Josh Waring: Son of Former Real Housewives of Orange County Star Arrested For Attempted Murder

If you’ve been a loyal follower of the original Housewives franchise, then you’re likely disappointed, but not shocked by this news.

Josh Waring is the troubled son of Lauri Peterson, who starred on The Real Housewives of Orange County for three seasons.

According to Buzzfeed News, Waring has been charged with attempted murder after shooting a man, then fleeing the scene in a stolen vehicle.

Cops were called to a home around 2 a.m. local time, according to the Costa Mesa Police Department.  There, they found a male, 35, with a gunshot wound in his lower torso.

Witnesses at the home ID’d Waring as the shooter, who had driven off in a stolen BMW SUV.

A helicopter from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department found the vehicle, and when police approached, Waring tried to get away in the car, causing a traffic accident.

Waring then abandoned the car and continued to run from the police on foot, and was finally arrested after reportedly attempting to hide in a business.

Though no gun has been recovered, police did find evidence “related to the shooting” in the SUV.

Waring was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, vehicle theft, felony evading, hit and run, assault, and battery.

The victim, though in serious condition, is expected to survive.

Peterson decided to leave the show in 2008 after Waring was arrested for possession of heroin, his latest brush with the law.

“For me, I needed to really pull back, concentrate on my emotional well being and deal with the aftermath of the arrest,” Peterson told the Orange County Register at the time.

Peterson decided to adopt Waring’s three-year-old daughter in 2015 when she and her husband, George realized that Waring and his wife were unable to care for the child.

“As most of the viewers know, I have a son and he’s had just a lot of challenges. And he and his wife had a baby almost three years ago,” Peterson told the Daily Dish last year.

“He’s really struggling and, well, they’re both really struggling. And so [my husband] George and I elected to help out and we actually adopted Kennedy, and so we’re raising her.”

Waring describes himself as a “DJ BaSS Killa, Worldwide nucklehead from Real Housewives, married to the love of my life and expecting a little one on the way :)” on his Twitter account, which hasn’t been updated since 2013.

The Bachelorette Recap: Revenge of The Chads!

Chad Johnson will not win JoJo Fletcher’s heart. You don’t need The Bachelorette spoilers to know that – he made it abundantly clear.

Still, one of the ABC show’s all-time villains wasn’t about to go quietly following his elimination last week. Chad would have his revenge.

Or at least make a steroid-laden fool of himself trying.

And that’s not even all. A namesake bad boy from JoJo’s past – Chad Rookstool – would wreak havoc with her journey for love as well!

Anyway, let’s begin with the insane Chad Johnson.

Lurking around the guys’ hotel room after JoJo sent him home, Chad eventually came in and the dudes asked him what went down.

“I guess she thinks I’m too intense or something,” he said, before accusing the entire house of being against him and provoking him.

After some minor beefing with Jordan and then Evan, he eventually left, returning to Oklahoma to apparently pursue Hope Higgenbotham.

Seriously. Chad and Robby Hayes’ ex are dating.

Speaking of Robby, he and Jordan Rodgers continue to look like the favorites, while JoJo booted James F. and Daniel at the rose ceremony.

Daniel’s hilarious take after being eliminated: “She was obviously going for personality, and obviously my personality is f—ed.”

“If this was based solely on looks? There’s a good chance I would still be here. My body had nothing to do with this.”

Pretty incredible, actual quote right there.

In South America, Jordan Rodgers told JoJo on their one-on-one date that he was totes falling in love with her. Her obvious response?

Mentioning that she met Jordan’s ex and heard rumors that Rodgers may not be the best boyfriend in the history of human civilization.

Asked point blank if he cheated on Brittany Farrar, Jordan said he didn’t “physically cheat” but was doing shady stuff. It was a gray area.

He admitted he was not a good partner, or man, at that time, but says he knows what kind of man he is now and that isn’t a cheater.

That was good enough for JoJo, who is clearly in love with him and showed it by mauling him after Jordan’s explanation passed muster.

Meanwhile, the new Chad drama was beginning.

Only this time, it was Chad Rookstool causing it!

SOMEHOW, SOME WAY, the guys got their hands on a tabloid in which Chad sold JoJo out, saying she went on the show for publicity.

Devastated, and in tears, JoJo decided she needed to confront the guys and make this right, which she did. They believed her, not Us Weekly.

At the end of the next group date, she decided to offer Derek the group date rose to offer him “reassurance.” This did not go over well.

Later, JoJo and Robby Hayes spent a day exploring Uruguay, cliff jumping, swimming, making out, having deep talks and falling in love.

That was fast, but hey. When you know, you know?

Robby went on to tell JoJo that he is in love with her, she is his dream girl, and he ended a 3.5-year relationship to come on the show.

Burying the lede? Quite possibly. We’ll find out.

She didn’t return the L-word, but he did get a rose, while back at the house, Alex and Chase blasted Derek over the “reassurance” rose.

Derek then decided this was a good time to confront Alex, Chase and Jordan, whom he felt were being “cliquey” and excluding the other guys.

Pretty lame. Fortunately, Chris Harrison arrived.

There would be no cocktail party, only elimination time. Fletcher sent home Evan, Grant and Vinny, ALL of whom proceeded to cry.

After seeing her in that white dress, we get it.

That’s all she wrote for this week. Follow the link to watch The Bachelorette online and see the drama play out for yourself in its entirety.

Hillary Scott Opens Up About Miscarriage

Hillary Scott has opened up about something very personal very painful.

The Lady Antebellum singer suffered a miscarriage last year.

It happened in the fall, Scott said through tears during an appearance yesterday on Good Morning America.

She went into more detail as follows:

“This is something that is not talked about very often. I also feel like there’s this pressure that you’re supposed to be able to snap your fingers and continue to walk through life like it never happened.”

But that wasn’t an option for Scott.

It was the most difficult thing she ever experienced.

The artist – who shares a two-year-old daughter, Eisele Kaye, with her husband, Chris Tyrrell – said she recorded an album with her family to get through the rough period.

(Tyrrell is the drummer for the country music band Love and Theft and she met Sctott during Tim McGraw’s Southern Voice tour in 2010.

They got married in upstate New York in January 2012.)

Referring to the track “Thy Will,” Scott said on GMA:

“I wrote the song in the middle of experiencing everything that comes with the miscarriage so it was my most raw place that I could’ve ever been when this song truly poured out of me.”

The album is titled “Love Remains” and it comes out on July 29.

“I’m a different mom to her now,” Scott added, saying of her young daughter: “I hug her a lot tighter.”

Here is a photo of Scott and her adorable child:

Earlier this month, we reported on Gordon Ramsay’s wife also having had a recent miscarriage.

How has this experience shaped Scott overall?

She’ll be going on tour with her group this summer and says simply: “I’m very grateful.”

We salute Scott for talking about this very difficult situation and we wish her the best in life.

Demi Lovato Quits Social Media, Tells Trolls to GTFO

Demi Lovato may be Cool for the Summer.

But she isn’t cool with a lot of the stuff being said about her and to her on social media.

Following a string of insults and negativity on various platforms, Lovato surprised Twitter followers on Monday afternoon when she announced her departure from nearly all of social media.

“Damn I gotta quit sayin s–t. Bye Twitter,” she wrote. “And Insta.”

It’s unclear what, exactly, prompted this decision on Demi’s behalf.

But she added that she will remain on Snapchat and made it clear that online haters have simply made Twitter and Instagram too unpleasant for her these days.

“I like Snapchat cause I don’t have to see what some of y’all say,” she Tweeted. “

“Follow me if you want: theddlovato. But why do people actually give a f–k what I say?? Like if you don’t care the gtfo haha.”

Lovato, who recently split from Wimer Valderrama after six years of dating, is one of our favorite celebrity follows.

She keeps it real. She speaks her mind. She focuses on important issues.

Multiple times in the past, Lovato has spoken out about such personal topics as her former cocaine use, hoping to use her mistakes and life story in order to help others.

In early May, Lovato went on somewhat of a Twitter rant, even referencing her bipolar disorder during the diatribe.

It wasn’t clear at that time, either, exactly what prompted the rant.

Before Demi signed off for good on Monday night, the artist dropped another Twitter message that have fans speculating wildly.

That one time I started my own charity providing mental health care for people who can’t afford it and this is what y’all talk about.

And people wonder what’s wrong with the world. Pay more attention to good than bad.

It’s not really too hard to figure out what happened here.

Lovato wants to assist those with mental illness. She wants to help people overcome their personal insecurities and substance abuse issues.

And idiotic trolls likely just want to make fun of her body.

That’s the Internet far too often for you, isn’t it?
