Academy of Country Music Awards 2016: List of Winners!
Jason Aldean may have won the single most prestigious honor, but Chris Stapleton was the biggest winner on country music’s big stage.
Stapleton, the genre’s Cinderella story of the decade, took home four trophies from the 51st annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
That would be double the amount won by anyone else if you’re keeping score, and continues an impressive win streak for the “Traveler.”
The hirsute singer-songwriter had previously nabbed three CMA and two Grammys, proving that this very, very far from a fluke.
Miranda Lambert was one of the ACMs’ double victors Sunday, winning Female Vocalist of the Year (for the seventh straight year).
She also won Vocal Event of the Year for her “Smokin’ and Drinkin"” collaboration with Vocal Group of the Year winners Little Big Town.
Jason Aldean was named Entertainer of the Year, considered the top honor at the event. See the list of ACM Awards winners below!

Leonardo DiCaprio Dissed Lady Gaga, Flipped Off Academy Members at the Oscars?
Unless you turned off the Oscars after Stacey Dash’s awkward cameo and spent the days since in a semi-comatose state of stunned disbelief, then you know that one of Hollywood’s most beloved talents finally got recognized by the Academy on Sunday night.
Yes, Chris Jenkins finally took home the top prize for his many years of outstanding sound editing.
We kid! The big buzz of the night (and the months leading up to the awards) was Leonardo DiCaprio’s all-but-guaranteed win for his work as Grunty McBeardo in The Revenant.
But just because Leo took center stage for the night (He even stole the spotlight from Spotlight! We’re very sorry for that joke.), that doesn’t mean he was in a forgiving mood.
You may remember that DiCaprio and Lady Gaga butted heads (literally, her butt almost hit his head) at the Golden Globes back in January.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that Gaga tried to make nice at an Oscars after-party, but “Leo was not having any of it.”
According to the insider, once you piss off DiCaprio, it’s hard to come back-rio (sorry again!):
“Gaga has been shut out of several big projects this month, and she believes that Leo is the reason why,” says the source.
“She said that he is sabotaging her chances at a real career in acting and she is freaking out!”
But Gaga wasn’t the only one who found herself an unexpected target of Oscar-Winner Leonardo DiCaprio’s wrath:
The above photo of DiCaprio appearing to flip a subtle bird to the Academy has been making the rounds online, and many feel the finger placement was no accident.
After-party attendees say the 41-year-old was also spotted “howling like a wolf” in celebration and his group of assembled bros (formerly known as “the P-ssy Posse”) chanted “wolf pack” in response.
It seems like Leo may have decided to let his douche flag fly now that he’s finally won Hollywood’s top prize, and as long as he keeps being this entertaining about it, that’s fine by us.

And admire the feast for the eyes that was the Oscars red carpet fashion frenzy, which could produce an awards ceremony in itself.
But there were movies, writers, actresses and actors to be recognized as well. Check out the complete list of nominees and winners!

Lady Gaga Makes Everyone Cry at the Academy Awards
The Year of Lady Gaga continued at the 88th annual Academy Awards on Sunday night.
Coming off an incredible Star-Spangled Banner performance at the Super Bowl, which preceded a memorable tribute to David Bowie at the Grammys, the artist took to the stage at the Oscars to sing "Til It Happens to You."
The track is from The Hunting Ground and it may have failed to win Best Song at the ceremony, but it succeeded in sending a powerful message.
First, Gaga was introduced by Vice President Joe Biden, who said the following to those in attendance and those watching at home:
“Tonight, I’m asking you to join millions of Americans including me, President Obama, the thousands of students I’ve met on college campuses and the artists here tonight to take the pledge.
"The pledge says I will intervene in situations where consent has not or can not be given. Let’s change the culture, we must and we can change the culture."
Gaga then performed the moving ballad while dressed in all white and sitting at a piano, often growing emotional while belting out lyrics about how no one understands sexual assault… until it happens to you.
She is sadly one of several celebrities who has been raped.
Toward to the end of this rendition, Gaga was joined on stage by other women who have suffered through this horrible ordeal, as they surrounded the singer and had message scrawled on their arms such as "Survivor" and "It"s Not Your Fault."
The women raised their hands as one when the performance ended, leading to a standing ovation and many people crying in the audience.
