Bill Cosby to FINALLY Face Rape Charges?

For several months now, an endless stream of women have been coming forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault.

The details of their stories differ, but in each case, the alleged victim says the comedy legend forced himself upon her, knowing that he would be protected by his money, fame and influence.

That protection may finally be starting to weaken, as Radar Online is reporting that a law enforcement task force that’s been investigating the 78-year-old is preparing to bring charges against Cosby.

“He’s been told to expect charges,” a source tells the website.

“Because of everything that has come out, law enforcement from Philadelphia to L.A. are looking for any loophole that could send him to jail. They think they’ve found one.”

The evidence against Cosby is damning, to say the least.

More than 50 women have accused him of sexual misconduct, and recently unsealed court documents show that Cosby admitted to drugging women with the intention of having sex with them while testifying in a 2005 civil case.

Cosby has been immune to prosecution as every charge brought against him has fallen outside of the statute of limitations for sexual assault cases.

The insider did not provide any specifics regarding what sort of loophole investigators have discovered, but if the rumors are true, the formerly beloved TV dad may finally be forced to answer to his alleged victims in criminal court.
