado?

That’s the question many are now wondering after The Colorado Independent reported this week that Higgins is “seriously considering a run” for a seat in the Colorado House of Representatives to represent House District 4.

And we know exactly what you’re thinking:

Huh? What? Higgins is a reality star! What possible experience does he have running for office?

Who would possibly vote for such a candidate?

We really wish the answer was no one. Tragically, however, we know that isn’t the case.

Higgins, a software consultant who got engaged to Bushnell in March, has even launched a website (BenHigginsforColorado.com) to rally local supporters.

He has his eye on a contested seat currently occupied by Speaker Pro Tem Dan Pabon, a Democrat who was recently arrested for suspicion of DUI on St. Patrick’s Day.

One would think that has to hurt his chances of re-election.

Moreover, Republicans in Higgins’ district have already nominated Willie Pinkston to run against Pabon. 

But check this out:

Pinkston told The Independent that he “definitely plan[s] on stepping aside” if/when Higgins decides to run.

“I’d be happy to. He’s got name recognition … we’d love to support him since he wants to run and is capable,” Pinkston said to the newspaper.

As those who watch The Bachelor online found out this year, Higgins is committed to Bushnell.

Yet he won’t commit at the moment to making this political run.

“Whatever lies ahead, love, grace, and hope are ideals that guide my life. I will take them with me into my next adventure,” Higgins said in a statement to The Independent.

“Lauren and I aren’t sure yet what that will be, but in terms of representing House District 4, Willie Pinkston is an amazing person and any decision I make regarding entering the race will be based on what is best for Willie, his family and for Lauren and me.”

In other words: the guy is totally running.
