Ashley Graham to Amy Schumer: What"s Wrong with Being Plus-Size!?

Ashley Graham has a bone to pick with Amy Schumer.

And it comes down to this:

The model would like to know why the comedian is not more accepting of her big-boned frame.

In April, Schumer took issue with Glamour after the magazine included her in its special edition on plus-size figures.

The cover itself even promoted the Trainwreck star, screaming for all to see:

Women Who Inspire Us: Melissa McCarthy, Adele, Amy Schumer & Ashley Graham.

However, Schumer never agreed to be among those featured in the special issue, responding negatively on Instagram and calling out Glamour for its labeling of her body.

“I think there’s nothing wrong with being plus size,” she wrote. “Beautiful healthy women. Plus size is considered size 16 in America. I go between a size 6 and an 8.”

Added Schumer at the time:

“@glamourmag put me in their plus size only issue without asking or letting me know and it doesn’t feel right to me.

“Young girls seeing my body type thinking that is plus size? What are your thoughts? Mine are not cool glamour not glamourous.”

In the August issue of Cosmopolitan, meanwhile, Graham fired back.

Considered the most famous plus-size model out there, the brunette says Schumer missed out on a chance to serve as a role model.

“I can see both sides, but Amy talks about being a big girl in the industry,” Graham explained, adding:

“You thrive on being a big girl, but when you’re grouped in with us, you’re not happy about it? That, to me, felt like a double standard.”

That is sort of true.

Schumer jokes all the time about having a less than ideal body. She doesn’t seem like the kind of person who would object to Glamour’s classification.

Graham, however, rejects the notion that she’s a “plus-size” model.

She just wants to be known as a model.

So… is she really one to talk?!?

“Just because I’m not calling myself plus size doesn’t mean I’m not representing a woman who is,” she explains.

“I’m giving curvy women a seat at a table that we’ve never been invited to before – a table with high-end fashion people who have never considered us beautiful.”

What do you think? Do you take a side in this debate?

Or are the women really just arguing over harmless semantics in the end?

Wendy Williams: SLAMMED for Defending Haters of Jesse Williams" BET Speech

A little more than a week ago, Jesse Williams delivered an impassioned speech on racism at the BET Awards that people are still talking about today.

Unfortunately, Wendy Williams is one of them.

In case you missed it, Jesse’s controversial speech went into detail about the Black Lives Matter movement, cultural appropriation and the plight of black women.

While applauded by most, it sparked an outcry among a small group of citizens who denounced the speech as racist and called for the actor’s dismissal from Grey’s Anatomy.

Now, the divisive talk show host is throwing in her two cents, as she does.

“I must say to you, he was on BET. His speech was very poignant,” Williams said on her talk show.

“On the other hand, I would be really offended if there was a school that was known as a historically white college.

“We have historically Black colleges. What if there was the National Organization for White People, only? There’s the NAACP.”

Sadly, Wendy doesn’t get it. We don’t have white organizations and colleges because we don’t need them. We already have them. It’s called the Ivy League. And Congress.

Unsurprisingly, the host incurred the wrath of Twitter.

“I can no longer accept ur privileged ignorance @WendyWilliams. Using your platform to degrade #HBCUs & #JesseWilliams. You’re Black, BLACK,” wrote one angered user.

Many fans compared her to Stacey Dash, who after his speech dismissed Jesse as a “Hollywood plantation slave” who was “just spewing hate and anger.”

“How can blacks fight against racism when we can’t even work together…We got Jesse Williams. They’ve got Stacey Dash and Wendy Williams,” another frustrated fan tweeted.

Dash is eviscerated by Black Twitter pretty much every time she opens her mouth, and Wendy seems to be heading in the same direction.

Justin Bieber and Company Parody Kanye Music Video

Reaction to Kanye West"s "Naked" music video continues to pour in.

Released on June 24, the video features Kanye in bed with Kim Kardashian nude… and many other naked celebrities, as well, including Ray J, Taylor Swift and George W. Bush.

Of course, it wasn"t actually Ray J, Swift and Bush.

The Naked music video features body doubles or computer-generated facsimiles of these stars.

Due to the NSWF nature of the video, along with the quasi invasion of these celebrities" privacy, Lena Dunham came out and called the project disgusting.

Others also weighed in, either criticizing Kanye or admiring his eccentric vision.

To wit:

Now, in response to the video, BBC Radio 1 has gathered together some of the biggest names in music to parody the footage via a Safe for Work version of the video.

It features Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas, Troye Sivan, Meghan Trainor, Carly Rae Jepsen and others fully clothed, just chilling, lying in bed while having long and profound pillow talks.

Trainor says "no" very often. Jonas looks handsome as always. And Jepsen talks about how she "really, really, really, really likes" someone.

It"s funny stuff. It"s very well done.

And you can check it out now!

Brandi Glanville: Drunk, Semi-Nude, Pissed at Some Dude on Instagram

Brandi Glanville is having quite the week on social media.

It all started when a Drunk Brandi vs. LeAnn Rimes battle of the butts showed us the way all feuds should be resolved.

The two ladies in Eddie Cibrian’s life tied in a split decision, but that doesn’t mean Brandi is done getting drunk and naked on Instagram.

Brandi is often drunk, and she’s semi-nude just as frequently, but over the course of the past week, she’s been combining her two favorite states more than usual.

Here she is preparing food for some friends … half-naked, of course:

“It’s 1230 and I’m still in PJ’s cooking for people that are constantly hungry & sneaking cheeky pics of me over the stove,” Glanville captioned the pic.

Ya know, Brandi, just because someone took a photo of your ass doesn’t mean you have to post it on social media.

Not that we’re complaining.

Anyway, in addition to posting even more intoxicated semi-nudity than usual, Brandi offered this boozed up karaoke session which may provide some insight into her current state of mind:

She didn’t best around the bush when captioning the video, writing:

“Tipsy and single happy 4th! Today truly is my Independence Day #free”

So it seems like Brandi is definitely pissed off at some dude, right?

Internet sleuths have been trying to figure out who it is that broke Brandi’s heart, but it’s no easy feat:

She was reportedly hooking up with Callum Best, but she was also banging comedian Theo Von, an unidentified celebrity, and an Uber driver.

So we may never know the culprit, but it’s clear that someone did Brandi dirty.

As long as she keeps reacting with risque pics, we’re gonna go ahead and say it was for the best.
