Can you believe that it’s been one whole year since the world first became exposed to ChyRob?
It’s hard to believe, isn’t it? Not for any sentimental reasons, but because it’s hard to believe that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have managed to fit so much drama in just one year.
In their time together, they’ve ripped apart the Kardashian family, put it back together, and then ripped it apart one more time.
They’ve broken up, gotten back together, and gone through that cycle a few hundred times.
They’ve managed to create some mighty weird family dynamics — if they actually get married, then Chyna will have her ex-boyfriend’s current girlfriend as her sister-in-law, and Rob could one day become his stepson’s uncle.
And they’ve had a precious little baby, too!
It’s a lot to get into, that’s for sure — this has just been the quickest of recaps of Rob and Chyna’s sordid history.
But the point is that it is sordid, so much so that Kris Jenner has reportedly gone ahead and removed them from the family.
Or at least she’s removed him from the part of the family that counts.
According to Hollywood Life, Kris Jenner is not allowing Rob and Chyna to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. And if you can’t be on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, are you really even in the family?
A source says that all the ladies are currently filming the show, even Kim, but “Missing from the new scenes of KUWTK are Rob & Chyna.”
And that’s because “The family is still very divided since Dream’s birth and the awkward holidays.”
That’s more than fair: after all, the “awkward holidays” happened because Chyna left Rob and took their baby.
She also sent a series of emails and texts to friends — emails and texts that were hacked and shared — about Rob, calling him fat and lazy and insecure.
In those emails, there were also several references to the Kardashian fortune, which made it seem like she was just with Rob for his money.
And who could forget those reports about Chyna allegedly beating the hell out of Rob?
It’s understandable that the Kardashians would be wary of the relationship these days.
The source says that “Kris Jenner and the sisters have mixed feelings towards Rob’s relationship with his baby mama and as a result, Chyna is largely being shunned by the family.”
“Rob has been by Chyna’s side, even though Kourtney, Kylie and the rest of the girls have been avoiding them.”
Ideally, Rob and Chyna will be able to gain a little bit of maturity, enough to either build a healthy relationship or to end this volatile mess they have going on now.
But we won’t be holding our breath. And we doubt Kris Jenner will be holding hers.
