Chris Brown"s Named A "Person Of Interest" In Assault Case — But Is All The Drama Over A Cellphone?! Get The Scoop!

Say it ain’t so!

On Thursday, it was reported that Chris Brown and his entourage are facing assault charges after allegedly throwing a woman off of the singer’s tour bus in Colorado. Oh no!

Apparently, the incident went down on Monday at the Platinum 84 Gentleman’s Club in Denver, CO where the Loyal singer, French Montana, and Fetty Wap were filming a new music video.

The complaint has since claimed that she was forcibly removed from the bus because she refused to give up her cellphone (which was reportedly broken in the scuffle). Blerg.

Unfortunately, the drama came from the set’s strict “no cellphone” policy as the project didn’t want footage secretly shot. Well, that actually kind of makes sense to us.

What we find odd is that the woman was not a part of the production and was somehow given behind-the-scenes access. Who is this mystery woman??

Nonetheless, law enforcement sources have shared that the alleged victim has filed a report for 3rd degree assault where Royalty‘s dad and his crew are persons of interest. Yikes!

However, in a bit of good news, the entire scene was caught on camera so the cops are looking at the footage to avoid a he said/she said case.

We have a feeling this small hiccup will smooth itself out sooner rather than later.
