Leah Messer on Instagram: See? I AM a Good Mom!

Leah Messer has taken a fair amount of flak for being an unfit mother in recent months.

And we don’t mean there’s a small contingent of Leah haters who question her parenting decisions now and then.

We mean there’s a devoted anti-Messer army out there that floods social media with harsher criticism than the entire Kardashian family gets on a bad day.

Part of the problem is that Leah was not depicted in a flattering light in the most recent episodes of Teen Mom 2.

The season started with a controversy over Leah refusing to feed her kids after she rushed them off to school without breakfast.

It’s ending with Leah accusing Miranda Simms of neglecting her daughters and a conflict in which Teen Mom 2 viewers seem to be overwhelmingly Team Miranda.

So clearly MTV isn’t interesting in help Leah spread her message that despite all appearances to the contrary, she’s actually a good mom.

(We’ll leave the question of whether or not her bad reputation is deserved or the result of clever editing for another day.)

That may have been a factor in Leah’s recent barrage of social media posts about how happy she is and how fully committed she is to ensuring that her kids are equally happy.

In particular, Leah has been devoting a lot of bandwidth to showing the world that she spends loads of time with youngest daughter Adalynn, as her relationship with the girl’s father, Jeremy Calvert, reportedly continues to deteriorate.

She posted the above photo yesterday along with the following caption:

“My love for this little girl continues to grow every day!” Messer gushed on Instagram on Sunday. “She has such a beautiful energetic warm loving comforting soul! I swear this kid will be an actress some day.

“Then again she hits me with the motorcycle sounds and I do believe she gets that from her daddy! She is my world, and I would be lost without her! #AdalynnFaith #TheBabyA #AAA.”

Possibly confirming rumors that her posts devoted to her kids double as subtle shade for Calvert, Messer tweeted the following shortly thereafter:

“Miserable people love MISERABLE thoughts. I just keep going ALL THE WAY UP!”

That’s great, Leah. Just don’t forget to bring your kids with you on your way to the top.

Conrad Hilton Violates Probation, Gets Jail Time Like Older Sister Paris

Guess what?  There’s no such thing as pretending you’re above the law.

Paris Hilton tried it out in 2007 after a DUI arrest; she drove with a suspended license, therefore violating the terms of her probation, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Her younger brother, Conrad Hilton follow suit recently by violating his probation!  Hilton, according to People Magazine, admitted in court Monday that he had been using marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids and cocaine.

This isn’t the first time Hilton has violated the terms of his parole; in January he was sentenced to 90 days in rehab.

In 2014, Hilton verbally assaulted the crew on a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles, to the point, according to records, where he made it impossible for them to do their job.

“I am going to f—ing kill you!” and “I will f—ing own anyone on this flight … they are f—ing peasants,” Hilton allegedly yelled at crew members, and smoked both pot and a cigarette in the lavatory.

Hilton also punched the bulkhead, and grabbed a flight attendant shirt and screamed, “I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss! My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $ 300,000 last time.”

Hilton’s attorney is none other than Robert Shapiro, a member of O.J. Simpson’s defense team, and portrayed by John Travolta in the FX miniseries, The People Vs O.J. Simpson.  Shapiro explained that Hilton’s behavior could have been the result of a sleeping pill he took.

2014 wasn’t the best year ever for Hilton; he also crashed his BMW on a freeway near Palm Springs after leading police on a chase and hitting a Volkswagon while trying to switch lanes.

He then collided with a tractor trailer, and had to be removed by the jaws of life.

Hilton was reportedly driving at 200 mph before crashing, but police say neither drugs nor alcohol were a factor.

Hilton has until tomorrow to turn himself in.

Chewbacca Mom Has Made HOW MUCH Off Being Chewbacca Mom?

While Candace Payne’s 15 Minutes of Fame may run out, a new study reveals that the viral sensation’s bank account won’t be doing the same any time soon.

Appropriately enough, the woman now known as Chewbacca Mom is making some serious Star Wars money.

Back in late May, Payne took a shopping trip to Kohl’s.

And she was so excited by what she purchased at the store that she could scarcely wait to try it out.

As soon as Payne got into her car, she set up her video camera and recorded herself trying on a Chewbacca masked that actually made the same sounds as this beloved big screen character.

The footage didn’t merely blow up.

It turned Payne into the most popular Facebook Live star of all-time.

Since the video surfaced online, Payne has appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden (below) and also stopped by Good Morning America; she even took a trip to Disney World.

Moreover, according to a new report, Chewbacca Mom has been making a financial killing due to her newfound fame.

Thanks to a breakdown by Money Magazine, we now know that Payne has made the following amount of money for the following reasons:

$ 3,000 from Kohl’s, including dozens of toys… $ 2,500 in gift cards… and a Chewbacca mask for everyone in her family.

$ 7,500 in flights, hotels, VIP tours and various gifts while she traveled the country for appearances.

$ 7,500 for an all-expenses paid trip to Disney World.

$ 2,000 for a family trip to the Fan Expo Dallas convention, where Payne met the actor who plays Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew).

$ 400,000 in full college scholarships provided to her and her family from Southeastern University, “a Christ-centered institution of higher learning” in central Florida.

What prompted this gesture?

“Candace has inspired us and others with her joy, and we want her and her family to experience some of that same joy through this gift,” Dr. Kent Ingle, president of the college, said.

Wow.

We agree. Candace’s personality is inspiring.

We’re not sure if we’d pay her $ 400,000 for it, but hey.
