He knows how to work for the cameras.

Jenelle Evans Dodges Pregnancy Rumors, Loves Not Having to Work

Earlier this week, Jenelle Evans complained about her financial situation on Twitter.

Yes, a single mom who’s never had to work a day in her life because she had the good fortune to get knocked up as a teen during the brief period of human history when that could be a lucrative venture is actually complaining about her finances.

As if that’s not bad enough, the primary gist of her gripe was that she’s too wealthy to qualify for government assistance.

Sadly, we kid you not:

We pay hundreds of thousands in taxes every year, we cannot get government assistance, if we go to school we pay in full and cannot get financial aid, can’t get WIC, food stamps, section 8 (which makes us pay rent in full on top of water and electric), if your credit is bad like mine was then you cannot finance even a car for your family and take more money to buy a car in full.”

We’ll give you a moment to get your head to stop spinning.

Obviously, that easily qualifies as one of the dumbest Insta-rants of all time, as if you’re making enough money that you pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes (which we highly doubt is true in Jenelle’s case) then you really, really, really shouldn’t be complaining about paying your own rent.

Jenelle deleted that tone-deaf foolishness, and you’d think she’d have the restraint to avoid talking about her job or financial situations for a few days.

But this is Jenelle Evans we’re talking about:

“I’m so grateful to be able to spend so much time with my son. Being a stay-at-home mom is the best job ever,” she tweeted last night.

Of course, many Jenelle’s fans are young moms who can’t afford to stay at home.

On top of that Jenelle went to school to be a medical assistant and once snobbishly bragged about how she’ll one day be saving lives while her own mother, Barbara Evans, is “just a f–king Wal-Mart worker.”

So yeah, it’s not hard to see why Jenelle’s tweet didn’t go over too well:

“Not everyone is lucky enough to stay at home and have the lifestyle you have, worked all my life bringing up my 2 kids alone,” tweeted one of her followers.

In response to questions about why Jenelle went to the trouble to earn a professional degree that she clearly has no intention of using, one fan helpfully tweeted:

“You need to pass an exam administered by the state you work in. She failed. And hasn’t retaken it.”

Jenelle replied to some tweets with her usual heaping helping of attitude.

Unfortunately, questions about reports that Jenelle is pregnant with her third child went unanswered.

Should be fun to watch her try and keep that under wraps for the next few months.

Gilmore Girls Revival: Yup, Luke and Lorelai Are Together

He says he “can’t share much,” but Scott Patterson can be forgiven for withholding certain pieces of information.

Ahead of the highly-anticipated Gilmore Girls: a Year In The Life on Netflix (debuts November 25th),  Patterson talked with People Magazine about what it was like shooting the four-part series.

“I can tell you that we are together,” Patterson said of his character, Luke’s status with Lorelai, played by Lauren Graham.

“We are together and we’re sort of figuring out our next step.”

The show aired from 2000 to 2007, but to Patterson, getting back together with the cast and crew felt like no time had passed.

“That came immediately, that’s never been an issue,” Patterson said.”That’s part of why the show is so successful I mean, [creator Amy Sherman-Palladino] cast the right people.”

What was an issue for Patterson was getting back into character.

“My first rehearsal, I just struggled – I was like, ‘I don’t feel this guy anymore,’ ” he remembers.

“My first rehearsal, I went to Amy and I said, ‘I don’t feel this, I got to walk around Stars Hollow. I gotta walk around the set and get the old feeling back.’ So I did. I took about a 10-minute walk, I went through the town and I got it. I felt ready.

And I came back in and rehearsed the scene and I thought, ‘I’ve got him."”

LUKE IS BACK!

One person missing from the reunion is Edward Hermann (who played Richard Gilmore).

Hermann passed away at age 71 two years ago, and Patterson says the loss is palpable both personally and professionally.

“Losing Ed, it left just a gaping hole and it was so tragic and so shocking to lose him,” Patterson shared.

“But as far as the storytelling was concerned, it really deepened the scripts and affected the tone of a lot of it – and especially our characters and how we related to one another.”

Patterson assured fans that the show will pay tribute to Hermann’s character in a beautiful way.

“On the first day on the Gilmore house set, there were some things there that nobody had seen before that we saw that were so moving, that we all kind of had to sit down,” Patterson explained, careful not to give too much away.

“Fans are going to be very touched by how Amy has shown her respect and paid her homage to him.”

Jennifer Garner on Ben Affleck: We"re Great Friends!

For over a year now, fans and tabloids have been profoundly confused as to what the hell is going on in Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner"s relationship.

In the summer of Affleck and Garner announced that they had separated.

Rumors abounded about what caused the split, with everything from Ben"s drinking to his alleged relationship with nanny Christine Ouzounian being held up as a possible cause.

By now we"ve all witnessed enough Hollywood breakups to figure the truth would come out eventually – either in the form of a confessional tell-all from one of the involved parties, or from a financially-motivated interview with someone who bore witness to it all.

Then something truly unexpected happened:

After months of speculation about what caused them to end a ten-year marriage that resulted in three kids, it slowly began to look like Ben and Jen were on the verge of getting back together.

The couple was spotted going on frequent outings together with their kids in tow, and here"s the real kicker:

At one point Affleck and Garner attended marriage counseling sessions!

This was months after they separated, so surely it must have meant a reconciliation was in the cards, right?

Well, not so much.

In fac, at this point, it seems Ben and Jen are as confused about their relationship as the rest of us.

Fortunately, they both have new movies out, so they"re forced to talk to the press! Muahaha!

Of course, Ben is playing Batman in his, so he can get away with just slurring a drunken tirade about Deflategate.

Garner, by contrast, is promoting a flick in which Kevin Spacey turns into a freakin" cat, so she"s forced to open up about her personal life to drum up media interest.

“We are definitely a modern family. We’re doing very well," Garner said in an interview on Today this morning.

As for her and Ben"s recent trip to Europe that was rumored to be a second honeymoon:

“Ben was working in London on Justice League and I felt like the kids should have that experience. He and I are great friends and we just all went en masse.”

Watch the full interview below, and check out Nine Lives in theaters everywhere this weekend!

Just kidding, you"re not gonna do that.
