… Chris Brown was involved in a violet confrontation on Sunday night.
We know, right? Totally unexpected? Next thing you know, Kylie Jenner will be exposing her cleavage on Instagram.
According to TMZ, police responded to a BET Awards after-party held near the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles just a few hours ago.
Sources tell the celebrity news website that Brown had just debuted his latest music video with Future at the event when the three artists who comprise Migos showed up on the scene.
Almost immediately, for reasons not completely known, they got up in the faces of members of Brown’s entourage.
Tweeted a witness to how the confrontation began:
“Basically chris brown was being funny before migos came up to him so he sat around and waited for them to approach. (From what I saw).”
That doesn’t tell us a whole lot about the situation, but another witness explains to TMZ that someone in Brown’s group shoved Quavo.
From there, another member of Migos stepped in and got punched for his effort.
Brown, perhaps having learned some lessons from his many past altercations, actually walked away as tension mounted.
However, Migos and some friends allegedly followed the ill-tempered star to his car and surrounded him.
Typically, this would be when we’d report how Brown and his rival for the night started wailing away at each other, but TMZ writes that Brown left the scene unharmed.
No one was really hurt at all in the tense confrontation.
Police tell the New York Daily News that no arrests were made following the BET Awards in general and that it was “a quiet night” overall.
It doesn’t sound like this was exactly the case, however,
Over the past couple weeks, the public was made privy to yet another example of Brown being a horrible person.
His ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, was awarded a restraining order against the singer after telling a judge that Brown often beat her during their relationship.
Tran added that Brown stalked and threatened her on many occasions following their break-up, making it impossible for Tran to live her life and move on from the romance.
A judge listened to her argument and decreed that Brown cannot be in the same location as Tran for the next five years.
We wish all of Hollywood could have a similar arrangement with this scummy individual.
